基于TTP准则的红外成像系统性能预测   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对已有模型对红外成像系统现场性能预测存在的概率预测问题,采用最新的目标任务性能(TTP)准则和热成像系统性能评价模型,对坦克目标进行现场性能实验,重点分析不同距离处对坦克目标的探测、识别、辨认概率和欠采样造成的信号混叠对其预测概率的影响。研究表明,该模型与实验数据吻合,可用于对当前热成像系统性能评价。最后讨论了如何对该性能模型进一步完善。  相似文献

TETRA数字集群通信系统是ETSI推出的新一代数字集群通信标准,该标准在2000年前后进入中国后,TETRA数字集群系统在我国获得了较大规模的应用。移动性管理是TETRA集群系统(空中接口协议栈)的重要组成部分。本文在分析TETRA移动性管理的各功能实体的基础上,提出了TETRA终端移动性管理实体的开发过程,并用C语言编程实现后在OMAP5912(ARM和DSP)平台上测试,测试结果与协议标准一致。  相似文献

在模拟集群通信的时代,由于技术不开放、标准不统一,全球集群通信市场处于混乱、割裂的”七国八制”局面。为了避免在数字集群通信时代重蹈覆辙,1998年3月,国际电信联盟(IrrU)根据世界各国提交的集群通信系统标准,制订了APC025、Tetralpol、EDACS、TETRA、DIMRS(iDEN)、IDRA、Geotek七个数字集群通信系统的国际标准。由于种种原因,其中TETRA和iDEN两种系统在全球应用最为广泛,也被我国信息产业部作为数字集群技术的行业推荐标准。  相似文献

利用电视系统传递标准时间频率是一种既经济方便又能获得较高传递精度的方精。中国计量科学研究院和中央电视台经长期合作研究,确定了利用电视系统传递标准时间频率的技术方案,由中国计量科学研究院承担了研制任务,后于1984年初通过中央电视台进行传递试验,取得了在北京地区时间传递精度优于10ns、准确度优于100ns,在外地(哈尔滨、武汉)两城市测得精度均优于100ns、准确度优于200ns的结果。  相似文献

非合作双基地雷达因其特殊的探测方式,致使回波中目标信噪比较低,雷达扫描周期的帧与帧之间探测并不稳定,因此传统的先检测后跟踪(Detect?Before?Track, DBT)在这种场景下并不适用。本文利用动态规划检测前跟踪(Dynamic Programming Track?Before?Detect, DP?TBD)值函数累积的思想,结合现用于视觉跟踪中的核相关滤波器(Kernelized Correlation Filters, KCF),将峰值旁瓣比(Peak Sidelobe Ratio, PSR)作为值函数,提出了KCF?TBD,并采用深度学习技术对跟踪框进行修正,以解决实际目标跟踪中出现的漂移、丢失等问题,从而提高跟踪过程的稳定性和适应性。在实际的海面目标数据上的验证结果显示,所提算法具有较高的跟踪稳定性和适应性。  相似文献

RSA型加密系统(RSA加密系统及其改进系统的统称)至今仍然被广泛应用于许多注重电子数据安全的电子商务系统中.然而对现有的RSA型加密方案分析发现:(1)只有在随机谕言机模型下抗CCA2攻击的RSA型加密方案,还没有在标准模型下实现IND-CCA2安全的RSA型概率加密方案;(2)没有在标准模型下实现抗CPA且保持乘法同态性的RSA型同态加密方案,而同态性是实现安全多方计算和云计算安全服务的重要性质之一;(3)在实现密文不可区分方面,这些方案除HD-RSA外都是通过一个带hash的Feistel网络引入随机因子的,从而导致这些方案只能在随机谕言机模型下实现IND-CCA2安全.针对以上问题,本文在RSA加密系统的基础上,通过增加少量的有限域上的模指数运算,设计了一个标准模型下具有IND-CPA安全的RSA型概率同态加密方案和一个具有IND-CCA2安全的RSA型概率加密方案.这两个方案在实现密文不可区分时,都不再通过明文填充引入随机因子.此外,本文还提出一个RSA问题的变形问题(称作RSA判定性问题).  相似文献

无人机领域正在向着多机协同任务、集群任务的方向发展,但是目前无人机集群技术的研发多偏重于集群智能、集群算法的研究和无人机本身的设计,而缺乏对于集群任务下远程控制系统的研究。针对这样的现状,分析了无人机集群远程控制系统的必要性和需要实现的功能,从单机任务、多机协同任务、集群任务三个维度探讨了无人机远程控制系统的组成结构,并对无人机集群远程控制系统的整体架构和内部各组成模块的功能细节进行了详细介绍。该远程控制系统很好地符合了集群理论的技术特征需求,能够有效发挥无人机集群协作的优势。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

Today, as flash device test grows in importance in China, manufacturers face growing pressure for reduced cost-oftest, increased throughput and greater return on investment for test equipment. The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

Waveguide multilayer optical card (WMOC) is a novel storage device of three-dimensional optical information. An advanced readout system fitting for the WMOC is introduced in this paper. The hardware mainly consists of the light source for reading, WMOC, motorized stages addressing unit, microscope imaging unit, CCD detecting unit and PC controlling & processing unit. The movement of the precision motorized stage is controlled by the computer through Visual Basic (VB) language in software. A control panel is also designed to get the layer address and the page address through which the position of the motorized stages can be changed. The WMOC readout system is easy to manage and the readout result is directly displayed on computer monitor.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

The collinearly phase-matching condition of terahertz-wave generation via difference frequency mixed in GaAs and InP is theoretically studied. In collinear phase-matching, the optimum phase-matching wave hands of these two crystals are calculated. The optimum phase-matching wave bands in GaAs and lnP are 0.95-1.38μm and 0.7-0.96μm respectively. The influence of the wavelength choice of the pump wave on the coherent length in THz-wave tuning is also discussed. The influence of the temperature alteration on the phase-matching and the temperature tuning properties in GaAs crystal are calculated and analyzed. It can serve for the following experiments as a theoretical evidence and a reference as well.  相似文献

Composition dependence of bulk and surface phonon-polaritons in ternary mixed crystals are studied in the framework of the modified random-element-isodisplacement model and the Bom-Huang approximation. The numerical results for Several Ⅱ - Ⅵ and Ⅲ- Ⅴ compound systems are performed, and the polariton frequencies as functions of the compositions for ternary mixed crystals AlxGa1-xAs, GaPxAS1-x, ZnSxSe1-x, GaAsxSb1-x, GaxIn1-xP, and ZnxCd1-xS as examples are given and discussed. The results show that the dependence of the energies of two branches of bulk phonon-polaritons which have phonon-like characteristics, and surface phonon-polaritons on the compositions of ternary mixed crystals are nonlinear and different from those of the corresponding binary systems.  相似文献

An insert layer structure organic electroluminescent device(OLED) based on a new luminescent material (Zn(salen)) is fabricated. The configuration of the device is ITO/CuPc/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/A1/CuPc/NPD/Zn(salen)/Liq/LiF/A1. Effective insert electrode layers comprising LiF(1nm)/Al(5 nm) are used as a single semitransparent mirror, and bilayer cathode LiF(1 nm)/A1(100 nm) is used as a reflecting mirror. The two mirrors form a Fabry-Perot microcavity and two emissive units. The maximum brightness and luminous efficiency reach 674 cd/m^2 and 2.652 cd/A, respectively, which are 2.1 and 3.7 times higher than the conventional device, respectively. The superior brightness and luminous efficiency over conventional single-unit devices are attributed to microcavity effect.  相似文献
