The Fe3O4 particles that were activated with Pd-Sn catalytic nuclei by single-step activation were used as cores for obtaining nickel- and boron-decorated particles with shell/core structure via electroless plating. The materials were characterized by TEM, SEM, EDX, X-ray diffraction, VSM and microwave network analyzer. The results showed that Fe3O4 particles coated with Ni–B alloy films had reduced metal deposition in the reaction solution. There was no peak of amorphous alloy Ni–B by XRD but the inverse spinal Fe3O4. The calculated results indicate that the Fe3O4 densely coated with Ni–B exhibits better absorption performance than the pure Fe3O4 in the range of 2–18 GHz, such as more powerful absorbing capability and a wider electromagnetic wave absorbing frequency band. 相似文献

Sm0.5Sr0.5Co1−xFexO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5, SSCF) with perovskite-type structure has been successfully prepared by conventional solid-state reaction as a microwave and infrared multi-functional material. The effects of Fe incorporation on the structure, electrical conductivity, infrared emissivity and microwave-absorbing properties were investigated in detail. XRD results have shown that the perovskite structure of SSCF has an orthorhombic symmetry for 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.4 and a cubic symmetry for 0.5, respectively. The incorporation of Fe in SSCF could contribute to the decrease of electrical conductivity, while the infrared emissivities are increased. Moreover, microwave-absorbing properties in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz at room temperature are sensitive to Fe content. The complex permittivity, complex permeability and electromagnetic loss tangent have suddenly a step change at a certain frequency and the step-change frequency position moves slightly to lower frequencies with Fe increased. The optimal reflection loss calculated from the measured permittivity and permeability is 29.33 dB at 7.97 GHz with a thickness of 2.0 mm. 相似文献

采用电弧熔炼及球磨工艺制备出Nd10.2Fe89.8-xCx (x = 0.0, 2.6, 5.2, 7.8) 合金微粉,借助XRD、SEM和网络矢量分析仪等仪器分别对合金微粉的结构、形貌及其微波吸收性能进行了研究。研究发现, 随着C含量的增加,Nd10.2Fe89.8-xCx合金的最小反射峰频率高频方向移动;其中Nd10.2Fe84.6C5.2合金具有最好的吸波效果,在最佳匹配厚度1.8 mm下,Nd10.2Fe84.6C5.2合金的最小反射损耗在5.2 GHz处达到-13.2 dB左右,反射损耗小于-10 dB的频带宽度达到了1.2 GHz。随着匹配厚度的增加最小反射损耗向低频移动,最小反射损耗与干涉损耗有关。 相似文献

The focus of this study was placed on the lightness of microwave absorbing effective metal/epoxy composites. For such a focus, high aspect ratio of flake iron powder and high absorbing FeNi3 were prepared. The iron powder particle size was reduced significantly through wet milling, comparing to dry milling. The FeNi3 alloy powders were synthesized by mechanical alloying (MA); then, the particle size was reduced through wet milling. The iron powder and FeNi3 alloy were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction. SEM of the metal particles showed the flake and small structure by wet milling. The microwave absorbing effectiveness of metal/epoxy composite was affected by the structure, loading and dispersion of metal materials. The polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) plays an important role in suspending metal powders in wet milling to reduce powder size. Besides, the PVP will be a coupling agent in inhibiting the aggregation and enhancing the interfacial interaction between metal and epoxy. Results suggested that after the above manufacturing process, the microwave absorbency was enhanced substantially. Composite films of Fe/epoxy and FeNi3/epoxy 1.6 mm in thickness possessed a microwave absorbency above 10 dB at 9.2-15.2 GHz and 13.1-16.2 GHz, respectively. 相似文献

