The main factors that determine the uniformity with which smelting products are tapped from a blast furnace are the rate of accumulation of the products in the hearth and the tapping rate. The first parameter is in turn determined by the stability of the furnace’s operation and can vary significantly even over the course of 24 h. The second parameter is determined mainly by the condition of the iron notch, the maintenance it receives, any changes that occur in the diameter of the channel of the notch, and the quality of the materials used to form the notch. Recommendations are presented to optimize tapping of the smelting products. 相似文献

A mathematical model to describe the region of the blast furnace in which the charge materials are in the viscoplastic state
(VPR) has been constructed for a blast furnace at the West Siberian Metallurgical Combine. The furnace has a standard bell-and-hopper
charging apparatus and movable top slabs. The results of studies that were conducted led to the development of an automated
system to monitor the VPR in blast furnaces. The system allows furnace operators to form the required VPR profile in accordance
with current objectives. It also allows them to make real-time determinations of the reasons for changes in the gas flow inside
the furnace, that flow being affected mainly by the internal profile of the furnace and the location of the VPR. Ultimately,
use of the system allows the operators to promptly take action to keep the charge distribution and gas flow optimum.

在高炉炉缸砖衬热面形成的稳定的保护层,将铁水与砖衬隔离开,避免直接接触,这是保证高炉炉缸长寿、延缓砖衬侵蚀的必要条件。为了研究高炉炉缸长寿的本质,首先通过高炉破损调查和解剖调研,分析了炉缸保护层的物相组成和显微结构,建立了高炉炉缸保护层类别体系。从保护层形成机制的角度将保护层分为富铁层、富渣层、富石墨碳层和富钛层。制定了高炉炉缸保护层综合调控技术路线,提出高炉炉缸保护层能否形成的关键在于合理控制炉缸耐火材料热面温度和铁水成分。最后明确,在高炉正常生产过程中,应从设计、铁水质量、生产操作等3个方面采取措施以促进保护层的有效形成。 相似文献
