通过爆炸焊接技术制备的钛/铝复合板可兼具钛合金耐腐蚀性和铝合金低成本的优点。对钛/铝复合板爆炸焊接技术的研究进展进行介绍,论述了炸药种类、质量比R、基覆板间距及爆炸焊接窗口等主要工艺参数对钛/铝复合板组织和性能的影响;分析了影响钛/铝复合板结合界面的主要因素——金属间化合物种类、扩散层和界面波形;对钛/铝复合板硬度、抗剪切强度、抗拉强度及拉伸断口的研究进行了汇总分析。最后,指出了钛/铝复合板爆炸焊接工艺研究的重点发展方向。 相似文献

利用Nd:YAG脉冲激光焊接机对镁合金进行对缝焊接工艺试验.以缝焊的最大抗拉强度作为评价焊接质量的品质特性,对影响焊接质量的六项关键工艺参数(保护气体、激光功率、工件移动速度、离焦量、脉冲频率和脉冲波形)利用田口法进行优化设计.依据田口法设计了18种工艺参数组合,每组工艺参数进行3次焊接试验.试验结果表明,激光功率和脉冲波形影响最为显著.通过优化工艺参数可使AZ31B镁合金焊缝获得169 N/mm2的最大抗拉强度. 相似文献

There are four new achievements of this work on the theory and technology of explosive welding.(1) It has been found and defined three kinds of bonding interfaces: big wavy, small wavy and micro wavy, and the micro wavy interface is the best. In a cladding plate, it is for the first time to find that the form of interface presents regular distribution.(2) Although the interface has the features of melt, diffusion and pressure welding in the mean time, the seam and "hole" brought by the melt weaken the bonding strength of interface greatly, and the effect of melt on interface must be eliminated in explosive welding, so explosive welding is not a melt weld. The diffusion welding is a kind of form of pressure welding, and the diffusion is not the reason of the bonding of interface but the result of interface high pressure. So the diffusion welding cannot also explain the bonding mechanism of it. The experiment and theory make clear that explosive welding is a special pressure one.(3) To get good interface 相似文献

利用自制的活性剂,考察了焊接工艺参数对奥氏体不锈钢A-TIG焊焊缝熔深的影响.结果表明:活性剂能使电弧收缩,穿透力增强,使焊缝熔深增加.在其它焊接参数不变的情况下,随着焊接电流的增加熔深增大;随着焊接速度的增加熔深减小;焊接电弧长度由2mm增加到3mm,焊缝熔深增大;由3mm增加到4mm,焊缝熔深减小.电弧收缩理论可以较好地解释试验结果. 相似文献

针对当前药芯焊丝应用及研究中存在的问题,用数码照相技术研究了CO2保护气氛下药芯焊丝电弧焊所特有的“滞熔”现象,主要从药芯焊丝渣系、焊接参数、焊丝截面方面对“滞熔”形成原因进行了探讨。实验结果表明,酸性、碱性、金属型三种渣系药芯焊丝均存在不同程度的滞熔现象;在相同焊接参数下,金属型药芯焊丝滞熔程度最小,酸性渣系与碱性渣系相比,小参数下药芯滞熔程度较小,随着焊接参数的增大,酸碱性渣系药芯焊丝的滞熔程度区别不大。 相似文献

The manual selection of environment parameters during welding simulation will bring a significant error to the simulation result of welding temperature field. By a combination of finite element method (FEM) and infrared thermography, these environment parameters were inversed mathematically in place of previous manual selection. First, FEM model of the welding process was constructed, and the temperature field was computed with initial environment parameters. Then, a real welding process was conducted and the temperature field was measured by infrared thermography. Last, the simulation and measurement results were compared, and the environment parameters were adjusted continuously with the genetic algorithm ( GA ) until the simulation matched the measurement best. Parameters according to the best-matched simulation results were considered as the most appropriate parameters. 相似文献

高熵合金(high entropy alloys,HEA)是金属系统的一个新子集,具有复杂的成分. 使用爆炸焊接工艺将Al0.1CoCrFeNi高熵合金/Cu进行了复合加工,通过扫描电子显微镜和硬度测试表征了爆炸焊接产生的微观结构演变的不均匀特性. 结果表明,爆炸焊接界面在纵向截面上呈现周期性的结构分布,而在横向截面上呈现出不规则的边界,从不同截面可以统计得到相似的波形参数. 通过界面区域的微观结构发现,界面附近具有沿着界面拉长的晶粒,旋涡区具有再结晶的等轴细晶;随着晶粒变形程度的增加,相应区域细晶的比例随之增加. 纳米压痕测试结果表明,界面沿着爆炸焊接方向呈现周期性起伏的硬度分布,且混合区的硬度值介于两侧的硬度之间. 相似文献