Conductive polyaniline (PANi)-manganese ferrite (MnFe2O4) nanocomposites with core-shell structure were synthesized by in situ polymerization in the presence of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) as the surfactant and dopant and ammonium persulfate (APS) as the oxidant. The structure and magnetic properties of manganese ferrite nanoparticles were measured by using powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. Its morphology, microstructure and DC conductivity of the nanocomposite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and four-wire-technique, respectively. The microwave absorbing properties of the nanocomposite powders dispersing in resin acrylic coating with the coating thickness of 1.4 mm were investigated by using vector network analyzers in the frequency range of 8-12 GHz. The electromagnetic and microwave absorbing properties of FeCoB powder composites prepared by sin- gle-roller melt-spinning and mechanical milling processes were investigated in this paper. The result indicates that the flake-like powders are obtained. As milling time increases, the flake-like powder particles tend to agglomerate, causing the flake-like powders decrease gradually. The milling time plays an important role in the electromagnetic parameters which relates to the shape and size of the powder particles. The calculation shows that the sample milled for 6 h could achieve an optimal reflection loss of -11.5 dB at 5.8 GHz, with mass fraction of 83 % and a matching thickness of 1.8 mm. The result also indicates that the microwave absorbing properties of the FeCoB powder composites are adjustable by changing their thickness, and can be applied as a thinner microwave absorbing material in the range of 2-8 GHz. 相似文献

TiN nanoparticles with an average diameter of 15 nm or so were prepared by the reaction of spongy Ti and NH4Cl at about 530 °C. The electromagnetic parameters of the TiN nanoparticles/wax composite were measured by a coaxial line method. The nanoparticles exhibit good microwave absorbing ability owing to dielectric loss, and the measured reflection loss reaches a minimum value of −16.1 dB at 13.8 GHz. The interfaces between nanocrystalline TiN and the thin amorphous TiO2 layer on the TiN surface contribute dominantly to the high permittivity and good microwave absorbing properties. 相似文献

采用高能球磨和晶化热处理方法制备钕铁吸波粉体,研究Si含量对钕铁粉体吸波性能的影响。结果发现:在高能球磨和微氧化气氛下进行700℃,1h晶化处理后,Nd8Fe92、Nd8Fe89Si3和Nd8Fe87S5粉体组织均由α-Fe、Nd2O3和Fe17Nd2相组成,加入Si后,粉体的Fe17Nd2相对量增加;Nd8Fe92粉体的反射率最小值约为-4.5dB,吸收峰频率约为4.4GHz,加入Si后,粉体的反射率最小值降低,吸收峰频率升高,吸波带宽变宽;Nd8Fe92粉体以介电损耗为主,Nd8Fe89Si3和Nd8Fe87Si5粉体以磁损耗为主。 相似文献

Nano-TiO2/Co4Sb11.7Te0.3 composites were prepared by mechanical alloying (MA) and cold isostatic pressing (CIP) process.The phase composition,microstructure,and thermoelectric properties were characterized.The diffraction spectra of all samples well corresponds to CoSb3 skutterudite diffraction plane.TiO2 agglomerates into irregular clusters.They locate at the grain boundaries or some are distributed on the surface of Co4Sb11.7Te0.3 particles.For composites with high TiO2 content (0.6% and 1.0% TiO2),the phonon scattering by TiO2 particle,pores,and small size grains can result in a remarkable reduction in thermal conductivity.The maximum value of ZT is 0.79 for sample with 0.6 wt.% TiO2 at 700 K,which is 11% higher than that of non-dispersed sample. 相似文献

制备了一系列炭黑/羰基铁/硅橡胶复合吸波材料,研究了炭黑含量对羰基铁/硅橡胶电磁性能的变化规律.用同轴线法测试了炭黑和羰基铁在2~18 GHz的电磁参数.对复合材料的导电性能、吸波性能及屏蔽性能进行了测试,对其各项性能的变化规律进行了总结.研究发现,在羰基铁与硅橡胶质量比固定在50:100(即50 phr)时,随着炭黑含量的增加,各项性能都呈现出增强的趋势,但当炭黑质量与硅橡胶的质量比达到70:100后(即70 phr),再增加炭黑的加入量,各项性能几乎没有改变.另还对导电、吸波以及屏蔽性能的关系进行了分析. 相似文献

采用火焰喷射自反应淬熄技术制备了含Mn铁氧体与氧化铁复合空心微珠,分析了空心微珠的形态、组成和结构,研究了空心微珠的合成机理。获得的空心微珠产物,球化率和空心率较高,但壁厚不均匀,粒径在几十微米范围,排水法测试平均密度为1.58 g/cm3。吸波测试显示,空心微珠与石蜡混合涂层的吸波反射率最小值为–31.4 d B,最佳匹配厚度为4 mm,对应的吸收频率为5.2 GHz,并且随着厚度1~5 mm变化,吸波频段呈现出可调性。 相似文献

