The aim of this paper is to propose a new type of preference relation, the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic preference relation (IFLPR). Taking as base the 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic representation model, we introduce the definition of the IFLPR, and its transitivity properties. We present an approach to group decision making based on IFLPRs and incomplete-IFLPRs, respectively. The score function and accuracy function are applied to the ranking and selection of alternatives. Finally, we give an example of IFLPRs in group decision making, and a comparative of the exploitation of the IFLPR with the exploitation of the traditional fuzzy linguistic preference relations.  相似文献

In general, for multi-criteria group decision making problem, there exist inter-dependent or interactive phenomena among criteria or preference of experts, so that it is not suitable for us to aggregate them by conventional aggregation operators based on additive measures. In this paper, based on fuzzy measures a generalized intuitionistic fuzzy geometric aggregation operator is investigated for multiple criteria group decision making. First, some operational laws on intuitionistic fuzzy values are introduced. Then, a generalized intuitionistic fuzzy ordered geometric averaging (GIFOGA) operator is proposed. Moreover, some of its properties are given in detail. It is shown that GIFOGA operator can be represented by special t-norms and t-conorms and is a generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted geometric averaging operator. Further, an approach to multiple criteria group decision making with intuitionistic fuzzy information is developed where what criteria and preference of experts often have inter-dependent or interactive phenomena among criteria or preference of experts is taken into account. Finally, a practical example is provided to illustrate the developed approaches.  相似文献

This paper proposes improvements to pairwise group decision making based on fuzzy preference relations in three ways. First, it extends the fuzzy preference relation representation using linguistic labels. Decision makers may express their preference relations in linguistic labels which are more practically implementable for solving group decision making problems. Second, it modifies the computational procedures by using fuzzy sets representation and computation, and by avoiding the use of strict threshold values. This allows natural representation, preserves the preference accuracy, and produces more intuitively meaningful solutions. Finally, it considers fuzzy criteria of the alternatives explicitly. Solutions are first derived based on each criterion, and then by using neat ordered weighted average (OWA) operator the final solutions which accommodate all criteria are determined. The proposed method is verified for solving fuzzy group decision making problems, i.e., advertising media selection cases.  相似文献

以区间模糊偏好关系(IVFPR)和直觉模糊偏好关系(IFPR)的理论框架为依据,将勾股模糊数(PFN)引入偏好关系中,定义勾股模糊偏好关系(PFPR)和加性一致性PFPR.然后,提出标准化勾股模糊权重向量(PFWV)的概念,并给出构造加性一致性PFPR的转换公式.为获取任意给定的PFPR的权重向量,建立以给定的PFPR与构造的加性一致性PFPR偏差最小为目标的优化模型.针对多个勾股模糊偏好关系的集结,利用能够有效处理极端值并满足关于序关系单调的勾股模糊加权二次(PFWQ)算子作为集结工具.进一步,联合PFWQ算子和目标优化模型提出一种群体决策方法.最后,通过案例分析表明所提出方法的实用性和可行性.  相似文献

There may exist priority relationships among criteria in multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problems. This kind of problems, which we focus on in this paper, are called prioritized MCDM ones. In order to aggregate the evaluation values of criteria for an alternative, we first develop some weighted prioritized aggregation operators based on triangular norms (t-norms) together with the weights of criteria by extending the prioritized aggregation operators proposed by Yager (Yager, R. R. (2004). Modeling prioritized multi-criteria decision making. IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, 34, 2396–2404). After discussing the influence of the concentration degrees of the evaluation values with respect to each criterion to the priority relationships, we further develop a method for handling the prioritized MCDM problems. Through a simple example, we validate that this method can be used in more wide situations than the existing prioritized MCDM methods. At length, the relationships between the weights associated with criteria and the preference relations among alternatives are explored, and then two quadratic programming models for determining weights based on multiplicative and fuzzy preference relations are developed.  相似文献

Considering that there may exist some interactions between membership function and non-membership function of different intuitionistic fuzzy sets, we present some new operational laws from the probability point of view and give a geometric interpretation of the new operations. Based on which, a new class of generalized intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators are developed, including the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric interaction averaging (GIFWGIA) operator, the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted geometric interaction averaging (GIFOWGIA) operator and the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric interaction averaging (GIFHGIA) operator. The properties of these new generalized aggregation operators are investigated. Moreover, approaches to multiple attributes decision making are given based on the generalized aggregation operators under intuitionistic fuzzy environment, and an example is illustrated to show the validity and feasibility of new approach. Finally, we give a systematic comparison between the work of this paper and that of other papers.  相似文献

针对现有双边匹配决策要求主体给出另一方全体偏好序信息的条件过于苛刻的问题, 提出一种新的匹配方法. 一方主体先两两比较另一方全体成员, 给出直觉模糊集形式的评价值并由全体成员评价值组成直觉模糊偏好关系; 然后, 通过改进的最小对数二乘法对其进行转化, 间接得到主体满意度; 进一步以双方主体满意度最大为目标, 同时考虑稳定匹配约束条件, 建立单目标优化模型并求解获得匹配方案; 最后, 通过算例分析表明了所提出方法的可操作性和有效性.

