为提高兔骨粉的脱脂率,以兔四肢骨为原料进行超声辅助溶剂脱脂工艺参数优化。以脱脂率及蛋白质保留率筛选脱脂剂,并通过单因素及Box-Behnken响应面试验优化超声波辅助脱脂参数,对比研究不同工艺条件下兔骨粉的脱脂率,再进行生产验证试验。结果表明,乙酸乙酯为最优脱脂剂;经单因素试验,超声波辅助脱脂的最佳条件为液料比5∶1(g∶g)、超声波功率360 W、超声波处理时间15 min;在单因素的基础上,用响应面法优化超声波辅助脱脂参数,建立了二次回归方程,最终优化得到兔骨超声波辅助脱脂工艺最佳参数为液料比5.3∶1(g∶g),超声波功率480 W,超声波处理时间24 min,脱脂率达到(94.63±0.20)%,与理论预测值的相对误差<5%,这将对动物骨粉的应用产生一定的指导意义。 相似文献

以乙醇为溶剂,以超声波作为提取辅助设备,通过单因子试验确定影响黄酮化合物提取的主要因素及其最佳水平范围,通过L9(34)正交试验确定其最优提取条件,研究超声波辅助提取九香虫黄酮类化合物的最优工艺。最优工艺条件是料液比1:30、提取时间30 min、乙醇浓度70%、提取温度60℃。在最优工艺条件下测得样品中黄酮类化合物的含量达最大,为17.1 mg.g-1。影响超声波辅助提取九香虫黄酮化合物的因素主次为料液比>提取时间>醇浓度>提取温度。 相似文献

以桑椹籽为原料,利用超声波辅助提取桑椹籽油。通过单因素试验及二次回归正交旋转组合试验研究了不同因素对出油率的影响,确定了超声波辅助提取桑椹籽油的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,在试验范围内各因素对桑椹籽出油率的影响程度由大到小依次为液料比、超声波功率、提取温度、提取时间;超声波辅助提取桑椹籽油的最优工艺参数为沸程60~90℃的石油醚为提取剂,液料比为22 mL/g、提取温度为50℃、超声波功率为275 W,超声提取时间为35 min,提取1次。在此工艺条件下,桑椹籽油出油率35.62%,提取率达92.69%。 相似文献

龙虾副产品营养价值十分丰富,尤其蛋白质、钙含量非常高,是调味品开发的优质资源。利用龙虾副产品,经粉碎、提取、酶水解可生产虾油、虾粉;按龙虾头、壳:豆饼:面粉:麸皮=40—50:35~40:5—10:10—15比例,经制曲、发酵、浸出和晒制得龙虾酱油;按鲜虾头、壳27.21%、食盐16.46%、辣椒2.29%、糖17.14%、大蒜11.43%、生姜1.14%、味精1.43%和花生油22.90%的比例,将虾头、壳先油炸后一起粉碎磨浆得虾酱。这些调味品潜力巨大、市场前景广阔,不仅提高了龙虾的综合利用效益,而且变废为宝,保护了环境。 相似文献

This paper examines the effect on biochemical and sensory parameters of Norway Lobster (Nephrops novergicus (L)) of two gas mixes—60/15/25 and 40/40/20 (CO2/O2/N2(%))—used as modified and controlled atmospheres for bulk storage at 1 °C.The biochemical results indicate that lots stored in the atmospheres kept good for up to 21 days as compared to only 14 days for the control. The biochemical parameters in the control increased significantly throughout storage. The same parameters only began to increase in the atmosphere lots on the 14th day of storage. In no case did the TMA concentration exceed 5 mg/100 g. The only lot rejected upon inspection in the course of storage was the control at 21 days. The parameters that scored worst in all lots were colour and odour, owing to the effect of the melanosis inhibitor. The lots stored in the 60/15/25 mix scored best irrespective of atmosphere type. There were no significant differences between controlled and modified atmosphere samples. 相似文献

Phenoloxidase (PO), pro-PO [1] and pro-PO [2], isolated from cuticular extracts of early premolt spiny lobster, resolved into doublets of molecular weights 156, 151, and 96.0, 93 kD, respectively. Trypsin-activated forms of pro-PO [1] and pro-PO [2] were 123 and 83.6 kD, respectively. Apparently melanosis of shell and hyperdermal tissue in lobsters was related to stage of molt. The pro-PO forms were activated in vitro by extracts of molting fluid which is secreted into the cuticle just before molt, and the activated PO co-migrated in SDS-PAGE with the endogenously activated PO. The molting fluid was hypothesized to be the source of the natural activator(s) of pro-PO. 相似文献
