为降低成本,解决纺纱厂因梳棉机台少、纺纱品种多、针布不能及时更换的问题,经调整盖板针布、锡林针布、刺辊针布速度,用纺棉针布纺棉型化纤,并对比用此方法生产CJ/TSM 50/50 11.7 KSJ、纯博拉莫代尔Blm 11.8 KSJ和CJ/TSM 50/50 18.24 KSJ三个棉型化纤品种的成纱质量;详细分析纺化纤的针布不能用来纺棉的原因。指出:纺棉盖板针布随着使用周期延长,工作角变大,直齿型锡林金属针布齿条包卷在锡林滚筒上,工作角也会变大,增加了针布的释放性,可缓解纺化纤时产生的静电,故纺棉针布可用来纺制棉型化纤品种,且成纱质量较好;纺化纤的针布工作角较大,故不能用于纺棉品种。 相似文献

为了进一步提升梳棉机梳理质量和梳理效率,介绍梳棉机用双齿型锡林金属针布在处理含杂高、轧工质量差、疵点多的原料时的优势,并对比分析梳棉机用单齿型、双齿型锡林针布在梳理机采棉、粘胶纤维以及色纺纤维时的棉条质量、成纱质量,表明双齿型针布随着梳棉机输出速度的提高,棉条质量、成纱质量都有所提高,为未来梳理器材、梳理模式、梳理工艺的变化发展奠定了新的基础。指出:梳棉机用双齿型锡林金属针布有利于提高梳棉机锡林与盖板对纤维的梳理、握持和转移,加强对纤维首尾端的握持,提高了盖板针布对短绒、杂质、未成熟纤维的清除效率,更适应高速、高产的需要;未来其应用将会被拓展到多种化学纤维、色纺、混纺等更广阔的领域,适应多种纤维和超细纤维梳理的要求,重点解决杂质类带纤维籽屑疵点对棉纱、面料风格的影响。 相似文献

为了探究梳棉机用双齿型锡林金属针布的使用效果,详细介绍其分梳机理及性能特点,对比分析不同纺纱品种在不同梳棉机、不同针布配置、不同工艺参数等条件下的双齿型与单齿型针布所纺生条质量和成纱质量;优化梳棉机工艺参数、优选与双齿型针布相配套的弹性盖板针布;探讨双齿型针布的使用管理及维修保养的方法。指出:双齿型针布能降低生条棉结杂质、短绒率、成纱10万m纱疵,提高成纱条干水平和强力;在原棉品级较低、含杂较高情况下,其成纱质量和稳定性较好;在质量要求不变时车速可提高约20%;纺织企业要探索双齿型针布的管理方法,优选配套针布,使之更好地发挥分梳作用。 相似文献

Yarn construction is an important attribute in knitting and end use performance of knitwear. Holistically, yarn construction affects fabric thickness and weight, and thereby influences ultraviolet (UV) protection of fabrics. Although impact of yarn construction on UV protection of fabrics is apparent, there appears to be limited research on it. This paper studied the UV protection of plain-knitted fabrics made of three types of ring-spun cotton yarns varying in yarn twist level and staple length. The results show that these yarn properties affect UV protection of fabrics differently before and after laundering. The modified low-twisted yarn possesses a bulky feature which creates a porous fabric structure for more ultraviolet radiation (UVR) transmission. The extra-long staple yarn offers uniform fabric appearance for higher UVR reflection. However, the regularity of yarn also restricts the fabric shrinkage in laundering and thus improvement in UV protection by shrinkage is not as obvious as that provided by the conventional short-staple yarn. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe use of single-core elastic spun cotton yarns is well established in textiles and denim industry but interest in the use of dual-core-spun yarns has started to grow only recently. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of polyester and elastane linear density on the physical and mechanical properties of dual-core-spun cotton yarns. Yarn samples were prepared on industrial-scale spinning machines using cotton as the sheath fibers and two different linear densities of polyester and three different linear densities of elastane filaments in the core. Statistical analysis of the results revealed that yarn tenacity, elongation, uniformity, and hairiness are significantly affected by the linear densities of both the polyester and elastane filaments in the core, with statistically significant interaction between them. Yarn imperfections (IPI), however, are affected mainly by the polyester denier, while the elastane linear density did not show statistically significant effect on the IPI. Regression equations for different yarn properties were also developed which showed fairly high values of coefficient of determination (R-sq). 相似文献

In this study, natural staple yarns of cotton and wool were investigated for wicking properties. Fibre packing density reflected by yarn wicking rates was measured in ply cotton yarns. It was seen that with the samples measured in this work, both twist level and number of ply in a yarn can affect yarn wicking behavior. When twist and yarn count remained unchanged, wool yarns with different fibre diameters were measured for wicking rates and the best wicking was found on the yarn with the coarsest fibre diameter. Comparison was made in this work on the treatment methods, and on both synthetic continuous filament yarns and the natural staple yarns. While prewash treatment could improve yarn wicking by changing fibre surface condition, plasma treatment was a more effective way in increasing yarn wicking rate for both filament yarns and staple yarns. 相似文献
