煤氧竖炉熔化废钢的试验研究

煤氧竖炉熔化废钢的热态试验研究表明，采用煤氧竖炉熔化废钢在工艺上是可行的。通过考察焦炭加入量，二次燃烧给氧量，氧煤比对金属收得率，废钢熔化时间，熔清碳，二次燃烧率等指标的影响，得到煤氧竖炉熔化工艺最佳的工艺参数，在此工艺参数范围内，熔清碳＝１．０％～２．０％；金属收得率＝９４％～９５％；熔化时间〈３８ｍｉｎ熔清硫〈０．０７０％，热效率为２６％～２９％。煤氧竖炉熔化废钢工艺的开发对我国电炉和转炉工艺     

不锈钢弱氧化脱磷工业试验研究

介绍在电弧炉中应用ＣａＯ－ＢａＣＯ３－ＣａＦ２熔剂在１８－８不锈钢初炼钢液（％Ｃ）＝１．３４（％Ｃｒ）＝１８．０２）进行脱磷试验情况，试验结果表明，当熔剂量在６０ｋｇ／ｔ钢时，可获得３３％的脱磷率，并有较好的保铬作用，分析了不锈钢弱氧化脱磷的热力学条件及工艺因素。     

RH-MFB的冶金效果

介绍了攀钢ＲＨ－ＭＦＢ经处理ＬＣＡＫ钢可使钢水Ｔ「Ｏ」达到平均２４＊１０＾－６、深脱处理ＵＬＣ钢的「Ｃ」含量达到１０＊１０＾－６－２６（１０＾－６、本处理重轨「Ｈ」≤１．５＊１０＾－６、Ｔ「Ｏ」≤２０＊１０＾－６的效果,还简要介绍了Ａｌ－Ｏ加热钢水以及ＭＦＢ枪加热的效果。

LF（钢包炉）固体合成渣脱硫工业性试验研究

以３０ｔＥＢＴ超高功率电炉为初炼炉和４０ｔＬＦ（钢包炉）作为精炼炉，使用ＣａＯ－ＣａＦ２系固体合成渣对Ｑ２３５钢进行钢包炉内脱硫工业试验，在本试验条件下，当ＥＢＴ电炉初炼钢液（Ｓ）初＝０．０３５％～０．０８１％时，最佳精炼渣碱度Ｒｂ＝（％ＣａＯ）／（％ＳｉＯ２）为２．０～２．６或Ｒｆ＝（％ＣａＯ）＋（％ＭｇＯ）／（％ＳｉＯ２）＋（％Ａｌ２Ｏ３）为１．５～２．０，渣指数（ＣａＯ）／（ＳｉＯ２）：（Ａ     

单嘴精炼炉吹氧精炼的水模型研究

民新度剂２－「２－（５，６－二本并噻唑）偶氮」－５－「（Ｎ，Ｎ－二羧甲基）氨基」苯磺酸（５，６－Ｃｌ－ＢＴＡＤＣＡＢＳ），并研究了其与钯（Ⅱ）的显色反应，在０．４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ＨＮＯ３介质中，５－６－Ｃｌ＝ＢＴＡＤＣＡＢＳ与钯反应生成稳定的１：！蓝色水溶性络合物，其最大吸收波长６９０．４ｎｍ，钯量在０－１．２μｇ／ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。用以波长测定，表观摩尔吸光系数ε６９０．５－５００．０＝９．４     

高效液膜法分离富集钼（VI）与钨精矿中痕量钼的测定

用ＴＢＰ－ＴＯＰＯ（协同载体）Ｎ１１３Ｃ（表面活性剂）液体石蜡（增强剂）煤油（溶剂）和内相（１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＯＨ水溶液）乳状液膜体系，研究了钼（ＶＩ）的迁移富集行为，确定了用此液膜迁移分离钼（ＶＩ）的最适宜实验条件。钼（Ⅵ）在２０ｍｉｎ可迁移速率达９９．６５％以上，在同样条件下，一些共存金属离子如Ｗ＾６＋，Ｆｅ＾３＋，Ａｌ＾３＋，Ｃａ＾２＋，Ｍｇ＾２＋，Ｍｎ＾２＋，Ｐｂ＾２＋，Ｚｎ＾２＋，Ｃｕ＾２     

（100）n－GaAs在H_2SO_4－H_2O_2－H_2O溶液中的腐蚀速度

以Ｃ－Ｖ测量、击穿电压测量并结合逐层腐蚀技术，对ＧａＡｓ外延多层结构的剖面分布进行了测量，获得了ＧａＡｓ（１００）晶片在不同温度下的Ｈ＿２ＳＯ＿４－Ｈ＿２Ｏ溶液中的腐蚀速度数据。结果表明，当Ｈ＿２ＳＯ＿４：Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２：Ｈ＿２Ｏ＝９：１：１时，对ｎ＝１．１０￣（１４）～１．１０￣（１８）ｃｍ￣－３的ＧａＡｓ（１００）晶片，２０℃时的腐蚀速度为ｖ＝０．３～０．９μｍ／ｍｉｎ．作者认为，这一配方对ＧａＡｓ（１００）多层结构是一个最为理想的减薄腐蚀剂。     

水热合成技术的研究和应用：VI.钛酸钙电子陶瓷晶体粉末的制备研究

采用水热法合成ＣａＴｉＯ３电子陶瓷晶体粉末，以Ｃａ（ＯＨ）２和Ｔｉ（ＯＨ）２为水热合成前驱物，制备前驱物的原料选用Ｃａ（ＮＯ３）２或ＣａＯ及ＴｉＣｌ４水热体系的ＫＯＨ浓度为０．１～１．６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，水热温度为１５０～２００℃，时间２０～６０ｍｉｎ实验结果表明在各自实验范围均能效合成ＣａＴｉＯ３推荐合成条件为１７５℃，３０ｍｉｎ，水热体系ＫＯＨ浓度０．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，文中对合成机理进行初步探讨。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
