Conclusions The phosphate cements type MAT-01 and MAT-1 mixed with metal powders of chromium and stainless steels after additional research can be used for bonding mica ceramic filling materials of the type UMB-5KT to titanium plates and rings.Adding metal powders increases the coefficient of thermal expansion and increases the strength of the cement. Under these conditions, the most effective fillers are powdered stainless steels Kh23N18 and Kh23N28. From the point of view of strength and thermal-shock resistance they should be added in amounts of 40–50% by volume.The specimens should have special serrations made in them for bonding mica-ceramic materials to titanium.Translated from Poroshkovaya Metallurgiya, No. 5(65), pp. 102–106, May, 1968. 相似文献
