According to our experience, the variance function as the standard deviation of the average function is well suited as a diagnostic tool to monitor mechanical movements. Nonlinear effects during the movement can be detected using touch-induced or rub-induced vibrations to obtain direct information about loads to be expected. 为解决异种功能模型间知识共享与交换的难题,提出了一种基于本体的功能建模框架.该框架分为功能设计知识本体表示模型、语义约束规则和功能建模推理规则3部分.通过离心通风机本体库的设计及网络本体语言的实现,验证了该本体功能建模框架的有效性.在本体功能建模框架的基础上,提出了一种多智能体协同功能设计环境的系统设计方案,利用网络本体语言作为FIPA的智能体通信语言的内容语言,以实现基于多智能体的功能设计本体传递与交换,满足更具意义的协同功能设计要求.  相似文献

当前功能结构图方法仅以意图域概念"功能"为基础,但同时暗含从现实域出发的考虑,这造成了复杂度耦合,使得绘制过程难以下笔。为解决这一问题,吸收现实域的Affordance概念与功能概念共同作为方法基础,并基于这两个概念将功能结构图方法的绘制分解为:从功能维度逆向思考"人想要发生什么"的倒逼功能结构图,以及从Affordance维度顺向思考"在其环境下可能发生什么"的Affordance功能结构图,从而完成复杂度解耦,得到改良功能结构图方法。该方法解除了绘制过程中的思维混乱,降低了绘制门槛,提高了实用性。  相似文献

This work reports on the retrieval of the pupil function and coherent transfer function of a coherent reflection type confocal microscope from simulated measurements of the intensity point spread function. Two phase retrieval algorithms are presented in this vein, which incorporate the multiple pupil dependence of image formation in confocal microscopy. Verification of the algorithms follows by numerical simulations.  相似文献

We describe a simple method to produce an arbitrary complex optical field using a ferroelectric liquid crystal spatial light modulator. The system is configured so as to act as a pupil plane filter in a confocal microscope. The ability to tune the complex pupil function permits the system to be used both to modify the imaging performance by effectively engineering the point spread function as well as to remove optical aberrations present in the optical system.  相似文献

提出了一种具有隔离器功能的激光干涉仪.既可以进行干涉测量,又具有隔离器功能,可以防止反射光回到光源,使光源保持稳定,确保了测量精度.该干涉仪由常规干涉仪和双级隔离器的结构有机的结合起来,其中某些元件合二为一,使一个元件起到双重功能的作用,同时使干涉光路和隔离光路也相互重合起来.理论分析和实验研究表明:该方案是可行的.隔离度与双级隔离器的隔离度相同,达到了48dB.该装置的干涉测量精度与一般干涉仪一样取决于激光波长,但该装置结构紧凑,简化了测量系统,实际使用更为方便.  相似文献

In this paper, a scalar sign function-based digital design methodology is developed for modeling and control of a class of analog nonlinear systems that are restricted by the absolute value function constraints. As is found to be not uncommon, many real systems are subject to the constraints which are described by the non-smooth functions such as absolute value function. The non-smooth and nonlinear nature poses significant challenges to the modeling and control work. To overcome these difficulties, a novel idea proposed in this work is to use a scalar sign function approach to effectively transform the original nonlinear and non-smooth model into a smooth nonlinear rational function model. Upon the resulting smooth model, a systematic digital controller design procedure is established, in which an optimal linearization method, LQR design and digital implementation through an advanced digital redesign technique are sequentially applied. The example of tracking control of a piezoelectric actuator system is utilized throughout the paper for illustrating the proposed methodology.  相似文献

For the microvision system, a new autofocus evaluation function based on the Robert function is proposed by increasing the threshold value. Compared with the traditional evaluation function, the new focus function reduces the local extreme value and increases the steepness of the focusing curve. According to the characteristics of the focusing evaluation function, the focus curve can be divided into two stages: the gentle area and the steep area. In the gentle area, there will be set a large step‐length to realize the fast search. In the steep area, the data will be fitted by Gauss method, and on the basis of the fitting results, the motor of microvision system was directly driven to achieve the focal plane and this method has been improved in real‐time and accuracy.  相似文献

针对肛门失禁患者的排便控制问题,研制了一种新的生物反馈式括约肌装置.根据正常人排便控制原理及内括约肌松弛反射过程,利用压力传感器对肠道压力进行测量,实现生物反馈;采用直流电机制成微型双向泵,对医用硅胶囊袋进行充(抽)液,模拟正常人内括约肌的收紧和松弛功能;整个装置由MSP430F1121单片机进行控制.动物实验结果表明,该装置能够较好地控制排便.  相似文献

This study presents multiple physiological signals collection and analysis processing based on neural network methods and evidence theory using wireless XBee devices for transmission between the host computer and sink sensors node. This study proposes a hospital guardianship and remote care medical system based on a wireless sensor network framework using optimal data fusion based on evidence theory. Because the global population is ageing with a limited number of medical professionals, reduced medical service has resulted from mistaken government medical policies. This research aims to reduce the hardware cost and enhance system efficiency and security using multi-physiology signals fusion. Medical supplies, wisdom, simplification, non-invasiveness and personalized development are the focus in this study. This remote medical care system involves the standard electrocardiogram, blood pressure, pulse, eye-movement measurement module, ZigBee transmission module that combines the signal acquisition card DAQ and LabVIEW system.  相似文献

Caveolae are spherical invaginations of the plasma membrane and associated vesicles that are found at high surface densities in most cells, endothelia included. Their structural framework has been shown to consist of oligomerized caveolin molecules interacting with cholesterol and sphingolipids. Caveolae have been involved in many cellular functions such as endocytosis, signal transduction, mechano-transduction, potocytosis, and cholesterol trafficking. Some confusion still persists in the field with respect to the relationship between caveolae and the lipid rafts, which have been involved in many of the above functions. In addition to all these, endothelial caveolae have been involved in capillary permeability by their participation in the process of transcytosis. This short review will focus on their structure and components, methods used to determine these components, and the role of caveolae in the transendothelial exchanges between blood plasma and the interstitial fluid.  相似文献

为了实现更为高效、准确的光纤端面自动对焦,对现有图像的清晰度评价函数进行了研究,并在此基础上,提出了一种新的计算简便、抗噪性好的清晰度评价函数。采用光纤几何参数测试仪获得光纤端面清晰成像面前后等间隔的24帧光纤端面图像,利用不同的图像清晰度评价函数对这24帧图像进行计算,得到相应的调焦曲线并分析其单峰性、单调性和抗噪性。结果显示,所提的新评价函数具有更好的表现,对自动对焦技术具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献
