为了实现定点定位诱变,提出了一种利用ESR波谱术对离子束Bragg峰在麦粒中的定位方法,即自由基探针技术,采用该技术有效地测定出21MeV/u氮离子束的Bragg峰位于小麦胚部,注入深度不超过1.0±0.2mm,而48MeV/u氮离子束贯穿全麦粒,不能实现定点定位诱变。  相似文献

从探索定点定位诱变要求出发,提出了重离子束Bragg峰可作为一个有用手段,阐述了测量重离子束Bragg峰的原理和实验装置,采用一对电离室测定初始能量为50MeV/u左右^14N^7+离子束在物质密度归一到小麦材料后的Bragg峰位。最终得到峰位深度约为4.85nm,离子束的最大射程为5.5mm左右。  相似文献

采用CR-39固体径迹探测器,根据辐射损伤密度沿粒子的径迹分布规律,测定了经3、4cm空气降能和φ1mm孔准直的α粒子(5.15MeV)的Bragg峰位。对于通过3cm空气后能量降至~12MeV的α粒子,在CR-39中的Bragg峰位大约在7μm深度处,理论计算值在6.14μm,实验值与理论值符合得较好。  相似文献

用双电离室法测定了HIRFL提供的75MeV/u12C离子经不同厚度降能片后的相对剂量,将降能片厚度等效为组织等效材料一水中的深度,得到了碳离子在水介质中的Bragg曲线,与计算的Bragg曲线进行了比较。同时测定了离子经不同厚度降能片后对黑色素瘤(B16)细胞的失活效应,得到了离子束在不同贯穿深度上的B16细胞存活数据。  相似文献

介绍一种用于中国科学院近代物理研究所(IMP)重离子肿瘤治疗线上、于纵向场常压下工作的气体电离室,其灵敏面积为250 mm×250 mm,极间距离为10 mm,电离室工作气体为P10,在85kPa下流气式工作.用75 MeV/u 12C离子入射,测量了电离室的坪曲线.发现电离室工作坪区900-3000 V,12C的Bragg峰位于13.73 mm,峰的极大值半高宽(FWHM)为0.19 mm.  相似文献

In this work, three-dimensional (3D) structures were produced in PMMA and CR-39 polymer resists using a carbon ion microbeam. To investigate possible advantages of heavy ions compared to the well-established proton beam lithography, the same resist materials were also irradiated with protons that had a range in the materials studied here similar to that of carbon ions. The microstructures produced in different resists were analysed after chemical etching. The quality of the bottom and side walls of the structures produced by protons and carbon ions were compared using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results showed that, for the resist materials tested, lithographic structures made with the 8 MeV carbon beam had more rough lateral and bottom surfaces compared to those made with 0.6 MeV proton beam lithography.  相似文献

This work explored a potential new model dispersion fuel form consisting of an actinide material embedded in a radiation tolerant matrix that captures fission products (FPs) and is easily separated chemically as waste from the fuel material. To understand the stability of this proposed dispersion fuel form design, an idealized model system composed of a multilayer film was studied. This system consisted of a tri-layer structure of an MgO layer sandwiched between two HfO2 layers. HfO2 served as a surrogate fissile material for UO2 while MgO represented a stable, fissile product (FP) getter that is easily separated from the fissile material. This type of multilayer film structure allowed us to control the size of and spacing between each layer. The films were grown at room temperature by e-beam deposition on a Si(1 1 1) substrate and post-annealed annealing at a range of temperatures to crystallize the HfO2 layers. The 550 °C annealed sample was subsequently irradiated with 10 MeV Au3+ ions at a range of fluences from 5 × 1013 to 3.74 × 1016 ions/cm2. Separate single layer constituent films and the substrate were also irradiated at 5 × 1015 and 8 × 1014 and 2 × 1016, respectively. After annealing and irradiation, the samples were characterized using atomic force imaging techniques to determine local changes in microstructure and mechanical properties. All samples annealed above 550 °C cracked. From the AFM results we observed both crack healing and significant modification of the surface at higher fluences.  相似文献

利用一套由1mm厚的PILOT-U和40mm厚的NE115塑料闪烁体组成的Phoswich(光叠层望远镜)探测器测量了40Ar(25MeV/u)+197Au反应中出射的产物,粒子鉴别采用Phoswich的快慢成分方法.结果表明该方法能清楚地分辨出粒子的电荷.对Z=1的粒子,p、d和t亦能分开.  相似文献

Specific aspects of heavy ion elastic recoil detection (ERD) with gas ionization detectors have been studied using representative measurements. A particular strength of the technique is the detection and direct quantification of elements with atomic numbers in the range Z=2–8, which are often not accessible with other ion beam techniques. Within the wider spectrum of analytical techniques in materials science, heavy ion ERD has unique capabilities, when the particular problem requires in addition the analysis of heavy elements or hydrogen detection. Whenever only heavy element analysis or only hydrogen profiling is of interest, alternative techniques tend to be superior.  相似文献

