采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对不同掺量的11A改性沥青的流变性能进行了研究,并通过薄膜烘箱老化(TFOT)和紫外老化(uv)试验研究了TLA对沥青老化性能的影响。结果表明:加入TLA后,沥青的复数模量增大,相位角减小,TLA的掺量每增加10%,PG高温区间基本上升1个等级,大大提高了沥青的高温稳定性和降低了其温度敏感性。与未改性沥青相比,TLA改性沥青TFOT和UV老化后的软化点增量和粘度变化指数显著减小,TFOT老化后的残留针入度比明显增大,TLA的加入有效地改善了沥青的热氧老化和紫外老化性能。  相似文献

采用紫外线老化试验,选取相同标号、不同油源生产的三种基质沥青,对沥青的组成、常规指标、流变性能及混合料等性能指标进行试验研究。试验结果表明,紫外线老化对90号沥青及混合料性能均有影响,对沥青的组成和流变性能影响明显;经相同条件的紫外线老化试验后,90号沥青抗紫外线老化性能优劣顺序:1号沥青3号沥青2号沥青。  相似文献

为了研究紫外线老化下沥青性能变化,选取同种产地、不同标号的两种基质沥青以及两种常规改性沥青,分析基质沥青在不同紫外线老化后组分变化,研究四种沥青在不同时长紫外绒老化后的三大指标、DSR和BBR试验。结果表明,选用沥青老化后C/H值来评价同种来源基质沥青紫外老化性能是可行的,并可以通过使用DSR、BBR补充评价基质沥青和改性沥青紫外线老化后的高低温流变性能。  相似文献

在研究7种有代表性的国产重交通道路沥青的抗老化性能中,仅用TFOT老化前后某一温度点的某一性质变化的程度是不能全面评价和预测沥青铺路后的长期老化性能的。采用SHRP规范对原样沥青、TFOT残余沥青、TFOT—PAV残余沥青进行高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂和抗疲劳开裂性能的测试,能较真实的表征它们的抗老化性能,且从结果得知国产重交通道路沥青具有良好的抗老化性能。  相似文献

为研究白炭黑材料对橡胶沥青的复合改性效果,基于不同类型、掺量的白炭黑复合改性沥青,通过对其进行技术性能试验、流变性能试验、老化性能试验以及混合料试验,并采用针入度体系指标、175℃黏度、车辙因子、老化残留物性能以及混合料性能指标为评价依据,对其胶结料性能与混合料性能进行分析,结果表明:沉淀法制备的白炭黑对橡胶沥青的改性效果较好,掺加白炭黑进行复合改性能进一步提高橡胶沥青的高温稳定性能,其软化点涨幅可达15%、175℃黏度与车辙因子也随着白炭黑掺量显著提高,掺加适量白炭黑后复合改性沥青的抗老化能力提高,其中TFOT老化后残留物的针入度比涨幅可达22%,并且掺加白炭黑后复合改性橡胶沥青混合料的车辙动稳定度、马歇尔残留稳定度以及劈裂强度比(TSR)都显著提高,综合表明掺加白炭黑进行复合改性能有效提高沥青及其混合料的稳定性与耐久性。  相似文献

现在通行的评价沥青在拌和过程中热老化程度的试验方法,是石油沥青薄膜烘箱试验法(TFOT)和沥青旋转薄膜烘箱试验法(RTFOT).论述了TFOT与RTFOT的异同以及GB/T 5301-2001 TFOT与交通部行业标准JTJ 052-2000<公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验工程>中T 0609-1993 TFOT、SH/T 0736-2003 RTFOT与JTJ 052-2000中T 0610-1993 RTFOT的差异,考察了这些差异对沥青性质的影响,论述了TFOT、RTFOT的操作要点.结果表明,TFOT和RTFOT是试验目的相同、试验仪器结构不同、试验方法与原理完全不同的两种试验.这两种试验方法所得到的沥青老化后的各种性能试验数据不尽相同,TFOT与RTFOT是不能互相代替的.GB/T 5301-2001与T 0609-1993、SH/T 0736-2003与T 0610-1993在试验目的、方法概要、试验原理、仪器设备、试验步骤等方面没有实质性的不同,在仪器设备、准备工作、试验步骤、精密度规定等方面有些细小的差异,这些细小的差异对试验结果无影响或影响较小.仪器的状况、试样量、试样的加热、恒温温度、恒温时间是TFOT、RTFOT的主要影响因素.  相似文献

通过分析老化沥青残留物的质量变化,针久度,粘度,车辙因子和低温蠕变性能,比较RTFOT和TFOT条件下沥青胶结料热老化程度的差异,结果表明:TFOT残留物在常温和高温下的粘度及车辙因子平均水平均低于RTFOT残留物,但低温性能呈现出不同的行为,影响程序取决于沥青品种,当对沥青进行PG分级时,若沥青性能指标接近临界值时,不能忽 视两种老化条件引起的差异,否则容易出现误判。  相似文献

