Fire tests of fireproof and non-fireproof curtains were conducted to investigate the cooling performance of the proposed water film system. The experimental results showed that although commercial fireproof curtains without a water film system had good flame resistance, they had limited heat resistance. The maximum temperature on the unexposed surface of the tested commercial fireproof curtains without a water film system reached 693 °C, and the curtains failed in 30 min. In the cases of curtains with a water film system, the temperature of the unexposed surface was able to remain below 45 °C for the fireproof curtain and 55 °C for the non-fireproof curtain. The integrity of both curtains was conserved for the entire 60-min test duration. Using the proposed water film system, the heat resistance and fire integrity of curtains were greatly improved. 相似文献

为了研究钢管混凝土异形柱在偏心荷载作用下防火保护层厚度的计算方法,设计加工了6个多腔式钢管混凝土异形柱试件,研究参数包括截面形状和防火保护层厚度,防火保护层采用非膨胀型防火涂料。通过耐火性能试验研究了试件的破坏形态、温度场分布和耐火极限。结果表明:钢管混凝土异形柱各腔室受火面数量越多,混凝土中心温度越高;防火涂料厚度相同时,截面形状对试件耐火极限影响较小;当防火涂料厚度大于16 mm时,文中试件可达到一级耐火等级的要求。基于有限元软件ABAQUS分别建立了温度场和热力耦合分析模型,有限元结果和试验结果吻合良好。在不同防火涂料厚度下进行了参数分析,发现荷载比(n)和混凝土强度(fck)对有无防火涂料试件耐火极限的比值(te/t0)影响较大,基于参数分析结果提出了钢管混凝土异形柱在偏心荷载作用下防火涂料厚度的设计方法。 相似文献

The mathematical model of the process is formulated on the basis of an analysis and generalization of the results of experimental investigations of the main regularities of high-temperature heat and mass transfer in a layer of a porous moisture-containing fireproof material. The distinctive feature of the model is the inclusion of all basic physicochemical processes occurring in moisture-containing fireproof materials during heating to high temperatures. A study into the macrokinetics of heterogeneous oxidation of coked foams of heat-shielding materials
The testing procedure is given, along with the results of investigations of the macrokinetics of heterogeneous oxidation of coked foam residue of heat-shielding and fireproof materials under conditions of their interaction with a high-enthalpy gas flow. Formulations and methods are suggested for solving direct and inverse problems of heat transfer, as well as of the macrokinetics of heterogeneous ignition. The known time dependence of temperature of the sample surface is used to determine the parameters of external heat transfer and the thermokinetic constants of effective heterogeneous reaction. The results of analysis of sensitivity factors are used to find the time intervals at which the experimental data are most suitable for finding the heat-transfer coefficient and the flow temperature. The suggested investigation procedure is used to determine the macrokinetics of heterogeneous oxidation of coked foam of SGK-1 fireproof coating in an oxygen-containing gas medium. 相似文献

硅酸盐隧道防火涂料有很多的优异性能.但是这种隧道防火涂料的低粘结强度和较差的耐水性能限制了改防火涂料的应用.本文介绍了在普通隧道防火涂料掺入可再分散乳胶粉,使其与水泥组成理想的粘结体系.实验证明,可再分散乳胶粉加入量为2%(质量分数)时,可使隧道防火涂料的粘结强度、耐水性、冷热循环和耐火极限进一步得到提高.同时,由于隧道防火涂料是单一体系,使用方便,并可大大较少运输、贮存、包装费用.结果显示,根据GA98-1995和GB/T7798-88测试,隧道防火涂料涂层为10mm时,耐火极限>2h. 相似文献
