在中国的矿产资源并购中,矿业权评估技术的应用已经成为关键的一环。通过对矿产资源的储量、品质及经济性进行科学、客观、全面的评估,可帮助投资者降低投资风险,提高并购成功率。矿业权评估技术的方法包括综合信息分析法、收益法、市场方法、成本法、折现现金流法、相对比较法。在中国矿山资源并购中的应用存在法律法规不完善、数据收集不全面、评估标准不完善及评估人员水平参差不齐等问题。为此,需要统一评估标准,加强数据披露,提高评估师水平,引入第三方评估机构,强化监管,充分利用新技术并积极与国际接轨,建立高效的交易平台,提高矿业权交易成功率。  相似文献

随着矿业的持续发展,矿业权交易随之大量涌现,交易双方因地质资源/储量、经济技术指标、评估方法等意见不同,导致矿业权价值很难确定,最终导致矿权交易项目不能顺利进行。就其原因,主要涉及地质储量备案、资源开发利用方案编制、可行性研究报告的编制、评估机构专业技术人员的水平等存在一定问题。该文针对这些问题,提出了相应的措施,以供同仁参考。  相似文献

Sodium diclofenac (DCF, CAS 1507-79-6) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug whose activity is mainly due to an inhibitory effect on the synthesis of the prostaglandins. At present, a tendency towards its topical use in the treatment of the inflammatory state of the anterior segment of the eye as an alternative to the steroid drugs is observed. The pharmacokinetics of DCF was studied in rabbits by assessing the ocular and systemic absorption of DCF after administering DCF eye drops. The chromatographic methods available were not sensitive enough to quantify the extremely low drug concentrations which appeared in the biological fluids after ocular treatment. For this reason, the concentrations of DCF in plasma and aqueous humor were evaluated by a coupled liquid chromatography/gas chromatography (LC/GC) method. DCF was absorbed well through the cornea with the aqueous humor concentration peak being 757.8 ng/ml at 120 min. This good ocular absorption of DCF was confirmed by the concentrations observed in plasma. The presence of tramazoline (TMZ, CAS 74195-73-6) in the eye drops increases the levels of DCF in aqueous humor.  相似文献

A 75-year-old woman taking the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug diclofenac (DCF) presented with acute Coombs-positive hemolytic anemia and subsequently developed renal failure. A drug-dependent antibody specific for red blood cells (RBCs) could not be demonstrated by in vitro testing with DCF. However, her serum was found to contain an IgM antibody that reacted strongly with RBCs in the presence of urine from any of four subjects who had ingested DCF. The active substance in urine was isolated, subjected to high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) analysis, and found to be a glucuronide conjugate of a known DCF metabolite, 4'-hydroxydiclofenac (4'-OH DCF). Negative results were obtained with four other DCF metabolites. Two 4'-OH DCF glucuronides were synthesized in vitro using a liver microsomal system. One promoted agglutination of normal RBCs by the patient's serum and was identified as the glucuronide ester of 4'-OH DCF by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis. Studies with a panel of RBCs showed that the patient's antibody reacted preferentially with the e antigen of the Rh system. Acute immune hemolytic anemia in this patient appears to have been caused by sensitization to DCF modified by 4' hydroxylation and glucuronidation. This is the first reported example of immune cytopenia caused by sensitivity to a glucuronide conjugate of a drug metabolite. Since glucuronidation is a common pathway of drug metabolism, studies of the frequency with which glucuronide derivatives of primary medications cause immune cytopenia seem warranted.  相似文献

根据电子探针能谱分析,相关分析,镜下鉴定及各单矿物分析结果,银绝大部份呈固溶体分散赋存于方铅矿,铜矾,铅铁矾等铅的含氧酸盐矿物中。在砂矿和岩矿中的银,铅大部份不呈矿物状态,分散状态存在于褐铁矿和锰结核中,本方法既适合该矿的各种矿石分析,也适合用于该矿选矿产品的银物相分析。  相似文献