沥青老化问题关乎沥青路面的耐久性,是道路工程的研究重点之一。而受制于自然老化试验的诸多困难,长期以来沥青老化研究多开展于实验室内,造成了研究与实际应用一定程度上的脱节。以沥青三大指标为载体,对其老化后的性能进行分析研究;以自然老化、室内试验模拟老化及从旧沥青混合料抽提等四种方法获取老化沥青,从而获得了不同老化方式下沥青性能的对应关系。研究结果表明沥青三大指标的变化均能反映沥青的老化过程,其中针入度和延度可较好地作为对应自然老化和室内老化关系的指标。总体上看,经室内TFOT过程的老化程度相当于自然老化60~90d;经室内PAV过程的老化程度相当于自然老化120~140d。  相似文献

Abstract

The penetration, softening point, and ductility of the aging basic asphalt and styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified asphalt were studied, and the thin film oven aging behavior of them was researched by using infrared spectrum. The experimental results showed that the softening point was increased, the penetration and ductility were decreased after basic asphalt thin film oven aging; the results of aging SBS modified asphalt thin film oven aging was similar too. The research of infrared spectrum indicated that absorbing–oxygen oxidation reaction was taking place when basic asphalt film was aging, carbonyl and sulfoxide groups were increased after SBS modified asphalt thin film oven had been aging. The aging extent of SBS modified asphalt was bigger than basic asphalt and the ability of bearing low temperature was better. SBS modified asphalt could have worse anti-aging performances than that of base asphalt.  相似文献

This Paper aims to analyze the influence of the short-term aging on the physical and rheological characteristics of asphalt containing a combination of crumb rubber and rice husk ash at high temperature. To simulate the aging on a short term in the laboratory, the rolling thin film oven test was conducted. Obtained results indicated that adding CR and RA had significant positive effect on the aging resistance of asphalt binder through increasing penetration aging ratio (PAR) values. Nevertheless, adding CR and RA reduced softening point increment (SPI), viscosity aging index (VAI), as well as the rutting factor aging index (AIOR).  相似文献

In this paper, the aging processes of colored paving asphalt conforming to GB/15180-94 standard were studied by rotate thin film oven (RTFO) test. The results show that the established two dynamics models can be use to describe the aging velocity of the two kinds of colored paving asphalt perfectly. After aging, asphaltene content increased, resins and aromatics content, as well as saturate content decreased. As a result, the original colloidal structure of colored paving asphalt is destroyed, which deteriorates performance of the colored paving asphalt. During aging, the Gastel index (Ic), which is sensitive to aging conditions, decreased with increase of aging temperature and extension of aging time. Therefore, the Gastel index can be used to evaluate the aging resistance of the colored paving asphalt.  相似文献

The scope of this study was to investigate the high and intermediate temperature rheological and aging properties of warm mix asphalt binders modified by organo-expanded vermiculites. The rotational viscosity, complex modulus, and rutting parameter (G*/δ) increased and the penetration and phase angle decreased after modification of 3% organo-expanded vermiculites, indicating that the high temperature rheological properties of the warm mix asphalt binder have been improved. The warm mix asphalt binders containing 3% organo-expanded vermiculites demonstrate the lowest value of phase angle and the highest value of complex modulus compared with the studied binders. In addition, as a result of the rolling thin film oven test, the viscosity aging index of warm mix asphalt binder decreases, while the retained penetration increases obviously with the introduction of organo-expanded vermiculites. The warm mix asphalt binder with 3% organo-expanded vermiculites has more pronounced improvements in aging resistance in comparison with other studied modified warm mix asphalt binders.  相似文献

In this paper the aging processes of two penetration-grade paving asphalt which conform to the standard of Esson Company have been studied by rotation thin film oven (RTFO). The first order aging kinetic model has been established and some kinetics parameters were calculated. The relationship between pavement properties of asphalt and aging course was revealed. The intervention of oxygen in high temperature caused oxidation reactions, which changed the composition and structure of asphalt, the aging resistant performance of asphalt was weak, and the service performance went to bad.  相似文献

采用Sasobit和Aspha-min两种温拌剂制备温拌橡胶沥青,通过Bookfield旋转粘度试验,DSR和旋转薄膜烘箱老化试验以及延度试验对比了两种温拌橡胶沥青的性能。结果显示:Sasobit能明显降低橡胶沥青的高温粘度,而Aspha-min却增加了橡胶沥青高温黏度,且黏度随着两种温拌剂反应时间的延长而增大;Sasobit与Aspha-min都可以增大橡胶沥青G*/sinδ,且Sasobit增加幅度大于Aspha-min;Sasobit有利于橡胶沥青抗老化作用,而Aspha-min却略微有负面影响;Sasobit明显降低橡胶沥青5℃延度,而Aspha-min降低不明显。.  相似文献

催化裂化(FCC)油浆的典型特点是其中富含芳香分,是优质道路沥青的理想调合组分。使用FCC油浆和交联缩舍FCC油浆掺兑塔河渣油生产改质沥青,并研究了不同馏出率油浆同塔河渣油按不同比例掺兑所得沥青的软化点、针入度及粘度等的变化规律。确定催化油浆最佳掺兑比例为25%~35%,改质沥青基本性能可满足道路沥青标准。同时,向塔河改质沥青中添加5‰的抗老化剂,膜后性质表明残留针入度比有了明显提高,老化性能得到明显改善。用FCC油浆调和塔河渣油,可以充分利用各自的优势,发挥出最大的效益生产出高质量的道路沥青,对我国道路建设的发展具有重要的意义。  相似文献
