AlSi7Mg合金液相线半连续铸造合金组织

采用液相线半连续铸造法，研究了AlSi7Mg铝合金的铸造显微组织，在液相线温度下半连续铸造AlSi7Mg铝合金铸造组织为均匀，细小的近等轴晶组织，晶粒平均等级圆直径为34．5um，最小直径为5．8um，最大直径为92um，晶粒平均圆度为1．88，最小圆度为1．18，最大圆度为5．82。

本发明涉及一种螺旋分级机叶片耐磨材料及其制造工艺，其化学成分（wt％）：C为2．20～3．10，Si为0．6～1．2，Mn为1．5～2．5，S为〈0．06，P为〈0．06，Cr为11～18，Cu为0．5～1．2，变质剂为0．05～0．2，其余为Fe。通过设计合理的成分和多元合金化处理，可以得到耐磨性和抗腐蚀疲劳性能俱佳的新型多元耐磨合金，大幅度提高螺旋分级机叶片的使用寿命，降低使用成本，减轻工人的劳动强度，提高螺旋分级机分级效率，具有比较明显的综合经济效益。     

从湿法硫酸镍中去除锰、铁的新工艺研究

简这了湿法制备硫酸镍过程中以NaClO为氧化剂，CaCO3为中和剂除锰，铁工艺中存在的主要问题，针对这些问题，将该工艺改进为以KMnO4为氧化剂，NaOH为中和剂去除锰，铁，结果表明，新工艺有效扼制了原工艺中存在的主要问题，较大地提高了生产效率，降低了生产成本。     

碳酸铁精矿生产氧化球团矿的研究

对峨口磁铁矿配加碳酸铁精矿生产氧化球团进行了研究，研究表明，碳酸铁矿尽管烧损大，焙烧时收缩严重但其中含有较高的ＣａＯ、ＭｇＯ等生氧化物，对于高炉冶炼极为有利，在碳酸铁精矿配比为５０％，预热温度为８００℃，预热时间为２０－３０ｍｉｎ，焙烧温度为１２７０℃，焙烧时间为２０－３０ｍｉｎ的工艺条件下，可生产出抗压强度大于２０００Ｎ／个，还原率为８６．８５％，ＭｇＯ含量为４．０３％的优质球团矿。     

完美无谐波高压变频器在循环风机上的应用

焦化厂干熄焦车间循环风机采用高压变频器进行调速，变频器为美国罗宾康公司生产的完美元谐波系列的高压变频器，高压电机功率1900kW，高压变频器容量2000kW，变频器输入电压为10kV，变压后6kV直接输出，变频器为高-高结构，输出为单元串联移相式PWM方式，输出电压为13电平，线电压为25电平，系统采用一体化结构，用户只需高压输入和输出、低压控制电源和控制信号线即可。     

某铅锌矿选矿工艺试验研究

在高碱性条件下，对内蒙古某铅锌矿进行了分选试验。用乙黄药为捕收剂，ZnSO4和Na2S为抑制剂优先选铅，然后用CuSO4为活化剂，用乙黄药选锌。闭路试验结果表明，铅精矿中，铅质量分数为72．23％，铅回收率为87．21％；锌精矿中，锌质量分数为51．50％，锌回收率为85．22％。该工艺已投入生产。
