Der weltgrößte Kran, ein über 30 Jahre alter Werftportal‐Kran aus Malmö, Schweden, wurde verkauft, im Jahr 2002 dort zerlegt, demontiert und per Schiff in die größte Werft der Welt nach Ulsan in Süd‐Korea gebracht. Der Beitrag berichtet über den Aufbau in der Werft Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), wo der Kran neu zusammenschweißt wurde und nun nach dreijähriger Planungszeit und einjähriger Bauzeit für eine neuartige Slip‐Anlage für Schiffe in einem Offshore Yard mit geänderter Aufgabenstellung in Betrieb genommen wurde. Erection and conversion of the largest Goliath Crane of the world – Welding technique for the re‐use of a technologic producer good. A 30 year‐old Goliath Crane for ship‐building was sold to Werft Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), along with two slewing cranes, by a Swedish company. It was knocked down and dismantled at Malmö, Sweden and transported by ship to Ulsan, South Korea, in order to be re‐erected and re‐used for a newly developed “Ground‐Shipbuilding‐System” in the place of real estate of an offshore yard.  相似文献

Plugged and stacked – the maintenance depot in Andelfingen (CH) as a modern industrial log construction In 2015 a new maintenance depot for utility vehicles was built in Andelfingen (Canton Zurich). The building is 16.50 m wide and 30 m long with a height of 8 m and was supposed to be constructed in wood. Referring to the simpilicity of an assembly set, planar components have been developed for the roof and the walls integrating both the load bearing structure and the building envelope and allowing for a simple and fast assembly. This was possible because of modern industrial fabrication techniques which allow to transfer the traditional log construction to a large scale industrial building type. The process of stacking and plugging 2 m high laminated timber components with the length of the entire building, the slotting of the roof beams into the wall and the multilayer board on top rendered possible a timber building with only a few additional iron fasteners put together in only 4 d. Only through close cooperation of architects, engineers and contractors a strong relation of the building material, the construction principle, the building structure and its architectural expression is achieved.  相似文献

The Ottendorfer Viadukt – An extraordinary construction project. One of the titles of the Bishop of Rome is Pontifex. Pontifex means bridge builder. Now it is really presumptuous to compare bridge builders with a Bishop. But if it is feasible to build a bridge between people with a construction of a bridge like the Ottendorfer Viadukt too, then it is a success in the sense of the word Pontifex. Due to local conditions the reconstruction of the Ottendorfer Viadukt was a challenge in planning, technology and construction. It was only through the excellent cooperation of all involved parties, especially the owners, planners, executives, authorities and local residents, that this building project became a success. The result is an extraordinary civil engineering construction. The shape of the arched supporting structure was used for the first time at the Deutsche Bahn and presents an extremely aesthetic landscape brand in the Ottendorfer Valley.  相似文献
