近几年,随着社会经济的快速发展,矿区的生态环境恢复已经引起了越来越多的重视。矿山生态修复工程的实施,是防止矿山生态环境持续恶化的一项重大举措。本文从矿山生态修复的方法与工程措施两方面,对其进行了系统的探讨,主要包括矿山生态环境的稳定性、植被的恢复、土壤的生物修复等方面,并对矿山生态修复中的矿山的生态恢复、尾矿库的恢复、煤矸石的生态恢复、排土场的复垦等问题进行了深入的探讨,并总结了矿山生态修复工程的改善策略,从而有效地恢复矿区生态环境,实现矿山生态环境的持续、健康发展。  相似文献

System Identification of Base-Isolated Building using Seismic Response Data   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Due to the complex nature of the excitation, and the inherent dynamics characteristics of restoring force of the base isolation systems, the response of base-isolated structures subject to strong earthquakes often experiences excursion into the inelastic range. Therefore, in designing base-isolated structures, the nonlinear hysteretic restoring force model of the base isolation system is frequently used to predict structural response and to evaluate structural safety. In this paper, the prediction error method system identification technique is used in conjunction with nonlinear state-space models for identification of a base-isolated structure. Using a variety of nonlinear restoring force models and bidirectional recorded seismic responses, several identification runs are conducted to evaluate the accuracy of the selected models. Several nonlinear restoring force models are utilized for the base-isolation system, including a multiple shear spring (MSS) model. Among all models used, results indicate that the trilinear hysteretic MSS model closely matches the actual hysteretic restoring force profile and time histories obtained directly from the observed data.  相似文献

A 13-kb fragment of the rat aldolase C gene contains sufficient information for gene expression. Transgenic mice carrying the 13-kb fragment showed restoration of chromatin structure and tissue-specific, copy number-dependent expression. To localize the regulatory elements responsible for restoring chromatin structure, several mutated constructs were used to produce transgenic mice. Three activities were examined: recreation of DNase hypersensitive sites, restoration of methylation status, and copy number-dependent expression. Deletions of the 3'-flanking region did not affect those activities. Deletion of seven introns affected the mRNA levels but not the restoration of the chromatin structure. The insertion of the LacZ gene into the first exon of the transgene interfered with both the restoration of the chromatin structure and the copy number-dependent expression in transgenic mice. DNase I footprinting assays revealed that brain-specific factors bind to the sequence disrupted by the LacZ insertion. These results suggest that the sequence in the first exon is essential for restoring the chromatin structure of the rat aldolase C gene.  相似文献

A nonparametric identification method for nonlinear hysteretic systems is presented. Making use of the Duhem hysteresis operator, the multivalued relationship of hysteretic restoring force with respect to displacement and velocity of the phase plane is mapped onto two single-valued surfaces in an appropriate subspace in terms of the state variables of displacement and hysteretic restoring force. The functions describing the surfaces need not be specified in specific expressions, so that both the form and parameters of the functions can be fine-tuned to match experimental results. They are identified by fitting the surfaces with the generalized orthogonal polynomials in terms of displacement and hysteretic restoring force. The proposed method is applied to the modeling of hysteretic behavior of a wire-cable vibration isolator from experimental data. Excellent agreement between the predicted and experimental hysteresis loops is obtained. Based on the established hysteretic model, the dynamic response characteristics of a wire-cable isolation system are evaluated.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To review comparative studies evaluating oral propafenone for restoring sinus rhythm in recent onset atrial fibrillation. DATA SOURCES: A MEDLINE search of the English-language literature (1966 to 1996) along with any referenced articles not identified by MEDLINE. STUDY SELECTION: Because intravenous propafenone is not marketed in Canada, only studies evaluating oral propafenone were included. Studies were selected if they compared oral propafenone with placebo or other antiarrhythmic agents for converting recent onset atrial fibrillation to normal sinus rhythm. DATA SYNTHESIS: Propafenone is often used as a first-line agent for pharmacological cardioversion of atrial fibrillation. In earlier studies, the efficacy of propafenone in restoring sinus rhythm was reported to be low with conversion rates of 6% to 62%. Many of these studies were noncomparative and often included patients with refractory, chronic atrial fibrillation or employed suboptimal doses of propafenone. More recently propafenone has been evaluated in the treatment of recent onset atrial fibrillation by using a single 600 mg oral loading dose. Success rates of 76% at 8 h and 83% at 12 h following the loading dose are reported. The incidence of atrial flutter during active treatment was similar to that with placebo, with the majority exhibiting 2:1 or greater atrioventricular conduction ratios and heart rates 150 beats/min or less. CONCLUSIONS: A single 600 mg oral dose of propafenone is highly effective at restoring sinus rhythm in patients with acute onset atrial fibrillation with few adverse effects. The small studies reviewed cannot lead to definitive conclusions about the safety of propafenone without prior administration of agents for rate control.  相似文献
