细粒钨精矿脱硫降砷工艺的技术改造与生产实践

宁化行洛坑钨矿主干流程产出的细粒钨精矿产品中WO3品位大于55%,但由于钨精矿中硫、砷杂质超标,钨精矿产品达不到优质钨精矿要求,另外钨金属在硫化矿中损失严重,生产成本高.为此,经过试验研究,将原设计的细粒粗精矿精选前预先脱硫浮选和中矿再磨后预先脱硫浮选改造为细粒摇床钨精矿与中矿再磨后摇床精矿集中脱硫的工艺流程,并通过药剂制度优化,最终实现了钨精矿含硫小于2.00%、含砷量小于0.20%,钨金属在硫精矿中损失率小于1.00%的技术指标,解决了困扰企业生产经营的难题,为企业带来了良好的经济效益.     

某矿黑钨与白钨分离试验研究

针对黑钨与白钨共生矿床选厂黑钨、白钨互含影响彼此精矿质量的问题，进行黑钨与白钨分离研究。通过纯矿物研究试验，论证了先磁选黑钨后浮选白钨的方案为目前较佳分离工艺。对某钨矿堆存的黑钨与白钨混合精矿进行的试验研究表明：先磁后浮方案优于其它方案，可得到特级黑钨、白钨精矿。当原矿品位含WO367.02％（黑钨8．47％，白钨58．55％）时，回收率为96.34％。     

钨精矿价格走稳，供应仍较紧张

国内钨精矿较为平稳，黑钨精矿主流报价在9.8万元／t左右，江钨集团黑钨精矿定价为9.8万元／t，白钨精矿价格在9.4-9.6万元／t左右。

ICP-OES法测定钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿中的钨量

钨含量高低是衡量钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿产品品质的重要指标之一,对其后续生产钼铁、钼金属制品的产品质量有重要影响,故钼精矿产品标准YS/T 231—2015和焙烧钼精矿产品标准GB/T 24481—2009都将其列为杂质含量指标。钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿中钨量的测定目前主要采用的方法为行标YS/T 555.8—2009,该方法通过过氧化钠熔融样品后三氯甲烷萃取分离钨钼,用硫氰酸盐分光光度法进行测定。试验采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定钼精矿及焙烧钼精矿中钨量,试验对分析谱线、共存离子干扰、分解方式和硫酸及磷酸用量等方面进行了考察,进行了精密度试验和方法比对,结果表明试验方法操作简便、准确度好、精密度高,且能延展方法下限。     

难选高锡钨毛精矿分选生产实践

漂塘钨矿大江选厂毛精矿（ 又称粗精矿） 是我国钨矿山中组成较复杂、分选难度较大的毛精矿之一。自１９９５ 年建立精选车间以来,在生产中不断摸索和完善,终于探索出适合矿石性质的工艺流程, 钨锡分选达到较为理想的效果, 取得了钨精矿精选实收率达９６．９２ ％ , 产品质量ＷＯ３ 为６５．９９％ 、含Ｓｎ 为０ ．１５３％ 的合格国标一级Ⅱ类产品;锡精矿精选实收率达９６．５１％ ,锡精矿主品位含Ｓｎ 为７３ ．０９％ 、含ＷＯ３ 只有０ ．８％ 的优质产品。     

用白钨精矿冶炼钨铁工艺的探讨

在钨铁冶炼中,采用白钨精矿替代部分黑钨精矿冶炼钨铁,通过改进工艺,在精炼取铁期和贫化期分别配加一定量的低磷、低氧化钙、高氧化铁等黑钨精矿和白钨精矿,可大幅度降低钨铁生产成本,并取得显著效益。

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Comparison of rates of infection of two methods of emergency ventricular drainage

The rates of infection of two methods of external ventricular drainage in use at Atkinson Morley's Hospital--namely, (a) percutaneous drainage with Rickham reservoirs and (b) tunnelled ventriculostomies--were compared in this retrospective review. Percutaneous drainage of CSF with Rickham reservoirs was associated with a 27% rate of infection as identified by positive microbiological cultures; tunnelled ventriculostomy catheters had a 10% infection rate. The difference in the infection rate between the two methods was statistically significant (P < 0.015). Other variables examined, including the age and sex of the patients and the reasons for ventricular drainage, were not associated with an increased rate of infection. Most infections from either method were caused by a coagulase negative staphylococcus. The average duration of ventricular drainage before identification of positive cultures was 5.7 days for Rickham reservoirs and 6.0 days for ventriculostomies.

Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.
