新型马氏体耐热钢G115是我国630~650℃超超临界燃煤发电机组重要的候选材料。研究了不同调质工艺对G115棒材组织性能的影响。结果表明,采用两次调质工艺,室温拉伸和650℃高温拉伸强度均提高,冲击功提升尤为显著。随着两次调质工艺中第一次淬火温度的升高,强度和冲击功均有提升趋势。采用金相显微镜、扫面电镜观察分析了不同调质工艺的组织差异,两次调质工艺的晶粒明显细于一次调质,且回火板条组织保留更明显,碳化物形貌更细小、分布更弥散。随着两次调质工艺中第一次淬火温度的升高,晶粒变粗但均匀性更好。  相似文献

研究了20SiMn3NiA钢860℃正火,900℃40 min油淬,180~650℃90~150 min回火的组织和力学性能。结果表明,该钢较佳的回火温度为200~250℃,230℃回火后得到板条马氏体、细棒状碳化物析出相和残余奥氏体,在250℃回火时该钢的抗拉强度(Rm)超过1 500 MPa,冲击韧性(AKY)超过80 J,有较好的强韧性匹配。20SiMn3NiA钢在320℃中温回火时,碳化物析出相呈连续的片状分布,使得该钢的冲击韧性值很低,当在320~600℃区间回火时,20SiMn3NiA钢具有明显的回火脆性。  相似文献

摘要:以热轧耐低温H型钢为研究对象,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜分析和力学性能测试等手段,研究了完全淬火和亚温淬火对试验钢微观组织和力学性能的演变规律。结果表明,试验型钢经780℃亚温淬火+600℃回火处理后,形成回火索氏体+铁素体的网状组织;试验型钢900℃淬火+600℃回火处理后,转变得到具有马氏体位向的回火索氏体,碳化物分布更加细小均匀,位错密度下降。2种热处理工艺制备H型钢综合力学性能优良,屈服强度均达到500MPa以上,900℃淬火+600℃回火处理后钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度更高。-40℃低温冲击韧性比热轧状态下出现大幅度提高,随着淬火温度升高冲击功更加稳定。  相似文献

 利用了X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了回火温度对一种Mn-Ni钢亚稳奥氏体形貌及其力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,室温亚稳奥氏体的体积分数逐渐升高。当回火温度为600和625 ℃时,亚稳奥氏体主要以片层状在回火马氏体板条间析出,且排列方向与周围的马氏体板条平行,这种片层状亚稳奥氏体分布较为均匀,尺寸较小,约为60~100 nm,且稳定性较高;当回火温度为650 ℃时,试验钢中出现尺寸较大的块状奥氏体在回火马氏体界面的交叉处不均匀析出。分析表明,块状奥氏体有利于提高钢的塑性,不利于改善钢的低温韧性;而片层状奥氏体能大幅度的改善钢的低温韧性。  相似文献

摘要:采用拉伸、冲击、金相、电子背散射衍射、透射电镜、X射线衍射等试验手段,研究了在线直接淬火+回火(DQT)与离线再加热淬火+回火(RQT)工艺对马氏体高强钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,2种试验钢组织均为板条马氏体,RQT试验钢原奥氏体晶粒及板条束呈等轴状,板条块较短,板条较宽,DQT试验钢原奥氏体晶粒呈扁平状,板条束贯穿整个晶粒,板条块呈细长状,板条宽度较小;位错强化是DQT试验钢强度较RQT高的主要原因;板条束为控制DQT和RQT试验钢韧性的最小单元;DQT试验钢大角晶界比例较低,其具有较大的马氏体板条束尺寸以及更高的位错密度,断裂应力较低,低温韧性较差。  相似文献

 为了调整COST-FB2转子钢的强韧性,采用OM、SEM和TEM等手段研究了回火温度对COST-FB2转子钢的析出相类型与力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着回火温度由350 ℃升高到750 ℃,试验钢的强度、硬度不断下降,塑性和冲击功上升;试验钢350 ℃和570 ℃回火后的高强低韧性可通过再次在700 ℃回火改善。淬火后COST-FB2转子钢中的残余奥氏体,可通过在570 ℃回火消除;在350 ℃和570 ℃回火后马氏体板条内部有大量针状的M3C,700 ℃回火后的显微组织中M3C消失,M23C6在原奥氏体晶界和马氏体板条界上析出,750 ℃回火后晶界上的M23C6有聚集粗化的现象,部分马氏体板条存在回复现象。  相似文献

