基于Internet的虚拟资源动态集成技术研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
分布式虚拟制造系统必然会遇到应用环境不确定,工具集不确定的问题,为了完成各种虚拟制造任务,需要动态集成分布在在Internet上的各种工具集,为此,提出了虚拟资源动态集成的概念,并将其作为分布式虚拟制造系统的实现模式。通过建立虚拟资源动态集成环境,形成“虚拟资源集市”,支持各种虚拟制造的工具集注册、动态响应、即时组合及协调运地。研究了虚拟资源的信息获取与操作,基于多代理系统的动态集成环境的协调与控制,基于STEP的模型数据转换等关键技术,给出了系统框架及实现模型,它可实现分布在Internet上的各处产品设计,分析,与仿真工具的远程协同,为分布式虚拟制造系统提供支持,满足了广大中小企业对虚拟制造的需求。 相似文献

为解决复杂产品异地协同设计中零部件数模验证和装配评审的困难,研究了基于网络的分布式协同虚拟装配技术,提出基于高层体系结构/运行时间框架的分布式协同虚拟装配方案,解决虚拟环境中的用户管理、操作协同和交互式装配操作等问题.以此为基础开发出了支持实时协同交互装配仿真的分布式并行协同虚拟装配系统,并以某汽车部分总成网络协同装配为例验证了该方案.结果表明,该方案可以实现复杂产品设计中的异地协同装配仿真与评审. 相似文献

A modular architecture model of a computer-supported collaborative design (CSCD) system is proposed on the basis of the hierarchical
structure characteristics of a distributed collaborative design system and advanced component object technology. The model
mainly regards the module as the core organizing and managing design objects and uses the common object request broker architecture
(CORBA) specifications as an interactive platform to achieve object communication. The browser/server computing model deals
with the remote heterogeneous collaborative design problem. Product design strategies and mechanisms for collaborative design
are separated to facilitate the application of distributed collaborative design environment for quick implementation. The
open design framework for CSCD system developers can support the implementation of distributed collaborative design to improve
product design speed and reduce product development time. The modular CSCD system (MCSCDS) model and its implementation are

The shortened time-to-market of new products requires experts from multiple disciplines to cooperate in product development. In this collaborative product development environment, an Internet-based conceptual design support system for Injection moulding is developed. It can help designers to put forward feasible design solutions quickly and provide strong support for collaborative design. The architecture, implementation and evaluation of this system are discussed in this paper. The proposed system makes fully use of component-based web technology and has a flexible distributed architecture. A hybrid neural network and genetic algorithm approach is also adopted for more accurate and efficient retrieval. In order to use high-fidelity analysis and design tools at the design stage, designers need to communicate with domain experts
and their tools, which may be geographically dispersed over heterogeneous computing platforms. However, technical difficulties
and ontological issues such as distributed computing, application integration, and distributed product information sharing
impede the collaborative product development. This paper presents a distributed product development architecture for engineering
collaborations across ubiquitous virtual enterprises. It provides an integrated framework for product development services
to effectively communicate to realize true engineering application integration. The focus of this paper is to address three
key issues. One is concerned with product information sharing and synchronization across virtual enterprises. Another is concerned
with federations of product development services over the collaborative process. The third is related to the engineering context
management using semantic web for providing more human-oriented collaborations services. A case study for developing a mobile
phone is shown to validate the implementation of the proposed approach, which gives a great deal of possibilities for supporting

Life cycle engineering design (LCED) is the key and comprehensive technology to realize manufacturing industries’ sustainable
development. Its main objective is to support design teams to create products considering the entire product life-cycle from
conception through manufacturing and assembly to disassembly, recycling, disposal, and lifecycle assessment. So LCED should
be collaboratively implemented among the different departments. This paper puts forward knowledge management architecture
of LCED based ontologies and multi-agent system. The definition of the domain-specific ontology, the multi-agent architecture
are described. Based on the two concepts, this paper discusses the detailed construction of CAD agents, LCED evaluation agents
and knowledge maintenance agents and the system implementation. It can fulfill the concurrent collaborative developing of
a product under distributed environments and also meet the requirement of knowledge sharing, interoperability, reusing among

Traditional computer-aided design (CAD) and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools have their limitations in supporting quick-to-market, mass-customized product development environments. The present paper proposes a general integrated framework of design knowledge representation and develops a knowledge-based intelligent system (KBIS) to facilitate dynamic design reasoning. Owing to the increasing complexity of product design, the traditional design (knowledge) rules can no longer help facilitate complex product development, which requires flexible design knowledge adoption and collaborators’ interaction during design inference processes. Therefore, this research enhances the abilities of smart collaborative design reasoning. A conceptual architecture for the KBIS is presented to enable a collaborative design community to reason feasible design parameters and to integrate all sub-system designs of a product. Finally, a case study of designing an air compressor and its sub-system (V-type belt) is presented to demonstrate the unique features of the KBIS. 相似文献