目的探究空气层匹配厚度及碳纤维含量、长度对碳纤维吸波涂层吸波性能的影响。方法以短切碳纤维为吸收剂,水性聚氨酯为基体树脂,制备雷达吸波涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜和金相显微镜对短切碳纤维和涂层的微观形貌进行分析表征,将碳纤维涂层与空气层进行匹配,并采用矢量网络分析仪测试分析涂层的吸波性能。结果当空气匹配层厚度由1 mm逐渐增加到3.5 mm时,复合涂层的最大吸收峰由高频逐渐向低频移动。匹配厚度为3 mm时,反射率峰值最低(-41 d B)。匹配厚度为2.5 mm时,有效吸收频段(反射率-10 d B)最宽,为8.6~18 GHz。随着碳纤维含量的增加,涂层的最大吸收峰频率均呈下降趋势,有效吸收频段向低频移动。碳纤维含量(质量分数)低于0.1%时,只有碳纤维长度达到3 mm,涂层才具备有效吸波性能。碳纤维含量为0.1%~0.2%,碳纤维长度为2 mm时,涂层吸波性能最好。碳纤维含量超出0.2%,碳纤维长度为1 mm时,涂层已经具备较好的吸波性能。结论通过调节空气层匹配厚度及碳纤维含量、长度,空气层匹配碳纤维吸波涂层在不同频段均能实现对电磁波的有效吸收。 相似文献

For the study of magnetic field-assisted assembly behavior, one-dimensional (1D) NiCo alloy nanostructures were solvothermally obtained at 180 °C under an in situ magnetic field (the magnetic field as applied during the chemical reduction) and ex situ field (after the chemical reduction was finished). Microscopic morphology and magnetic properties differences were investigated using scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) for these products. Magnetic measurement results show that 1D ordered microstructures under in situ magnetic field possess higher saturation magnetization Ms, remnant magnetization Mr, coercivity Hc and reduced magnetization Mr/Ms than 1D ordered microstructures under ex situ field, and the four magnetic parameters of the two ordered microstructures are much higher than those randomly distributed alloy particles prepared in the absence of external magnetic field. 相似文献

以氯化钯(PdCl2)为金属前驱体,利用简易可见光辅助法制备具有单晶和多重孪晶结构的钯纳米颗粒。结果表明,不同纳米结构的形成取决于还原速率的控制。与多重孪晶结构的钯纳米颗粒不同,单晶钯纳米粒子在可见光区域表现了表面等离子共振吸收峰。纳米钯粒子的电化学性质也采用循环伏安法进行了研究。通过比较单晶和多重孪晶钯纳米粒子氧化过程的电化学参数,表明多重孪晶钯纳米粒子对乙醇有较好的电催化活性和抗中毒能力。 相似文献

Gold–silver alloy nanoparticles with various Au concentrations in sputtered SiO2 thin films were synthesized by using RF reactive magnetron co-sputtering and then heat-treated in reducing Ar + H2 atmosphere at different temperatures. The UV–visible absorption spectra of the bimetallic systems confirmed the formation of alloy nanoparticles. The optical absorption of the Au–Ag alloy nanoparticles exhibited only one plasmon resonance absorption peak located at 450 nm between the absorption bands of pure Au and Ag nanoparticles at 400 and 520 nm, respectively, for the thin films annealed at 800 °C. The maximum absorption wavelength of the surface plasmon band showed a red shift with increasing Au content. XPS results indicated that the alloys were in metallic state, and they had a greater tendency to lose electrons as compared to their corresponding monometallic state. Moreover, the positive and negative shift of the Au(4f) core-level binding energies was observed for low and high Au concentration, respectively. Also a negative shift of the Ag(3d) binding energies was increased by increasing Au concentration. Diffusion of the particles toward the surface by increasing the temperature has also been illustrated by AFM images. Based on AFM observations, we have found that the particle size reduced from 35 to 20 nm by increasing the annealing temperature from 600 to 800 °C, while particle size increased by increasing Au concentration in films. In addition, lateral force microscopy (LFM) analysis showed that the alloy particles were uniformly distributed on the surface. 相似文献