When there are n criteria or alternatives in a decision matrix, a pairwise comparison methodology of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with the time of n(n ? 1)/2 is frequently used to select, evaluate or rank the neighboring alternatives. But while the number of criteria or comparison level increase, the efficiency and consistency of a decision matrix decrease. To solve such problems, this study therefore uses horizontal, vertical and oblique pairwise comparisons algorithm to construct multi-criteria decision making with incomplete linguistic preference relations model (InLinPreRa). The use of pairwise comparisons will not produce the inconsistency, even allows every decision maker to choose an explicit criterion or alternative for index unrestrictedly. When there are n criteria, only n ? 1 pairwise comparisons need to be carried out, then one can rest on incomplete linguistic preference relations to obtain the priority value of alternative for the decision maker’s reference. The decision making assessment model that constructed by this study can be extensively applied to every field of decision science and serves as the reference basis for the future research.  相似文献

A group of experts are commonly invited to find an optimal solution to a complex decision making problem. When the bipolarity of decision information should be considered in group decision making (GDM), intuitionistic fuzzy values (IFVs) have the capability to model such opinions of decision makers (DMs). This paper develops a consensus model in GDM under intuitionistic fuzzy environments with flexibility. First, it is assumed that the initial opinions of DMs are expressed as intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations (IFPRs). A novel additive consistency index is constructed to measure the deviation degree of IFPRs from fuzzy preference relations (FPRs) with additive consistency, where the non-determinacy degree of IFPRs is incorporated. The thresholds of the proposed index corresponding to IFPRs with acceptable additive consistency are discussed and computed. Second, the consensus level of DMs is defined using the similarity degree between two IFVs. An optimization problem is established by maximizing the fitness function, which is constructed by linearly combining the proposed additive consistency index and consensus level. Two flexibility degrees are offered to each DM such that the initial opinions with the bipolarity can be adjusted correspondingly. Third, individual IFPRs in GDM are optimized using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Numerical examples are carried out to illustrate the proposed consensus model by comparing with the existing ones. The obtained results reveal that the proposed additive consistency index can reflect the inherent property of IFPRs. Different with the previous studies, two original flexibility degrees are proposed to characterize the multi-granularity of decision information in GDM.  相似文献

Intuitionistic fuzzy set, characterized by a membership function and a non-membership function, was introduced by Atanassov [Intuitionistic fuzzy sets, Fuzzy Sets and Systems 20 (1986) 87-96]. In this paper, we define the concepts of intuitionistic preference relation, consistent intuitionistic preference relation, incomplete intuitionistic preference relation and acceptable intuitionistic preference relation, and study their various properties. We develop an approach to group decision making based on intuitionistic preference relations and an approach to group decision making based on incomplete intuitionistic preference relations respectively, in which the intuitionistic fuzzy arithmetic averaging operator and intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging operator are used to aggregate intuitionistic preference information, and the score function and accuracy function are applied to the ranking and selection of alternatives. 针对具有模糊语言值信息的多属性决策问题,结合传统的TOPSIS方法,提出了基于TOPSIS的语言真值直觉模糊多属性决策方法。在语言真值直觉模糊代数的基础上,用语言真值直觉模糊对来表达既有可比的又有不可比的模糊语言值信息,给出了语言真值直觉模糊对之间的归一化距离算法,并讨论了其相关性质。提出了语言真值直觉模糊正、负理想点,通过计算各方案属性值与正、负理想点之间的距离,得到各方案与理想点之间的相对贴近度,并根据相对贴近度的排序结果得到最优方案。实例说明该决策方法的合理性和有效性。  相似文献