某金矿系属于微细粒浸染型矿床 ,矿床赋存于三叠系底部一套粉砂岩与粘土岩组成的沉积岩中 ,物质组成简单 ,自然金是唯一的有用矿物 ,金的颗粒极其微细 ,多数呈非游离不可见金 (超显微粒状金 ) ,主要赋存在毒砂、黄铁矿等硫化物中 ,次为粘土或石英中。常规光学显微镜下鉴定极为困难 ,根据矿石特点 ,采用以选择性溶解试验为主与镜下鉴定的试验相结合的研究方法 ,基本查明了金的赋存状态及工艺特性。解决了单一镜检从半定量、相对含量提高到绝对量的高标准 ,从而为选冶工艺提供更可靠的数据。  相似文献

The photoreduction of 2'-7'-dichlorofluorescein (DCF) was investigated in buffer solution using direct electron spin resonance (ESR) and the ESR spin-trapping technique. Anaerobic studies of the reaction of DCF in the presence of reducing agents demonstrated that during visible irradiation (lambda > 300 nm) 2'-7'-dichlorofluorescein undergoes one-electron reduction to produce a semiquinone-type free radical as demonstrated by direct ESR. Spin-trapping studies of incubations containing DCF, 5,5-dimethyl-1-pyrroline N-oxide (DMPO) and either reduced glutathione (GSH) or reduced NADH demonstrate, under irradiation with visible light, the production of the superoxide dismutase-sensitive DMPO/*OOH adduct. In the absence of DMPO, measurements with a Clark-type oxygen electrode show that molecular oxygen is consumed in a light-dependent process. The semiquinone radical of DCF, when formed in an aerobic system, is immediately oxidized by oxygen, which regenerates the dye and forms superoxide.  相似文献

Dopachrome Conversion Factor (DCF) was found in the plasma of the locust Locusta migratoria. It has an apparent molecular mass of 85,000. Its K(m) was 0.2 mM at 22 degrees C and pH 7 with L-dopachrome as substrate. It had a high substrate specificity for L-dopachrome, methyl-L-dopachrome and L-dopachrome methyl ester but no activity on the corresponding D-isomers or on dopaminechrome. DCF was devoid of any phenoloxidase activity. Under action of DCF, L-dopachrome was converted into dihydroxyindole, which showed that a decarboxylation occured in the course of reaction. Locust DCF was inhibited by indole-3-propionic acid but not by indole-3- or indole-2-carboxylic acid. It was also inhibited by L-tryptophan in a competitive manner. Inhibition and substrate specificity suggest that a carboxyl group, either free or as a methyl ester, is necessary but not sufficient for enzyme recognition. When purified prophenoloxidase was activated and then added to dihydroxyindole either prepared by chemical synthesis or obtained by action of purified DCF on dopachrome, black pigments with a maximum absorption at 540 nm were generated. Therefore in the eumelanin pathway of locust plasma, phenoloxidase can catalyze the reaction that converts the product generated by DCF.  相似文献

A hypercalcemic patient with adult T-cell leukemia was treated with deoxycoformycin (DCF) in a dose of 5 mg/m2 daily for three days. Several days later, severe thrombocytopenia appeared abruptly and then microangiopathic hemolytic anemia ensued. Subsequently, renal failure and hypertension developed, and the patient died seven weeks after DCF therapy. Needle necropsy of the kidney showed glomerular damage including swelling of endothelial cells, mesangiolysis and segmental collapse. This is the second reported case of hemolytic-uremic syndrome due to DCF.  相似文献

无取向硅钢表面绝缘涂层分成有机涂层,无机涂层和半无机涂层三大类。无机涂层的基本成分是磷酸盐涂料和磷铝酸基涂料中添中胶态二氧化硅,氧化镁和硼酸。无机涂层具有良好的耐热和焊接性能,但其中冲制性和粘结性不佳,半无机涂层基本成分为磷酸盐,铬酸盐,乳胶树脂溶液,弥散促进剂和表面活性剂,其中弥漫促进剂和表面活性剂对涂层的质量具有重要作用。半无机涂层具有良好的冲制性和粘结性,但其耐热性和焊接性不及无机涂层。  相似文献
