In this study, a series of blended yarns consisting of 80:20 bamboo/cotton, 67:33 bamboo/cotton, 50:50 bamboo/cotton, 33:67 bamboo/cotton, 20:80 bamboo/cotton, 80:20 bamboo/polyester, 67:33 bamboo/polyester, 50:50 bamboo/polyester, 33:67 bamboo/polyester, and 20:80 bamboo/polyester were produced from blends consisting of bamboo/cotton and bamboo/polyester. Besides these, 100% bamboo, 100% cotton, and 100% polyester were also produced. All the yarns were produced with two levels of twist per meter (TPM) 76 and 90. It can be found that the yarn unevenness characteristic was affected by the blended ratio of cotton, polyester, and regenerated bamboo fiber. The drop in tenacity of blended yarns in comparison to the constituents is generally lower which is attributed to the elongation at break of the yarns. The variability in tenacity in respect of 100% polyester yarn is quite high in comparison with other yarns. The yarn elongation at break of bamboo/cotton-blended yarns is found to be lower than those of bamboo/polyester-blended yarns. The variability in the work of rupture is found to be lower for bamboo/cotton-blended yarns. Yarn friction values of the yarns noticed that polyester exhibits the highest value at the TPM of 76. The yarn torque values from which it is noticed that 100% polyester yarns spun with the TPM of 76 have a higher torque in both the wet and dry states. The quality characters of yarn depend upon the ratio of bamboo, cotton, and polyester in the blend ratio. 相似文献

针对涤纶纱线采用淀粉浆料上浆困难的情况,研究电晕处理对涤纶表面结构和化学组成及不同比例PVA/淀粉浆料上浆性能的影响情况。改变电压和时间对涤纶纱线进行电晕放电处理试验,研究采用不同比例(PVA/淀粉)的浆料时对涤纶纱线上浆性能的影响。研究结果表明,经电晕处理的涤纶纱线上浆后,浆纱耐磨性提高,毛羽降低,综合性能明显改善,涤纶纱线上浆工艺中,少用或不用PVA是可以实现的。 相似文献

Four major types of polyester industrial yarns, viz. high tenacity (HT), high modulus low shrinkage (HMLS), low shrinkage (LS) and super low shrinkage (SLS) polyester yarns, were studied for their static and dynamic properties. An attempt has been made to establish a linkage between static and dynamic properties of these yarns with its structure and with its end applications. HMLS and HT polyester yarns have lower tan δ and work loss, which are the desired characteristics required for its end applications which include tire and conveyer belt. Higher overall orientation and higher fraction of tie molecules helped to achieve these properties in HT and HMLS polyester yarns. LS and SLS polyester yarns are mostly used for static applications. Low thermal shrinkage is the key requirement for the downstream processes of these yarns. Lower amorphous orientation in these two yarns is primarily responsible for achieving very low thermal shrinkage. A good co-relation has been established between the peak temperature of work loss (in slow speed hysteresis test) and the peak temperature of tan δ (in high-speed dynamic test). 相似文献

Thickness loss (TL) is one of the most important mechanical properties in each carpet. In this research, four types of ATY polyester pile yarns were used to prepare the cut-pile carpet samples. They were normal ATY polyester filament pile yarns and three yarns that modified by heat processes including friezing, heat setting, and twist heat setting. Woven carpet samples are subjected to standard dynamic loading test. Results show that friezing and heat setting processes have no significant effects on carpet dynamic recovery or TL after dynamic loading. Also, decreasing temperature of twist heat setting, the polyester pile yarns could not modify carpet TL after dynamic loading. 相似文献

针对靛蓝纱色牢度不高、贴近皮肤穿着易沾色及吸湿后皮肤有潮湿闷热感问题,同时为改善纬编牛仔面料尺寸稳定性差、线圈易脱散等缺点,以靛蓝纱和本白棉纱、异形截面和圆形截面涤纶黑丝与氨纶为原料,在四梳经编机上通过结构设计开发两面效应经编牛仔面料,使贴近皮肤的一面显露涤纶,另外一面显露棉纱。通过扫描电子显微镜对不同截面的涤纶表面进行表征,并对其拉伸性能进行比较;研究了面料的顶破性能、拉伸弹性回复性、吸湿速干性能,并利用PhabrOmeter 织物风格仪对风格特征进行评价。结果表明:靛蓝纱的强力高于本白棉纱,而毛羽指数降低了17.1%;异形截面涤纶显著提高了经编牛仔织物的滴水扩散速率、芯吸高度、手感和折痕回复性。 相似文献