A more scientific decision making process for radio frequency identification (RFID) technology selection is important to increase success rate of RFID technology application. RFID technology selection can be formulated as a kind of group decision making (GDM) problem with intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations (IFPRs). This paper develops a novel method for solving such problems. First, A technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) based method is presented to rank intuitionistic fuzzy values (IFVs). To achieve higher group consensus as well as possible, we construct an intuitionistic fuzzy linear programming model to derive experts’ weights. Depending on the construction of membership and non-membership functions, the constructed intuitionistic fuzzy linear programming model is solved by three kinds of approaches: optimistic approach, pessimistic approach and mixed approach. Then to derive the ranking order of alternatives from the collective IFPR, we extend quantifier guided non-dominance degree (QGNDD) and quantifier guided dominance degree (QGDD) to intuitionistic fuzzy environment. A new two-phase ranking approach is designed to generate the ordering of alternatives based on QGNDD and QGDD. Thereby, the corresponding method is proposed for the GDM problems with IFPRs. Some generalizations on the constructed intuitionistic fuzzy linear programming model are further discussed. At length, the validity of the proposed method is illustrated with a real-world RFID technology selection example.  相似文献

模糊偏好关系是处理决策问题的一种有效工具。针对模糊偏好关系,研究了加性一致性模糊偏好关系的若干判定条件,构造了满足加性一致性的特征模糊偏好关系,并提出一致性指数、满意加性一致性等概念。在此基础上,构建了不满足加性一致性模糊偏好关系的改进算法,论证了算法的收敛性,该算法使得改进后的模糊偏好关系具有满意一致性条件,进而使得决策者获得合理可靠的决策结果。最后建立了基于模糊偏好关系加性一致性的决策模型。实例分析说明提出的模糊偏好关系决策模型是可行和有效的。  相似文献

An extension of TOPSIS, a multi-criteria interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision making technique, to a group decision environment is investigated, where inter-dependent or interactive characteristics among criteria and preference of decision makers are taken into account. To get a broad view of the techniques used, first, some operational laws on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values are introduced. Based on these operational laws, a generalized interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy geometric aggregation operator is proposed which is used to aggregate decision makers’ opinions in group decision making process. In addition, some of its properties are discussed. Then Choquet integral-based Hamming distance between interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values is defined. Combining the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy geometric aggregation operator with Choquet integral-based Hamming distance, an extension of TOPSIS method is developed to deal with a multi-criteria interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy group decision making problems. Finally, an illustrative example is used to illustrate the developed procedures.  相似文献

Due to the increasing competition of globalization, selection of the most appropriate personnel is one of the key factors for an organization’s success.The importance and complexity of the personnel selection problem call for the method combining both subjective and objective assessments rather than just subjective decisions. The aim of this paper is to develop a new method for solving the decision making process. An intuitionistic fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making method with grey relational analysis (GRA) is proposed. Intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (IFWA) operator is utilized to aggregate individual opinions of decision makers into a group opinion. Intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is used to obtain the entropy weights of the criteria. GRA is applied to the ranking and selection of alternatives. A numerical example for personnel selection is given to illustrate the proposed method finally.  相似文献

As an important component of group decision making, the hybrid multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) is very complex and interesting in real applications. The purpose of this paper is to develop a novel interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy (IVIF) mathematical programming method for hybrid MCGDM considering alternative comparisons with hesitancy degrees. The subjective preference relations between alternatives given by each decision maker (DM) are formulated as an IVIF set (IVIFS). The IVIFSs, intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), trapezoidal fuzzy numbers (TrFNs), linguistic variables, intervals and real numbers are used to represent the multiple types of criteria values. The information of criteria weights is incomplete. The IVIFS-type consistency and inconsistency indices are defined through considering the fuzzy positive and negative ideal solutions simultaneously. To determine the criteria weights, we construct a novel bi-objective IVIF mathematical programming of minimizing the inconsistency index and meanwhile maximizing the consistency index, which is solved by the technically developed linear goal programming approach. The individual ranking order of alternatives furnished by each DM is subsequently obtained according to the comprehensive relative closeness degrees of alternatives to the fuzzy positive ideal solution. The collective ranking order of alternatives is derived through establishing a new multi-objective assignment model. A real example of critical infrastructure evaluation is provided to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of this method.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to propose a procedure to estimate missing preference values when dealing with incomplete fuzzy linguistic preference relations assessed using a two‐tuple fuzzy linguistic approach. This procedure attempts to estimate the missing information in an individual incomplete fuzzy linguistic preference relation using only the preference values provided by the respective expert. It is guided by the additive consistency property to maintain experts' consistency levels. Additionally, we present a selection process of alternatives in group decision making with incomplete fuzzy linguistic preference relations and analyze the use of our estimation procedure in the decision process. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献
