基于传统级联型变频器驱动的高压异步电动机只能电动运行,为克服这一不足,提出了一种能馈式级联型高压变频器。用PWM整流器替代传统级联单元的不控整流桥,并对输入电流进行直接控制,在异步电动机处于再生制动状态时,输入电流自动反相,将再生能量回馈到电网,进而实现异步电动机的再生运行。所提出的新型高压变频器具有输入电流波形近似正弦,谐波污染小,自动实现能量双向流动,节能效果明显等优点。仿真和实验研究结果证明了该新型变频器的正确性和可行性。 相似文献

为解决工业现场中高压大容量电机群负荷的驱动及再生能量利用问题,提出一种基于九开关逆变器单元级联的多端口能量回馈型高压变换器。通过与现有三相桥式逆变器级联技术对比,分析适用于九开关逆变器的级联方法。详细分析了新变换器拓扑结构、功率分配模式、控制策略及优缺点,并以6单元级联双负载端口的6 kV高压变换器为例,通过Matlab仿真验证了该拓扑及控制策略的可行性和有效性。该变换器为负载端口间的再生能量提供了直接传递通道,降低了能量回馈压力;且大幅减少了开关、电容以及变压器绕组数量,提高了可靠性;其端口扩展灵活,对于多负荷工况具有较强的适应性。 相似文献

In the past decade, the multilevel power converter has transitioned from an experimental concept to a standard product of many medium-voltage drive manufacturers. By utilizing small voltage steps, the multilevel topology offers higher power quality, higher voltage capability, lower switching losses, and improved electromagnetic compatibility over standard topologies. Recently, several researchers have focused on the cascaded multilevel inverter whereby two multilevel inverters are series connected to a motor load by splitting the neutral connection. The resulting performance is exceptional in terms of power quality since the overall number of voltage levels is effectively the product of the two cascaded inverters. This paper demonstrates that it is possible to extend this performance to an even higher number of voltage levels referred to as overdistended operation. This further improves the power quality that is significant in applications that have stringent total harmonic distorsion requirements, such as naval ship propulsion. At present, one of the most common techniques for high power conversion in medium-voltage applications is the use of cascaded multi-level converters. In this article, a new Switched DC-Link Capacitor Multi-level converter (SDC2MLC) with considerably few numbers of power electronics switches (IGBTs) is proposed, where keeping the total harmonic distortion of the output voltage waveforms as low as possible is desired. The proposed topology is configured using two separate basic units. Each unit consists of four switches with a series-parallel combination of isolated DC sources. The performance of the presented topology for both configurations is described. The required number of switches, power diodes, gate driver circuits, and voltage stresses across the switches are compared with those of other recently published techniques. Furthermore, the operation and performance of the proposed SDC2MLC are illustrated with the aid of experimental results of a single-phase 11-level converter to clarify the viability of the proposed topology. 相似文献

以单相两功率单元级联为例,阐述了级联H桥五电平变流器的拓扑结构和载波相移SPWM(CPS-SPWM)调制策略.从该变流器的运行工况着手,给出了这种变流器在CPS-SPWM调制方法下的工作原理,并从数学角度推导了变流器开关切换、输出电压、电流流向以及均衡电压等情况,理论推导表明CPS-SPWM调制方法应用在级联多电平逆变器上的可行性、可靠性和控制的简易性,为实现调制方法的优化和拓扑结构的改进提供了理论基础.同时对五电平变流器的运行工况进行了详尽的分析,推导出了五电平变流器的数学模型,并进行了仿真和实验验证.基于DSP与FPGA,研制了多路PWM脉冲发生器,既简化了电路的设计,提高了系统的可靠性,又可保证整个系统功率元件驱动信号的同步.实验结果表明,这种变流器能在较低的器件开关频率下实现较高等效开关频率的效果,运行工况稳定,在高压、大功率场合有一定的工程应用前景. 相似文献

A cascaded multi-level inverter consists of H-bridge modules that can generally be divided into one with the same DC bus voltage and another with different DC bus voltages. By using the same power device as a standard 7-level 3H-bridge converter, the proposed converter operates with 15-level resolution with separate DC voltage sources of voltage ratio 4:2:1. The analysis of this hybrid cascaded converter with staircase control shows that this proposal can be applied in many power conversion applications, such as flexible alternative current transmission systems, uninterruptible power supply, and electric power conversion, transmission, and storage of renewable energy sources. Simulation results are presented with the proposed 15-level cascaded H-bridge inverter for a low distortion, near-sinusoidal stepped-voltage output, and a laboratory prototype of a 15-level insulated gate bipolar transistor-based cascaded H-bridge inverter is designed and implemented on a digital signal processor. The total harmonic distortion is proved less than 5%. 相似文献
