以硫酸为浸出剂对古交东曲矿煤矸石中铝、铁、硅组分的浸出行为差异进行了研究。结果表明,煤矸石中铝、铁和硅组分的硫酸浸出行为差异很大。在硫酸浓度7.5mol/L、液固比4:1、120℃浸出150min,TFe、Al_2O_3、SiO_2的浸出率分别为98.31%、97.19%和15.88%,TFe、Al_2O_3和SiO_2的浸出率差异分别达到82.43%、81.31%。显然,硫酸浸出可实现煤矸石中TFe、Al_2O_3和SiO_2的清洁分离,使TFe、Al_2O_3组分富集到浸出液中,SiO_2组分富集到浸出渣中。最终获得了pH3、Al、Fe元素含量分别为10.2g/L和3.4g/L的浸出液和SiO_2含量高达90.22%的浸出渣。  相似文献

采用锌粉置换除钴得到的高钴渣,针对现有工艺的不足,提出了一段硫酸浸出-二段高钴渣中和-过氧化氢氧化除铁-锌粉置换除镉-新型活性硫化剂(简称除镍试剂)除镍-过硫酸钠选择性氧化除锰-过硫酸钠氧化沉钴的湿法冶金工艺,实现渣中钴和镍的分离回收。对工艺流程探究,得出了较优的实验结果。硫酸浓度为150 g/L,温度80℃条件下浸出120min,钴的浸出率为96.14%。锌、镍、镉、铁、锰的浸出率均大于99%。过氧化氢沉铁率达到99.8%以上,过硫酸钠除锰可使锰除到0.13mg/L,沉淀率达到99.98%,Co沉淀率达到99.99%,氧化渣中钴含量达到49.75%。  相似文献

以硫酸为浸出剂, 针对某含铜5.75%、含钴0.34%、以铜计氧化率为78.96%的氧化铜钴精矿进行了浸出工艺研究。结果表明, 在浸出温度50 ℃、酸矿比0.3∶1、液固比4∶1、浸出时间6 h条件下, 以渣计铜浸出率达到94.34%、钴浸出率达到97.57%, 浸出液中铜含量为12.38 g/L, 钴含量为0.73 g/L, 铁、锰、镁等杂质含量均较低。  相似文献

从低品位含铝矿石湿法处理过程综合回收铝,实现低品位含铝矿物的资源化或高值化利用具有重要的现实意义。以硫酸浸出低品位含铝锐钛矿原矿得到的高铝铁浸出溶液为研究对象,采用硫酸铝铵结晶沉铝—树脂吸附除铁—焙烧联合工艺制备高纯Al_2O_3。结果表明,在铝离子初始浓度0.70mol/L、NH~(4+)/Al~(3+)摩尔比1.2、结晶终点温度20℃条件下,以300r/min的速度搅拌30min,可获得晶体纯度95.31%,铝的回收率88.19%,夹杂铁的含量1.39%的NH_4Al (SO_4)_2·12H_2O粗产品。将NH_4Al(SO_4)_2·12H_2O粗产品通过两次重结晶和一次树脂吸附除铁,最终在1 300℃条件下焙烧可得到纯度为99.99%的Al_2O_3。  相似文献

以刚果(金)水钴矿为原料, 对其焙烧预处理后, 采用高压酸浸方法获取浸出液, 考察了硫酸浓度、液固比、浸出时间等因素对浸出过程中主元素及杂质元素浸出率的影响。研究结果表明:在硫酸浓度为0.2 mol/L、液固比为10∶1、浸出时间180 min的条件下, 经高压浸出最终可获得钴、铜、镍、铁和镁浸出率分别为92.8%、96.7%、95.3%、2.3%和2.5%的浸出后液, 较好实现了原料中高价值元素的高效回收以及与杂质铁、镁的初步分离。  相似文献

以印尼某地红土镍矿为原料,考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、硫酸浓度、液固比等因素对硫酸常压浸出镍、铁的影响。结果表明,硫酸浸出红土镍矿的适宜工艺参数为: 初始硫酸浓度300 g/L、液固比6∶1、搅拌速度300 r/min、浸出温度85 ℃、浸出时间240 min,此优化条件下红土镍矿中Ni浸出率97%,Fe浸出率83%。对浸出渣进行XRD、SEM分析表明,红土镍矿晶型较稳定,浸出后形貌无较大变化; 浸出渣主要成分为铁氧化物、硅氧化物和铁酸镍、铁酸镁。  相似文献

采用加铝熔炼—酸浸技术回收镍基高温合金废料,首先采用加铝熔炼技术制备加铝合金,然后利用机械破碎方式破碎加铝合金制备加铝合金粉,最后用盐酸浸出合金粉回收合金废料中的钴镍等金属。结果表明,加铝熔炼过程中铝加入质量分数为30%,熔炼温度为1 600℃时所得加铝合金质脆、易破碎,破碎后所得合金粉粒度小且粒度分布窄,破碎合金粉粒度D90为20μm左右。对此合金粉采用盐酸浸出的效果比采用硫酸的好,最佳盐酸浸出工艺条件为:盐酸浓度5mol/L、温度85℃、液固比10mL/g、浸出时间60min,在此条件下合金中的镍钴铝铬等元素进入浸出液,而钛、钼等稀有元素主要富集在渣中,合金中各金属的浸出率在80%~90%。  相似文献

采用锈蚀浸出工艺处理DY95-9 航次大洋富钴结壳熔炼合金粉末, 研究了浸出酸量、浸出时间及催化剂对合金中钴镍铜等有价金属浸出率的影响。在最佳锈蚀浸出条件及经除去浸出液中的少量铁后钴镍铜锰的浸出直收率分别为93.68%、94.55%、91 .73%和95 .62%, 而几乎全部的铁、磷、碳和钼等进入浸出渣中, 锈蚀浸出过程中铁基本不耗酸。  相似文献

采用硫酸作浸出剂,对刚果(金)某尾矿库中的铜钴尾矿加入还原剂进行柱浸试验。研究还原剂种类、还原剂加入量、造球直径、反应温度、浸出时间等对钴、铜、铁、镁和锰等金属浸出率的影响,确定浸出最佳条件。在优化条件下,还原剂Na2SO3加入量为钴还原理论量的3.0倍,造球直径为8 mm,常温条件下浸出60 d,钴、铜、铁、镁和锰的浸出率分别为85.94%,92.93%,30.42%,21.84%和96.96%。优化条件下,钴浸出平均硫酸消耗为30 t/t-钴。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