The range of several heavy ions as 238U, 208Pb, 197Au, 139La, 58Ni and 56Fe in sodalime glass; 197Au and 58Ni in muscovite mica and Lexan polycarbonate; 209Bi and 197Au in CR-39 have been determined experimentally. The calculations of range for these projectile–target combinations have been made using the Benton and Henke [10], Mukherjee and Nayak [11], Ziegler et al. [12] and Hubert et al. 测量了49.30MeV/u及经脊形过滤器展宽的Bragg峰的74.55MeV/u^12C离子束在不同贯穿深度上辐射后黑色素瘤B16细胞的存活率。结果显示,在以存活为终点的B16细胞生物学效应与碳离子束能量沉积同步增大。即Bragg或展宽的Bragg峰区内细胞存活率远低于离子束入射或出射通道处的细胞存活率。通过实验测量与剂量平均LET结合的线性平方模型理论计算存活曲线的比较,发现在实验测量误差范围内两者符合较好。提示:剂量平均LET结合线性平方模型可能是预测中能重离子束贯穿深度上B16细胞存活效应的一种有效的方法。  相似文献

采用50μm厚聚碳酸酯薄膜,利用核径迹测技术测得φ40mm的25MeV/u^40Ar^14+离子束的均匀度在散焦情况下为32.7%,在D“散焦+样品旋转”情况下为52.4%。还采用多层聚碳酸酯薄膜组件作为肿瘤块等效材料,进行了重离子束治癌束流成形模拟试验。  相似文献

应用不同剂量重离子束12C+6对黑曲霉出发菌株4﹟进行辐照选育,选育出的高产酸菌株进行发酵试验,应用酸碱中和法测定发酵液中柠檬酸的含量。结果表明:当重离子12C+6的辐照剂量为60 Gy时,正突变率最大,为21%。诱变后的菌株通过酸斑法初筛、摇瓶复筛选育出1株菌株H4002,其发酵液中柠檬酸含量比出发菌株4﹟提高了18%。这说明利用重离子束12C+6辐照处理黑曲霉产生菌可以得到高产柠檬酸突变菌株,其诱变效果显著。  相似文献

A flat radiation field for heavy ion beams is used in research experiments and clinical treatments. When a flat field is required, a beam spreading system must be installed for a beam line; thus a simple and affordable method is desirable. To achieve the carbon ion beam spreading, we employed a dual-ring double scattering method (DDSM), which consists of an initial scattering foil and a dual-ring subsequent scatterer. The scatterers for the DDSM were designed and tested to verify the flatness of the radiation field of the carbon ion beam. We obtained 100 mm of the flat radiation field in the isocenter plane for the 2D radiation field, as expected. For the 3D radiation field, we obtained a field size of 80 mm. With a 60-min setup time, using the DDSM system, and by placing only two scatterers, we can form the flat radiation field.  相似文献

The graded energy deposition of heavy ion beam irradiation to polymeric materials was utilized to synthesize a novel proton exchange membrane (PEM) with the graded density of sulfonic acid groups toward the thickness direction. Stacked Poly(tetrafluoroethylene-co-hexafluoropropylene) (FEP) films were irradiated by Xe54+ ion beam with the energy of 6 MeV/u under a vacuum condition. The induced trapped radicals by the irradiation were measured by electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. Irradiated films were grafted with styrene monomer and then sulfonated. X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy (XPS) spectra showed that the densities of sulfonic acid groups were controlled for injection “Surface” and transmit “Back” sides of the fabricated PEM. The membrane electrode assembly (MEA) fabricated by the function-graded PEM showed improved fuel cell performance in terms of voltage stability. It was expected that the function-graded PEM could control the graded concentration of sulfonic acid groups in PEM.  相似文献

Heavy ion beams have favorable energy deposition behavior because they can penetrate and deposit their energy well inside the target. Ion beams have potential uses in fields including heavy ion beam fusion, high-energy density physics and material processing. Intense heavy ion beams can generate high-energy density matter in the laboratory under extreme density and pressure conditions. Additionally, in heavy ion fusion, a stringent requirement for successful fuel ignition and sufficient fusion energy release is that the ion energy deposition profiles are calculated precisely in the energy absorber layer. In this work, the OK2 code was used to simulate the heavy ion beam energy deposition in various target materials, and a computer program was written to provide 3D visualization of the results. The heavy ion beams used in this work were composed of lead, uranium, and cesium ions with energies of 8 GeV and carbon ions with energies of 5 MeV. The targets included two shapes: a monolayer sphere that can be used in direct-driven fusion and a cylindrical shape that is common in indirectly driven heavy ion fusion.  相似文献

To study cytotoxic effect of heavy ion irradiation in the plateau region, and investigate whether autophagy in- duced by heavy ion irradiation is cytoprotective, HeLa cells were irradiated with 350 MeV/u carbon ions beams, and the clonogenic survival was analyzed. The results showed that cell survival decreased with increasing doses. It was also found that G2/M-phase cells increased, and the autophagy-related activity was significantly higher than the control. When autophagy was blocked by 3-methyladenine in carbon-ion irradiated cells, G2/M phase arrest and the percentage of apoptosis cells were further elevated, and cell survival decreased significantly, in- dicating the induction of cytoprotective autophagy by carbon-ion irradiation. Our results demonstrated that autophagy induced by carbon ion irradiation provided a self-protective mechanism in HeLa ceils, short-time inhibition of autophagy before carbon-ion irradiation could enhance radiation cytotoxicity in HeLa cells.  相似文献
