松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯的合成研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
以丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和对甲苯磺酰氯(TsCl)为原料,NaOH为催化剂,通过O-酰化反应合成中间体对甲苯磺酸丙烯酸乙二醇酯(TAEE),再与松香钠皂发生亲核取代反应合成目标产物(RAEE).通过单因素试验,得出合成中间体的最佳工艺条件为:n(HEA):n(TsCl)为5:1,氢氧化钠用量0.9 g,反应温度0℃,反应时间2 h,产率达83.9%;合成目标产物的最佳工艺条件为:n(松香钠):n(TAEE)为1.3:1,反应温度60℃,溶剂用量30 mL,反应时间3 h,产率达72.6%.利用TLC、IR和GC-MS对目标产物进行了分析和表征. 相似文献

以马来松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,磺胺甲唑为模板分子,在玻碳电极表面热聚合了一种磺胺甲唑分子印迹聚合物传感膜。采用循环伏安法、差分脉冲伏安法及电化学交流阻抗法研究了敏感膜对磺胺甲唑的响应特性。在优化的实验条件下,差分脉冲的峰电流与磺胺甲唑浓度分别在1.0×10-6~1.6×10-4mol/L及4.0×10-4~1.4×10-2mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系(线性相关系数分别为R=0.998 9,R=0.999 1),检出限(S/N=3)为3.0×10-7mol/L。该印迹传感器选择性高,重现性好。将此印迹传感器对复方新诺明中磺胺甲唑的含量进行了测定,回收率在95%~106%。 相似文献

A novel method for the separation of berberine hydrochloride has been developed. Berberine hydrochloride molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared by suspension polymerization in the aqueous phase using berberine hydrochloride as the template, methyl acrylic acid as a functional monomer, and ethylene glycol maleic rosinate acrylate (which contains a phenanthrene ring skeleton) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as combinatorial crosslinkers. The imprinted polymers were successfully used as a selective stationary phase in high‐performance liquid chromatography. Separation performance of the chromatographic column was determined from the selectivity (evaluated by separation factor) and sorption selectivity (evaluated by imprinting factor) of the molecularly imprinted and non‐imprinted polymers towards the template. The optimum conditions to maximize separation and imprinting factors were investigated. Acetic acid–methanol solution (0.05% v/v) was selected as the optimum mobile phase, while 0.2 mL min?1 was chosen as the optimized flow rate for selective separation of berberine hydrochloride. The highest imprinting and separation factors obtained were 1.924 and 18.52, respectively. Simultaneously, the chromatographic column backpressure was stable and showed good permeability. The chromatographic column was used to separate effectively template molecules from coptis root extract and other analogues. Such chromatographic columns with high selectivity can be used to selectively separate berberine hydrochloride from other compounds. © 2014 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

以脱氢枞胺为模板分子,丙烯酸为功能单体,马来松香乙二醇丙烯酸酯为交联剂,合成了脱氢枞胺分子印迹聚合物,对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征,对分离提纯脱氢枞胺的性能进行了测定。结果表明,聚合反应的最佳条件为:0.285 g脱氢枞胺(1 mmol)、0.288 g丙烯酸(4 mmol)和4.91 g马来松香乙二醇丙烯酸酯(8 mmol);反应溶剂为氯仿(30 mL),汽油(15 mL),水(300 mL)混合溶剂;引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈(0.27 g);反应时间5 h,反应温度为70~80℃,搅拌速度为300 r/m in。最佳静态吸附条件为:以体积分数为80%的乙醇为溶剂配制脱氢枞胺溶液,质量浓度为2 g/L,分子印迹聚合物为20~40目,吸附温度70℃,振荡速度150 r/m in。脱氢枞胺分子印迹聚合物对脱氢枞胺的静态平衡吸附时间为12 h,吸附量为223 mg/g,平衡解吸时间为12 h,解吸率为95.9%。经分子印迹聚合物分离纯化后的脱氢枞胺质量分数由67.4%提高到98.3%。说明该分子印迹聚合物对脱氢枞胺的特异吸附性能良好,可以达到分离纯化脱氢枞胺的目的。 相似文献

ABSTRACT A series of uniform-sized polymer beads molecularly imprinted for N-carbobenzoxy-L-phenylalanine (N-Cbz-L-Phe) were prepared by a two-step swelling and suspension polymerization method using polystyrene latex particles as precursors, 2-vinypyridine and α-methylacrylamide as host functional monomers and diethylene glycol diacrylate as crosslinker. The uniformly sized polystyrene precursors were synthesized by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization. The obtained materials had an obvious imprinting effect to the template N-Cbz-L-phenylalanine. The imprinted polymer also had some adsorption to the molecules, which were similar to the template molecule configuration. The adsorbing dynamics of the polymer to the template molecule, and the effects of crosslinking degree of the polymer and the environmental temperature on the absorbing properties were also discussed. 相似文献
