光声傅里叶变换红外光谱法(PAFT—IRS)是一种新的光谱法,可以对各种聚合物材料的表层进行非破坏性检测对表层的不同深度进行剖析研究。本文列举了用这种方法检测表面物质表层与基材之间的界面化学添加剂在纺织材料中的分布化学改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙酐纤维以及聚合材料的氧化和降解。这种方法能检测试样的测试深度内的化学性质变化。与里傅叶变换红外光谱法(FF—IRS)相比,它具有许多优点。 相似文献

为解决支化聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(B–GAP)羟值测试不稳定的问题,选用异氰酸苯酯对B–GAP进行衍生处理使羟基转化成酯基,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法测定产物中酯基的吸光度以间接得到B–GAP羟值;研究了衍生时间、异氰酸苯酯用量等对测定结果的影响。结果表明,B–GAP羟值与衍生后分子链中酯基的红外特征峰吸收峰强度之间可进行定量关联,用该方法测定羟值,具有较好的重复性和较高的准确度。 相似文献

采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)法定量分析丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物(SAN)中的丙烯腈,利用丙烯腈在2237 cm-1处的吸收峰及苯乙烯在700 cm-1处的吸收峰,建立了FTIR法快速测定SAN中丙烯腈组分含量的标准工作曲线,对其准确性和精密度进行了评价。结果表明,测定样品的最大相对误差为2.8 %,重复测定同一样片的相对标准偏差为2.48 %,方法的准确性和精密度良好。 相似文献

Photoacoustic Fourier transform infrared (PA-FT-i.r.) spectrometry was employed to examine raw coal containing 13–64 wt%, daf volatile matter (VM). Sample preparation for i.r. examination was the same as for ASTM proximate analysis. Technological and spectroscopic information on representative samples were obtained. PA scan time is longer than for conventional FT-i.r. operation; however sample preparation is faster and easier. The time-consuming KBr pellet technique, possibly affecting coal structure, is avoided. The i.r. absorption in the OH, NH, CHar and CHx,al regions may allow the determination of VM for both high- and low-rank coal. Some differences between present PA and diffuse reflectance spectra of raw coal from the literature are discussed. 相似文献

Zirconium carbide-based biomorphic ceramics have been manufactured by vacuum infiltration of zirconium-oxychloride (ZrOCl2·8H2O) sol into natural wood. After vacuum-assisted infiltration, the specimens were dried in air and pyrolysed at 800 °C in Ar-atmosphere. The infiltration and drying process were repeated up to four times. Finally, the specimens were hold at 1550 °C in a vacuum furnace to form ZrC. The results of the process of synthesis have been studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). For evaluating the yield of the synthesis, a new method by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) has been developed for the direct determination of ZrC by absorbance measurements in KBr pellets. The procedure was based on the use of the ratio between the absorbance of the characteristic band of zirconium carbide and those of an oxalate internal standard added to samples. A multivariate calibration strategy based on inverse least squares and the standard addition approach was employed for quantification. The results obtained for all ZrC-ceramics studied were satisfactorily compared with those obtained by X-ray diffractometry (XRD). The proposed method was also applied to the analysis of synthetic samples prepared by mixing pyrolyzed wood with ZrC, the results indicated good recovery in all instances. 相似文献

A simple, rapid, and direct Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopic method was developed for the determination of
moisture content of crude palm oil (CPO). The calibration set was prepared by adding double-distilled water to dried CPO in
ratios (w/w) between 0 and 13% moisture. A partial least squares (PLS) regression technique was employed to construct a calibration
model followed by cross-validation step. The accuracy of this method was comparable to the accuracy of the American Oil Chemists'
Society's vacuum oven method, which is used for determination of moisture and volatile matter, with mean difference (MDa) of 0.0105, a coefficient of determination (R
2) and a standard error of calibration (SEC) of 0.9781 and 0.91, respectively. It is also comparable to the accuracy of the
International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry's distillation method with MDa, R
2, and SEC of 0.0695, 0.9701, and 0.65, respectively. The study showed that midband FTIR spectroscopy combined with the PLS
regression calibration technique is rapid and accurate for determination of moisture content of CPO samples with a total analysis

制备了两种水溶性富勒烯衍生物〔富勒烯透明质酸钠(MHAF60)、富勒烯聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PPF60)〕,并对其护肤性能进行了测试。UV-Vis和FTIR结果显示,富勒烯依然保持了其特征吸收。DLS结果显示两种材料粒径分别为368.5nm和500.6nm。GC结果表明两种材料均无有机溶剂残留。EPR结果显示MHAF60淬灭自由基的能力要显著优于PPF60、维生素C和水溶性虾青素。以人表皮角质细胞(HEK-A)作为研究对象,测试了在双氧水损伤条件下MHAF60对细胞的修复和保护作用,结果显示MHAF60的效果显著优于维生素C和水溶性虾青素。斑马鱼模型试验结果显示MHAF60具有显著的抑制黑色素、抗炎修复功效,安全性更高。 相似文献