试验用钢15CrMoV(%:0.15C、0.29Si、0.57Mn、1.01 Cr、0.37Mo、0.24V)16 mm板材的终轧温度为900~950℃,轧后在880~900℃水淬,并经670~800℃回火。结果表明,试验钢在线淬火后的组织为马氏体+贝氏体,随回火温度升高,钢中碳化物析出量增加,贝氏体板条束逐渐合并和减少,最终转化为碳化物+多边形铁素体组织;在730~780℃回火,15CrMoV钢具有良好的综合力学性能,抗拉强度680~760 MPa,冲击功55~130 J。  相似文献

 The microstructures and mechanical properties of Cr13 super martensitic stainless steel after different heat treatments were studied. The results show that the structures of the steel after quenching are of lath martensite mixed with a small amount of retained austenite. With the raising quenching temperature, the original austenite grain size increases and the lath martensite gradually becomes thicker. The structures of the tempered steel are mixtures of tempered martensite and reversed austenite dispersed in the martensite matrix. The amount of reversed austenite is from 754% to 2249%. After different heat treatments, the tensile strength, the elongation and the HRC hardness of the steel are in the range of 813-1070 MPa, 101%-212% and 2133-3237, respectively. The steel displays the best comprehensive mechanical properties after the sample is quenched at 1050 ℃ followed by tempering at 650 ℃.  相似文献

 The tempering behavior was experimentally studied in lath martensitic wear-resistant steels with various Mo/Ni contents after tempering at different temperatures from 200 to 600 ℃. It is shown that a good combination of hardness (HV) (420-450) and -20 ℃ impact toughness (38-70 J) can be obtained after quenching and tempering at 200-250 ℃. The microstructure at this temperature is lath structure with rod-like and/or flake-like ε-carbide with about 10 nm in width and 100 nm in length in the matrix, and the fracture mechanism is quasi-cleavage fracture combining with ductile fracture. Tempering at temperature from 300 to 400 ℃ results in the primary quasi-cleavage fracture due to the carbide transformation from resolved retained austenite and impurity segregation between laths or blocks. However, when the tempering temperature is higher than 500 ℃, the hardness (HV) is lower than 330 and the fracture mechanism changes to ductile fracture due to the spheroidization and coarsening of cementite. Additions of Mo and Ni have no significant effects on the carbides morphologies at low tempering temperatures, but improve the resistance to softening and embrittling for steels when tempered at above 350 ℃.  相似文献

 超高强度钢不仅可以降低海洋装备本身质量,而且节约能源,但这类钢应用过程中要求具有良好的强韧性匹配,而淬火工艺显著影响其后续的相变和性能。采用Thermo Calc软件、光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及透射电镜等研究了淬火工艺对低碳(w(C)<0.05%)铜沉淀硬化超高强海工钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,910 ℃淬火、450 ℃时效处理后峰值硬度达到386HV,700 ℃时效后空冷可得到部分二次马氏体组织,峰值硬度为357HV。525 ℃以下时效,富铜相析出的平均半径约为5 nm,产生较高的强化增量。820~910 ℃淬火,随着淬火温度降低,细小的(Nb,Ti)C粒子能够有效抑制奥氏体晶粒的长大,细化晶粒和马氏体板条块,同时基体中小角度界面密度增加,强韧性提高。其中820 ℃淬火强度最高达到1 109 MPa,-80 ℃ V型冲击功为91 J。  相似文献

