某350MW汽轮发电机组运行过程中汽轮机高中压缸轴承箱油中进水、油挡积碳、轴瓦、转子、主油泵等设备锈蚀的问题,进行了分析诊断。汽轮机由于机组结构原因,前轴承箱油挡属于整体形式,机组检修期间油挡无法进行间隙调整及积碳清理。汽轮机轴封间隙调整不合格及长周期运行对汽封存在磨损,导致汽缸端部汽封漏气,降低汽轮机效率、同时部分蒸汽会从端部流出、恶化工作环境。针对此问题将原油挡技改为新型气密式油挡,该气密式油挡阻止轴封漏汽和灰尘杂质的进入轴承箱内,避免了油中进水和油中带杂质等情况的出现,消除油挡积碳现象。即保证了机组的正常运转,也为今后处理同类型机组出现类似问题提供了参考。 相似文献

余热发电系统投运后,均压箱一直超温运行,检修中发现汽封齿变形严重,导致后汽封漏汽,油中带水,严重影响汽轮机的安全运行;经过对轴封热力系统整体的分析及观察现场管路的布置情况发现,由于均压箱热源分散,降温水只对供汽热源进行降温,且喷水降温点靠前,两点综合因素导致均压箱温度不受控,出现超温的情况,本次改造主要对热源点进行梳理,只留供汽一路热源,同时选择合适的喷水降温点,改造后运行一年,均压箱超温情况得到解决。 相似文献

Hazardous gas detection systems play an important role in preventing catastrophic gas-related accidents in process industries. Even though effective detection technology currently exists for hazardous gas releases and a majority of process installations have a large number of sensitive detectors in place, the actual operating performance of gas detection systems still does not meet the expected requirements. In this paper, a risk-based methodology is proposed to optimize the placement of hazardous gas detectors. The methodology includes three main steps, namely, the establishment of representative leak scenarios, computational fluid dynamics (CFD)-based gas dispersion modeling, and the establishment of an optimized solution. Based on the combination of gas leak probability and joint distribution probability of wind velocity and wind direction, a quantitative filtering approach is presented to select representative leak scenarios from all potential scenarios. The commercial code ANSYS-FLUENT is used to estimate the consequence of hazardous gas dispersions under various leak and environmental conditions. A stochastic mixed-integer linear programming formulation with the objective of minimizing the total leak risk across all representative leak scenarios is proposed, and the greedy dropping heuristic algorithm (GDHA) is used to solve the optimization model. Finally, a practical application of the methodology is performed to validate its effectiveness for the optimal design of a gas detector system in a high-sulfur natural gas purification plant in Chongqing, China. The results show that an appropriate number of gas detectors with optimal cost-effectiveness can be obtained, and the total leak risk across all potential scenarios can be substantially reduced. An apparatus containing a T-shaped tube fitted with a rupture diaphragm was developed in order to generate simultaneously two decompression waves traveling in opposite directions through a gas. The speeds of decompression wave fronts observed at ideal gas densities were found to be precisely equal to the calculated values of the speed of sound of equilibrium thermodynamics. Accordingly, the observed speed of the wave front is adopted as the speed of sound at all gas densities. Wave front speeds are determined from transit-times between two piezoelectric transducers mounted face-on to the waves and average speed of the two wave fronts is recorded at the speed of sound at a chosen pressure and temperature. The gas density is determined by discharging the contents of a small side-chamber filled with the gas at this state into a pre-evacuated chamber sufficiently large that the mass of discharged gas is provided with precision by the ideal gas law. The compressibility coefficient is measured at slightly higher pressures and is determined from the isothermal decrease in pressure resulting from a controlled leak of the gas in the T-tube to the small side-chamber. All gas-containing vessels were maintained at constant temperature to within ±0,1°C by immersion in a suitable bath. 相似文献

由于中央空调冷却塔旁酸性气体的影响,导致冷却水pH降低,加剧了系统中铜材设备的腐蚀,严重时导致空调主机冷凝器频繁穿管泄漏,影响了空调的正常运行。针对这一特定情况,于实验室筛选出NF-927阻垢缓蚀剂及NF-9101铜缓蚀剂配方,数个月的现场运行结果表明,该药剂能有效控制系统的结垢及腐蚀,空调冷凝器未再出现穿管泄漏的现象。 相似文献
