本文通过对多脉冲引射排气系统和定压增压排气系统的模拟计算,研究了高背压和高真空环境条件下废气涡轮增压柴油机的排气系统的适应性。结果表明多脉冲引射排气系统对高背压环境条件下的自由废气涡轮增压柴油机并未显示其通常的优越性,而定压增压排气系统却表明具有明显的优点。文章也拟定了4脉冲引射排气系统的模拟计算方法,讨论了多脉冲引射排气系统的排气引射系数对柴油机性能的影响。 相似文献

在柴油机上进行了气波增压器的试验研究,为了提高气波增压柴油机的动力性能,对气波增压柴油机性能的影响因素进行了分析。灰色关联理论分析结果表明:进气流量和排气温度对气波增压柴油机的性能影响最大。在改进柴油机的进气管和排气管,加大柴油机进气管面积,并且对排气歧管采取保温措施后,进行的试验表明气波增压柴油机的动力性提高同时NOx的排放降低。 相似文献

可控脉冲增压系统可以实现气缸相对排气容积的调节,具有兼顾发动机高低转速工况的优势。本文针对D6114ZLQB型柴油机,建立了该发动机可控脉冲增压系统GT-POWER仿真模型,通过不同排气容积条件下发动机性能试验校核了仿真模型。计算研究了不同转速下可控脉冲增压排气系统排气压力波和进气压力变化规律,探讨了脉冲增压系统和准定压增压系统在不同转速下的适应情况。通过仿真计算研究了可控脉冲增压系统对柴油机性能的影响,确定了可变脉冲增压系统的切换边界。 相似文献

An experimental study is conducted to evaluate and compare the use of a diesel fuel supplement, specifically a 25/75% and a 50/50% blend of waste olive oil and commercial diesel fuel, in a four-stroke, DI (Direct Injection) diesel engine and in a four-stroke, IDI (Indirect Injection) diesel engine having a swirl-combustion chamber. The influence of the blends (diesel fuel+olive oil), for a large range of loads, has been examined on fuel consumption, maximum pressure, exhaust temperature, exhaust smokiness and exhaust-gas emissions such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), hydrocarbons (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO). The differences in the measured performance and exhaust-emission parameters, from the baseline operation of either engine, are determined and compared. The study shows, for both the DI and IDI engines, a small penalty in specific fuel consumption, a moderate increase in exhaust smokiness and essentially unaltered maximum pressures and exhaust temperatures when using the blends. Also, for both the IDI and DI engines when using the blends, the study shows moderate decreases in emitted nitrogen oxides and increases in hydrocarbons as well as negligible increases in emitted carbon monoxide. Theoretical aspects of diesel engine combustion are used to aid the interpretation of the observed engines' behaviour. 相似文献

本文采用自行开发的高压共轨电控喷油系统在锡柴CA6110发动机上进行了匹配试验,摸索了电控系统关键参数对发动机性能的影响规律,并给出了详细的结果,通过对发动机进行的负荷特性和外特性对比试验结果表明,高压共轨电控喷油系统在提高发动机经济性和改善排放方面具有巨大潜力。本次试验积极有效的结果为该系统的实用化研究奠定了基础。 相似文献

This paper mainly introduces the basic principles,the methods and the applications of infrared technique in the diagnosis and prediction of diesel engine exhaust faults. The test-bed for monitoring diesel engine exhaust faults by thermal infrared imager has been designed. In different running conditions, the exterior surface radiation temperatures of the exhaust pipe of the 6135G-1 diesel engine have been measured by infrared imaging system. According to the principle of infrared temperature measurement, the real temperatures of the exterior surface of the exhaust pipe have been calculated. Based on the principle of heat transfer, the method of calculating the exhaust temperatures according to the exterior surface radiation temperatures of exhaust pipe measured by thermal infrared imager is built. The relationship between diesel engine exhaust temperatures and faults has been analyzed. It is shown that the application of infrared inspection and diagnosis to the identifying of diesel engine exhaust faults is feasible and effective. 相似文献