The effect of processing parameters such as hot rolling and heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated for a new 0.27mass% C and Ni,Mo-free low alloy martensitic abrasion resistant steel.The three-body impact abrasive wear behavior was also analyzed.The results showed that two-step controlled rolling besides quenching at 880℃and tempering at 170℃could result in optimal mechanical property:the Brinell hardness,tensile strength,elongation and-40 ℃impact toughness were 531,1 530 MPa,11.8% and 58J,respectively.The microstructure was of fine lath martensite with little retained austenite.Three-body impact abrasive wear results showed that wear mechanism was mainly of plastic deformation fatigue when the impact energy was 2J, and the relative wear resistance was 1.04times higher than that of the same grade compared steel under the same working condition.The optimal hardness and toughness match was the main reason of higher wear resistance.  相似文献

采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸冲击试验机及布氏硬度计等研究了新型槽帮钢30MnSiCrMo经900~920℃30 min淬火,350~550℃2h回火的组织性能变化。结果表明,350~550℃不同回火过程中,试验钢出现马氏体分解、碳化物转变、聚集长大及α相回复再结晶等转变,室温组织由回火马氏体向回火屈氏体和回火索氏体过渡。随着回火温度的上升,基体固溶强化与碳化物析出强化减弱,试验钢的强度与硬度连续降低,而塑性与韧性不断提高,试验钢在900和920℃30 min水淬后450~520℃2 h回火时获得良好的强韧性匹配,即抗拉强度1159~1008 MPa,屈服强度1107~944 MPa,断后伸长率11.8%~15.0%,室温硬度336~293HBW,V型缺口冲击吸收功45.5~67.5 J,能够满足中部槽材料的强韧性要求。  相似文献

摘要:为研究淬火温度对不同铬含量的马氏体不锈钢组织和性能的影响,采用高温共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)、光镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、万能拉伸机、显微硬度计等方法对材料组织和性能进行了测试及表征。随着淬火温度的升高,不锈钢淬火后的晶粒尺寸都变大,计算确定了13%Cr和14%Cr不锈钢的晶界迁移能分别为113.62和125.92J/mol。13%Cr不锈钢经过淬火后显微组织为板条马氏体,回火后的组织为回火马氏体。但是,14%Cr不锈钢在1200℃淬火后生成了板条马氏体和少量的高温铁素体,并且在回火后高温铁素体并未消失,会对后续性能产生影响。淬火温度对不锈钢的强度影响不大。不锈钢中的铬质量分数从13%增加至14%,马氏体不锈钢强度增加,但伸长率有所降低。马氏体不锈钢的硬度随淬火温度的升高而下降,这主要与晶粒尺寸有关。  相似文献

采用Thermo-Calc热力学模拟计算与实验相结合的方法,优化设计了一种V、Ta微合金化的低活性F/M钢12Cr3WVTa,经1 050℃水淬及780℃回火后对其显微组织及析出相进行光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察以及能谱分析.实验钢淬火回火后显微组织由回火马氏体和少量δ铁素体相组成,析出相主要为M23C6和MX相(M=V,Ta;X=C,N),其中M23C6主要分布于回火马氏体板条界和相界,而MX弥散析出于回火马氏体板条内以及δ铁素体内.实验钢室温和高温(600℃)拉伸力学性能良好,600℃下材料抗拉强度为507 MPa,屈服强度为402 MPa,满足超临界水冷堆用包壳管的拉伸性能要求.   相似文献

 The variation of heat treatments including directed quenching and tempering off-line after controlled rolling (DQT) and quenching off-line and tempering off-line after controlled rolling (RQT) with microstructure and mechanical properties of a low-carbon microalloyed steel was compared and analyzed. For DQT, the quenched steel was obviously banded microstructure, with increasing tempering temperature, lath martensite coarsened, the cusp carbide precipitated at grain boundaries, the yield strength fluctuated slightly, and the fracture-separation was obvious. The impact toughness was better in the steel tempered at 500 ℃ for 1 h. In RQT, with increasing tempering temperature, lath martensite degenerated, intragranular and intergranular finer precipitations with smaller than 30 nm precipitated and grew up and were distributed dispersedly, the stripe-like carbides were distributed at grain boundaries, and the yield strength and tensile strengthen decreased obviously. The impact toughness of RQT process was much better than that of DQT process, and the comprehensive mechanical properties were better for the steel tempered at 500 ℃ for 1 h of RQT process.  相似文献

