制备了χNb2O5-(10-χ)La2O3-60P2O5-10Na2O-19BaO-Eu2O3(以mol%记χ=9、7、5)的玻璃,测定了玻璃的吸收光谱、发射光谱、激发光谱、声子边带谱和差热分析曲线.从发射光谱出发获得了Eu3 光学跃迁的J-O参数Ω2、Ω4,并计算了Eu3 离子5DO→7FJ(J=1,2,4)的自发辐射跃迁几率A以及受激发射截面σp.结果显示,随着La2O3的增加和Nb2O5的减少,玻璃样品的热稳定性降低,强度参数Ω2减小,表明材料的对称性提高,共价性减弱,Eu-O键强减弱;随着La2O3的增加,电-声子偶合减弱,受激发射截面σp减小. 相似文献

利用传统的融熔-淬冷技术制备了70GeS2-15Ga2S3-15Ag2S硫系玻璃,并通过析晶处理成功地制得了含优异非线性光学晶体AgGaGeS4的硫系微晶玻璃。线性光学性能和维氏硬度研究表明该材料适于作为中红外光学材料应用。麦克条纹测试(Maker fringe)表明该微晶玻璃有着良好的二阶非线性光学性能。该硫系微晶玻璃是一种新型的中红外光学频率变换用候选材料。 相似文献

通过熔融热处理方法得到了Eu3+掺杂氧化锌微晶玻璃。利用XRD、透射电子显微镜研究了热处理后微晶玻璃的微结构。利用发射光谱研究了其发光性能。结果表明,样品在750℃热处理2h后,在玻璃网络中形成了尺寸约10nm的ZnO纳米晶。结构研究显示结晶后Eu3+进入了ZnO晶格之中。发射光谱显示其发光性能随着ZnO含量的增加以及热处理时间的增加而显著增强。 相似文献

采用离子交换法在磷酸盐玻璃中制备了CdS/Ag复合微粒,研究了不同工艺条件下样品的吸收光谱和光致发光光谱.吸收光谱研究发现离子交换后在380~420nm附近有一个大的吸收,光照后吸收带变窄,可以认为是银粒子的表面等离子体共振而导致的吸收所致.在波长为325nm的光激发下,玻璃中不同化学状态的银分别在420、530nm附近发光.研究了银离子在玻璃表面的扩散、还原过程,结果表明控制离子交换时间可以控制交换层的厚度,而控制盐浴浓度则可以有效控制银离子在玻璃表面层的浓度分布及总扩散量. 相似文献

研究了Sm2O3掺杂的bi2O3-ZnO-Nb2O5(BZN)基陶瓷(Bi1.5-xSmxZn0.5)(Zn0.5Nb1.5)O7(O≤x≤0.6,BSZN),的结构及介电性能.结果表明纯BZN陶瓷的结构为立方焦绿石单相;当Sm2O3掺杂量较少(O<x≤0.5)时,样品的相结构仍然保持立方焦绿石单相;随着Sm2O3掺杂量的进一步增加(x≥0.6),样品出现其它相.同时,试样的介电性能随结构的变化而呈现有规律的变化. 相似文献

The influence of ZnO substitution by 0–12 wt.% Na2O on the properties of ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5-Na2O glasses has been investigated. The structure and properties of the glasses with the composition of (13.86-x)ZnO-57.93Sb2O3-28.21P2O5?x Na2O (x = 0–12 wt.%) were characterized by infrared spectra (IR), X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis (DTA). The results of IR indicated an increase in the intensity of symmetric vibrations of P-O-P bond, which was confirmed by the improvement of water durability with the increasing amount of Na2O in the range of 0–10 wt.%. Substitution of 10 wt.% Na2O led to the weight loss of the glass to 5.93 mg/cm?2 after immersion in deionized water at 50 °C for 24 h. The results of XRD showed that the ability of crystallization decreased, indicating the good thermal stability of the glass. The glass containing 8 wt.% Na2O had the best properties in every respect and might be an alternative to lead based glasses for the applications, providing further composition improvement. 相似文献

ABSTRACTTo explore excellent colour display materials, the binary phosphate glass ceramics doped with R (R?=?Tm3+, Tb3+, Eu3+, Sm3+, and Mn2+) ions were prepared. The X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope, absorption, excitation, and emission spectra of the glass ceramics had been studied in detail. It was found that Ca2P2O7 and CaP2O6 had excited in the glass ceramics, which can improve the luminescent characteristics of the materials. The results show that the binary phosphate glass ceramics can display abundant colours, which is very helpful for developing the luminescent materials for colour display. 相似文献

TeO2 Nb2O5系统重金属氧化物玻璃是一种新型的重金属氧化物玻璃材料,具有优良的非线性光学性能。本文研究了ZnO对碲铌基玻璃的结构、非线性光学性能和光学透过率的影响,研究表明:碲铌基玻璃的非线性光学效应源于电子云畸变效应,掺杂少量ZnO有利于玻璃非线性光学性能的提高,增加ZnO至2.5%(质量分数)时用四波混频法测得的玻璃三阶非线性极化率χ(3)可达9.2×10-13esu,然后随ZnO含量增至10%(质量分数)时χ(3)减至6.0×10-13esu。ZnO含量在10%~15%(质量分数)时χ(3)则无明显变化。同时,加入15%(质量分数)的ZnO有利于玻璃透过率的提高。Raman光谱研究表明,掺入过多的ZnO(>5%(质量分数))时,网络间隙中的Nb5+可被Zn2+取代而进入网络,同时提供更多的桥氧,从而使玻璃网络中的[TeO4]4-基团向[TeO3]2-转化。 相似文献

The infrared absorption spectra of the vitreous TeO2-P2O5 and Bi2O3-TeO2-P2O5 systems are studied in the spectral region of 4000 to 200 cm–1. Absorption bands in this range are assigned. The midband wavenumber and the absorption intensity for the attributed bands are found to be strongly and systematically dependent on glass composition. Quantitative analysis was also attempted to justify our attribution of the observed bands. 相似文献
