Rheological properties of bimodal feedstocks containing nano- and micro-particles were studied. To examine nanoparticle effects, five feedstocks were prepared with the nanoparticle contents from 0 to 75 vol. %. Each feedstock was formulated with the optimal amounts of the powders, determined from the critical solids loadings of the powders. Viscosity measurement of the feedstocks was performed using a capillary rheometer. From the result, the flow behavior index and flow activation energy were obtained as representative rheological parameters. The moldability index for each feedstock was also calculated and compared. Some bimodal feedstocks showed lower viscosity than microfeedstock due to the roller bearing effect of the nanoparticles. The rheological parameters indicated the bimodal feedstocks were more desirable for mold filling except for 75% nano-bimodal feedstock. The results revealed 25% nano-bimodal feedstock showed the highest moldability index and was the most desirable feedstock to prepare a green body via nano/micro-bimodal powder injection molding. 相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(mPOE)为增容剂对回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(r-PET)/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)共混物进行增容改性。用HAAKE流变仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)分别研究了不同mPOE含量对r-PET/POE共混物的扭矩变化和接枝共聚物对PET结晶性能的影响。结果表明,共混物的扭矩随着mPOE含量的增加而增大,即mPOE与r-PET生成的接枝共聚物POE-g-PET含量增大。DSC和WAXD结果表明,POE对PET有异相成核作用,而POE-g-PET共聚物对PET结晶有一定的阻碍作用。 相似文献

The construction of the ANTARES neutrino telescope in the Mediterranean Sea next to the French coast of Toulon is completed since May 2008. The detector comprises about 900 photomultipliers distributed in 12 lines, at a depth of about 2500 m. Before its completion, the detector was operational with 5 out of the total 12 lines from February to December 2007. The data recorded in that period have been analysed. The search for point-like sources has been carried out using two strategies: a search within a list of several potential cosmic neutrino emitters and an all-sky scanning. 利用rac-Et(Ind)2ZrCl2、(CH3)2SiCp2ZrCl2和CpZrCl3分别与Al(i-Bu)3组成的催化体系对乙烯齐聚反应进行了研究。考察了反应条件如压力、温度及铝锆比对催化性能的影响。研究结果表明,三种锆系茂金属对齐聚反应的催化活性顺序为rac-Et(Ind)2ZrCl2>CpZrCl3>(CH3)2SiCp2ZrCl2,对α-烯烃的选择性顺序为CpZrCl3rac-Et(Ind)2ZrCl2>(CH3)2SiCp2ZrCl2。还研究了以rac-Et(Ind)2ZrCl2为主催化剂时,助催化剂AlR3-nCln(Al(i-Bu)3,AlEt2Cl和AlEt3)对乙烯齐聚的影响,发现以AlEt2Cl为助催化剂的体系对α-烯烃的选择性高于以Al(i-Bu)3或AlEt3为助催化剂。同时,反应压力对乙烯齐聚有很大影响;α-烯烃的选择性随温度的升高不断提高,且在较高铝锆比下,齐聚产物中α-烯烃含量较多。 相似文献

Here, an ultra-highly active Ni-MOF-5 catalyst with high Ni loading for ethylene dimerization is reported. The Ni-MOF-5 catalysts are synthesized by a facile one-pot co-precipitation method at room temperature, where Ni2+ replaces Zn2+ in MOF-5. Unlike Zn2+ with tetrahedral coordination in MOF-5, Ni2+ is coordinated with extra solvent molecules except for four-oxygen from the framework. After removing coordinated solvent molecules, Ni-MOF-5 achieves an ethylene turnover frequency of 352 000 h−1, corresponding to 9040 g of product per gram of catalyst per hour, at 35 °C and 50 bar, far exceeding the activities of all reported heterogeneous catalysts. The high Ni loading and full exposure structure account for the excellent catalytic performance. Isotope labeling experiments reveal that the catalytic process follows the Cossee–Arlman mechanism, rationalizing the high activity and selectivity of the catalyst. These results demonstrate that Ni-MOF-5 catalysts are very promising for industrial catalytic ethylene dimerization. 相似文献