The microstructure evolution and impact-toughness variation of heat-affected zone(HAZ)in X80 highstrain pipeline steel were investigated via a welding thermal-simulation technique,Charpy impact tests,and scanning electron microscopy observations under different welding heat inputs and peak temperatures.The results indicate that when heat input was between 17 and 25kJ·cm~(-1),the coarse-grained heat-affected zone showed improved impact toughness.When the heat input was increased further,the martensite-austenite(M-A)islands transformed from fine lath into a massive block.Therefore,impact toughness was substantially reduced.When the heat input was 20kJ·cm~(-1) and the peak temperature of the first thermal cycle was between 900 and 1300°C,a higher impact toughness was obtained.When heat input was 20kJ·cm~(-1) and the peak temperature of the first thermal cycle was 1300°C,the impact toughness value at the second peak temperature of 900°C was higher than that at the second peak temperature of 800°C because of grain refining and uniformly dispersed M-A constituents in the matrix of bainite.  相似文献

The influence of thermomechanical treatment (TMT), i.e., controlled rolling and direct quenching, as a function of rolling temperature and deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of HSLA-100 steel have been studied. The optical microstructure of the direct quenched (DQ) and tempered steel rooled at lower temperatures (800 °C and 900 °C) showed elongated and deformed grains, whereas complete equiaxed grains were visible after rolling at 1000 °C. The transmission electron microscope (TEM) microstructure of the 800 °C rooled DQ steel showed shorter, irregular, and closer martensite laths with extremely fine Cu and Nb(C,N) precipitates after tempering at 450 °C. The precipitates coarsened somewhat after tempering at 650 °C; the degree of coarsening was, however, less compared to that of the reheat-quenched (RQ) and tempered steel, indicating that the DQ steel was slightly more resistant to tempering. Similar to the RQ steel, at a 450 °C tempering condition, the DQ steel exhibited peak strength with extremely poor impact toughness. After tempering at 650 °C, the toughness of the DQ steel improved significantly, but at the expense of its strength. In general, the strength of the DQ and tempered steel was good and comparable to that of the RQ and tempered steel, although, its impact toughness was marginally less than the latter. The optimum combination of strength and toughness in the DQ steels was achieved after 900 °C rolling with 50 pct deformation, followed by direct quenching and tempering at 650 °C (yield strength (YS)=903 MPa, ultimate tensile strength (UTS)=928 MPa, and Charpy V-notch (CVN) strength=143 J at −85 °C).  相似文献

A study of the structure and mechanical properties of Fe-Cr-Mo-C martensitic steels with and without boron addition has been carried out. Nonconventional heat treatments have subsequently been designed to improve the mechanical properties of these steels. Boron has been known to be a very potent element in increasing the hardenability of steel, but its effect on structure and mechanical properties of quenched and tempered martensitic steels has not been clear. The present results show that the as-quenched structures of both steels consist mainly of dislocated martensite. In the boron-free steel, there are more lath boundary retained austenite films. The boron-treated steel shows higher strengths at all tempering temperatures but with lower Charpy V-notch impact energies. Both steels show tempered martensite embrittlement when tempered at 350 °C for 1 h. The properties above 500 °C tempering are significantly different in the two steels. While the boron-free steel shows a continuous increase in toughness when tempered above 500 °C, the boron-treated steel suffers a second drop in toughness at 600 °C tempering. Transmission electron microscopy studies show that in the 600 °C tempered boron-treated steel large, more or less continuous cementite films are present at the lath boundaries, which are probably responsible for the embrittlement. The differences in mechanical properties at tempering temperatures above 500 °C are rationalized in terms of the effect of boron-vacancy interactions on the recovery and recrystallization behavior of these steels. Although boron seems to impair room temperature impact toughness at low strength levels, it does not affect this property at high strength levels. By simple nonconventinal heat treatments of the present alloys, martensitic steels may be produced with quite good strength-toughness properties which are much superior to those of existing commercial ultra-high strength steels. It is also shown that very good combinations of strength and toughness can be obtained with as-quenched martensitic steels.  相似文献
