基于嵌入式结构的便携式磁记忆检测仪   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
金属磁记忆检测技术在铁磁性材料的早期损伤诊断和残余应力分析中具有独特优势。为使这项技术能够应用于实际工程检测中,研制开发了基于嵌入式结构的便携式磁记忆检测仪。以联想天玑5100掌上电脑为核心,采用Windows CE 3.0为操作系统,以HONEYWELL公司的HMC1021磁阻传感器来获取铁磁性零件表面的磁记忆信号,利用AD7705 A/D转换器进行模数信号转换,较好实现了磁记忆检测仪的基本功能。介绍了磁记忆检测仪的软硬件结构、特点、数据采集及转换处理的实现等方面内容。  相似文献

石油石化企业和储运库站等存在着大量的卧式储罐,如何对这些卧式储罐的腐蚀情况进行全面检测一直是无损检测技术人员关心的问题。根据卧式储罐特点,提出卧式储罐内部漏磁扫描检测方法,并设计了卧式储罐内部漏磁扫描检测仪。实际应用结果表明该检测仪可以对卧式储罐进行快速大面积扫描检测。  相似文献

为了防止管道在生产运行中发生严重的腐蚀导致泄漏,造成重大生命财产损失,依据管径尺寸不同、曲直走向不同和可拆卸程度不同等特点,将管道检测方法细化,基于漏磁检测原理,提出了适用于不同工况下的可变径磁化、整体磁化、局部磁化和直流磁化等管道外漏磁检测方法。设计出适用于大管径检测的可变径漏磁检测仪、适用于直管的整体磁化管道外漏磁检测仪、适用于小管径的局部磁化漏磁检测仪和适用于可拆卸管道的电磁磁化漏磁检测仪,研究4种检测方法对现场管道腐蚀缺陷进行检测的可行性。结果表明,管道外漏磁检测方法可以对管道进行检测和评价,也可以为管道的维修和管理提供决策依据。  相似文献

20G管材在往复循环载荷作用下的磁记忆信号分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文利用TSC-1M-4型磁应力集中检测仪对20G管材在循环往复载荷作用下进行实验研究,并对检测结果进行磁记忆信号分析。结果表明,应力集中线过零点并不能判定为试件的应力集中点。随着疲劳载荷加载力的减小,构件濒临破坏和达到破坏时的漏磁场梯度值也会随之增大。在应力集中区,20G管材的漏磁场梯度值达到12A/(m.mm)已处于频临破坏的状态,在达到23A/(m.mm)左右时,试件会有明显的疲劳裂纹产生。  相似文献

随着磁弹性生物传感器的广泛应用,对快速检测微生物的装置需求日益提高。以阻抗测量法为原理,设计了基于STM32F103的便携式双通道高频率磁弹性传感器谐振频率检测仪。并将该检测仪与矢量网络分析仪AV3620相比,测量同一尺寸Metglas alloy 2826MB(Fe_(40)Ni_(40)P_(14)B_6)材料所得共振频率绝对误差是20 Hz左右,相对误差是0.01%。该检测仪的测量频率分辨率可达到0.029 1 Hz,精度为0.08 mV。实验测试结果证明了该检测仪具有便携可靠、测量误差小、实时性高、抗干扰性强的优势。  相似文献

A modified design of a CaF(2)/acetone bandpass photon detector that uses Kr as a filter gas to tune the energy resolution is presented. Our design combines two standard single window detector tubes to build the Kr filter gas chamber. Synchrotron radiation has been used to determine the energy resolution of the detector, as a function of Kr pressure. The improvement in the detector energy resolution by 250 meV compared to the CaF(2)/acetone detector is better than that reported earlier. Substantial variation in the shape of the CaF(2)/acetone detector response functions is observed for different acetone pressure (≤3 mbar), and anode voltage (≤800 V). Our analysis reveals that the changes in the shape of the detector response function are associated to different regions of the detector operation.  相似文献

The implementation of the Timepix complementary metal oxide semiconductor pixel detector in velocity map slice imaging is presented. This new detector approach eliminates the need for gating the imaging detector. In time-of-flight mode, the detector returns the impact position and the time-of-flight of charged particles with 12.5 ns resolution and a dynamic range of about 100?μs. The implementation of the Timepix detector in combination with a microchannel plate additionally allows for high spatial resolution information via center-of-mass centroiding. Here, the detector was applied to study the photodissociation of NO(2) at 452 nm. The energy resolution observed in the experiment was ΔE/E=0.05 and is limited by the experimental setup rather than by the detector assembly. All together, this new compact detector assembly is well-suited for slice imaging and is a promising tool for imaging studies in atomic and molecular physics research.  相似文献

Time-resolved X-ray powder diffraction may be used to elucidate the structure of polycrystalline matter, but a fast-response full-profile detector is often necessary. This article describes a Mythen detector incorporated in beamline 4B9A of the Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility. Basic parameters of this detector are reported, and flat-field correction, angular calibration, eccentric error, and other data treatment for this detector are discussed. X-ray diffraction measurement of lanthanum boride demonstrates that this detector provides high-quality, time-resolved X-ray powder diffraction measurements.  相似文献

介绍了月球探测器推进系统概况,比较了国外两种典型月球探测器电推进系统。在我国首个月球探测器"嫦娥1号"推进系统基础上,参考日本LUNAR-A月球探测器、欧洲SAMART-1月球探测器的推进系统组成,提出一种月球探测器电推进系统方案。对该方案进行了初步的分析计算,结果表明了该方案的可行性以及可实现降低推进剂消耗量、增加有效载荷的优越性。  相似文献

A neutron detector is described, whose operating principle is based on detecting charge-transfer effects of secondary recoil protons produced in hydrogen-containing materials under exposure to primary neutrons. The physical mechanism of the operation of this detector is presented and its sensitivity is determined as a function of the neutron energy. The design of a detector that is insensitive to attendant γ rays is proposed. The serviceability of the detector has been confirmed experimentally. The detector may find application to tests in mixed fields of γ rays and neutrons.  相似文献

In this work, a new detector was designed and constructed based on negative corona discharge. This detector can be used separately or as a detector in gas chromatography. The detector and chromatographic variables including cell temperature, gas flow rates, voltage between the two electrodes, and column temperature were optimized. Chloroform was used as a test compound to evaluate the performance of the detector. The detection limit of chloroform was obtained 0.78 ng∕ml and its dynamic range was over the range of 2-840 ng∕ml. The relative standard detection was about 6% for the limit of quantification. This detector is able to be used as an alternative for analysis of compounds containing electronegative elements.  相似文献

A charged-particle detector based on proportional tubes with cathode readout is described. The cathode is sectionalized into 2.2 × 2.2-cm pads. The detector was tested on high-energy particle beams. At an anode-to-cathode distance of 1.1 cm, the spatial resolution was 1.25 mm along the anode wire. A simulation model of the detector on the basis of the measured pad-response function was proposed, compared to the experimental data, and used to calculate the two-track resolution. The detector can be used in various experiments as a large-area multiparticle two-coordinate detector.  相似文献
