高强度粉末冶金零件的电阻凸焊组合   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
研究了Fe-C-Cu-Ni-Mo系高强度粉末冶金零件的电阻凸焊工艺以及焊前和焊后热处理对焊接强度的影响。结果表明,粉末冶金制品在适当的焊接规范下表现出良好的可焊性。在本实验条件下,最佳焊接参数为:电极压力P=0.3MPa;焊接电压U=6.0V;焊接时间t=0.55s。焊前的预热处理不利于提高焊接性能,焊后经860℃淬火及200℃回火有利于改善焊区的显微组织,提高焊接强度。电阻凸焊工艺已成功应用于轿  相似文献

研究了0.16C-10Ni-14Co-1Cr-1Mo(16NiCo)钢在510℃和0.23℃-12Ni-14Co-3Cr-1Mo(23NiCo)钢在482℃回火的组织与性能。随回火时间的延长,强度、硬度的降低主要是由于M_2C的粗化及与基体共格性降低所致。M_2C的粗化速度23NiCo钢要小于16NiCo钢。  相似文献

本文研究了淬火时效制度对磁鼓铝合金挤压棒材性能的影响,并指出,对于A1-3.5%Cu-1.6%Mg-0.9%Fe-1.5%Ni合金挤压棒材采用500℃/3h+170℃/12h处理后,在车制磁鼓件时,具有良好的切削性能,精车后表面光洁度可达,磁鼓的表面布氏硬度≥1100MPa,装机使用具有较好的耐蚀性能。  相似文献

为开发一种铁素体耐铸钢用于发动机排气部件,研究了C,Mo,Nb,V对其高温屈服强度σ0.2,夏氏冲击韧性,转变温度(AC1)和高温抗氧化性能的影响。在转变温度以上(200-300℃范围内)合金元素对中温韧性影响极大,C含量从0.04%增加到0.3%,900℃时的σ0.2得到显著改善,但300℃时的中温韧性和AC1温度降低,加入1%的Mo,Nb和V增大AC1温度分别为140℃,120℃和40℃。增加  相似文献

研究了热处理对马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢Fv520(B):0.05C-14.5Cr-5.5Ni-1.8Cu-1.7Mo-0.35Nb的组织和力学性能的影响。结果得出,经1050℃固溶处理+850℃中间处理+470℃时效时Fv520(B)钢的强度达到极大值,时效温度超过520℃时,形成逆转变奥氏体,残余奥氏体量增加,620℃达到最大值。  相似文献

研究了高纯度Fe-0.064%C-1.80%Mo和Fe-0.19%C-1.81%Mo合金在550-850℃恒温时的贝氏体转变。结果表明,转变是完全的。两种合金分别在600℃和585℃左右恒温时,转变会出现暂时停滞的现象,而后恢复并加转变。两合金TTT图均有一明显稳定,Tb温度上下铁素体形貌明显不同。在700-800℃恒温时,Mo2C碳化物平行于奥氏体晶粒界沉淀。  相似文献
