胶鞋是橡胶工业最早的产品之一,也是我国橡胶工业中起源最早、历史最久的传统产品。我国自1917年广东出现第一家胶鞋厂到1997年已成为世界上最大的胶鞋生产国和出口国,胶鞋花式品种累计已达千余种。据国家统计局统计,2002年胶鞋总产量已达9.59亿双,民间根据内销和出品量估计实际上应为15亿双左右。胶鞋按材料可分为布面胶鞋、胶面胶鞋和橡塑鞋三类。布面胶鞋鞋帮取材于纺织物,配上围条、大底、中底和前包头等胶制部件;胶面胶鞋整个统面取材于覆贴胶面的棉毛针织物,具有不渗漏的功能;橡塑鞋底材采用纯胶或橡塑共混物、热塑性弹性体,帮材采用… 相似文献

Recent adhesive technologies have focused on the development of high-quality and eco-friendly adhesives. Thus, there is a gradual shift from the currently used chemical-based adhesives toward harmless adhesives with improved quality and performance. Here, we evaluated the potential use of bacteria-produced recombinant mussel adhesive protein (MAP) as a harmless wood furniture adhesive. We formulated a MAP wood adhesive as an inclusion body type for economical preparation, and we confirmed its harmlessness through the non-detection of volatile organic compounds and heavy metals. The formulated MAP showed sufficiently strong bulk adhesive strength for the dried gluing of wood adherends. We also found that the formulated MAP wood adhesive exhibits robust adhesion in various environmental conditions, including open assembly times, incubation times, temperatures, and humidity levels. In summary, the developed recombinant MAP could be successfully used as a promising environmentally-friendly, harmless wood furniture adhesive. 相似文献

Stable emulsions of emulsifier/N‐methylpyrrolidone‐free crosslinkable waterborne polyurethane–acrylates (C‐WBPUAs) with various acrylic monomer contents (0, 10, 20, and 30 wt %) for footwear adhesive materials were successfully prepared in this study. The effects of the acrylic monomer content on the shelf stability, mean particle size, and viscosity of the C‐WBPUA emulsions; the tensile properties and dynamic mechanical thermal properties of the C‐WBPUA film samples; and the adhesive strengths between the upper (synthetic leather) and the sole (ethylene vinyl acetate rubber) in both the dry and wet states of the formulated adhesives (C‐WBPUA emulsion–thickener–hardener) were examined. The adhesive strengths of the formulated adhesives for footwear (leather–sole) in both the dry and wet states increased with increasing acrylic monomer content up to 20 wt %; after this, they almost levelled off. Thus, C‐WBPUA20 and C‐WBPUA30, where the number indicates the acrylic monomer content, can be recommended as high‐performance adhesive materials for footwear. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. 生产工艺对丁腈橡胶粘合性能有一定的影响。本文用实验模拟生产过程,通过测试粘合强度和附胶率,研究了预热温度及硫化时间对丁腈橡胶粘合性能的影响。结果表明,预热温度在90℃以下对粘合性能没有影响,高于90℃时,粘合强度随温度升高而降低;硫化时间在4h以内不影响粘合,长于4h会对粘合强度产生影响。 相似文献

The use of adhesive is posed to increase dramatically for application to the next generation of vehicle structures as is the use of aluminum. In this study, the effect of adhesive characteristics on the strength of adhesive-bonded lap shear aluminum was investigated. It was found that the joint strength depended on not only the adhesive properties but the bond adhesion between the adhesive and adherend. For the given selected aluminum substrates, to ensure the cohesive failure mode and consistent joint strength it is necessary to select an adhesive which had a weaker than or comparable strength to the bond adhesion. To improve the failure mode from adhesive to cohesive, atmospheric pressure plasma surface treatment of X610-T4PD and X626-T4P aluminum was performed and results showed that it improved not only the joint strength but degree of cohesive failure mode. 相似文献
