燃气机热泵机组的研制与实验研究

设计开发了一台面向商用的天然气发动机驱动风冷热泵冷热水机组(简称"燃气机热泵").对燃气机热泵的设计方法和安装问题进行了介绍.重点对系统设计中的机组型式的选择、热泵(制冷)系统的设计要点、发动机和压缩机的匹配,以及余热回收和散热系统的设计这四个方面进行了论述.对机组在不同环境温度、不同出水温度和不同转速下冷热量和一次能耗进行了测试.     

VZH088、117、170 C系列直流变频涡旋压缩机技术简述

本文对某公司开发的VZH088、117、170 C系列新版直流变频涡旋压缩机技术特点进行了介绍。VZH088、117、170 C制冷量范围从3冷吨至26冷吨,转速范围为1 500 rpm^6 000 rpm,主要应用于冷水机组,屋顶机,数据中心等;采用永磁电机技术,提高了整个速度范围的能效;采用变频控制技术,可以根据不同的工况调整压缩机转速,避免了频繁起停,提高了温度控制的精度和环境舒适性;采用了中间排气技术,提高了部分负荷工况性能;优化的轴承系统设计,提高了高蒸发温度应用工况下压缩机的可靠性;泵油和供油系统系统的设计可保证低速时足够的供油量和高速时低的油循环率。     

并联螺杆式压缩机组的PLC控制技术

随着外界负荷大幅度的变化，虽然螺杆式缩机可以采用滑阀来调节其输气量，但是，对于用单台压缩机组成的单级系统来说，其在低负荷下的功耗仍然要比多联机组构成的系统高得多．在同一系统中采用多台螺杆式压缩机并联来代替单台压缩机运行，在冷负荷发生动态变化时，并联压缩机组将通过PIE和各种传感器所组成的控制系统，调节整个制冷系统中压缩机的减载、启动、停机，使得并联压缩机组的吸气压力保持在恒定和正常的工作范围内工作，从而大大提高了系统的工作效率，节省能源；特别是在制冷量较大，而且制冷量波动明显的系统中，节能控制的效果更为明显，PIE是一种具有高可靠性的控制，以其和触摸屏组成的监控系统，对多台螺杆式压缩机并联的运行进行控制是一种最优的选择，并最终能够通过现场总线整合各个设备的控制系统来实现冷库系统的DCS控制模式。     

轿车空调系统的试验研究

对轿车空调系统进行性能试验，分析压缩机转速、蒸发器风量、冷凝器风量和环境温度等的变化对轿车空调系统性能的影响，为进一步研究轿车空调奠定基础。     

夏季冷热联供模式下的燃气机热泵机组性能分析

本文建立了一套以R134a为制冷剂工质、以天然气为一次能源驱动开启式压缩机做功的燃气机热泵系统,研究了当蒸发器进水温度为12～22℃,室外环境温度为24.2～35.6℃,发动机转速为1 400～2 000 r/min,夏季冷热联供模式时,空气源燃气机热泵(GEHP)机组的性能。结果表明:发动机转速和蒸发器进水温度的变化对系统性能的影响大于室外环境温度变化的影响。随着发动机转速由1 400 r/min增至2 000 r/min,系统COP_1、COP_2、PER_1、PER_2分别减小了15.5%、9.9%、18.8%、13.5%。在工况范围内,机组冷水出水温度可达6.7～19.3℃,热水出水温度可达40.7～61.7℃,考虑余热回收情况下系统PER_2可达1.14～1.45。     

全自动汽车空调压缩机性能测试系统研究

本文针对汽车空调压缩机运行转速范围广、冷量测试跨度大及系统内带油率高等特点，研究改进了原有的全自动汽车空调压缩机性能测试系统，并从理论和实验两方面分析了制冷剂含油对压缩机性能测试精度的影响。     

家用中央空调及其有关问题讨论(一)

本文介绍了目前家用中央空调产品的现状及其优缺点的分析 ,其中包括小型风冷热泵冷热水机组、风冷热泵管道式分体空调系统 (管道机 )、VRV系统、水源热泵系统和燃气中央空调 ,最后对家用中央空调的冷热负荷进行了讨论。     

中巴空调的性能试验

本文详细地介绍了汽车空调系统性能试验装置，对一台18kW中巴空调机在汽车空调系统性能试验装置上进行了试验研究，分析了各种参数（压缩机转速、蒸发器风量、冷凝器风量、环境温度）的变化对系统性能的定量影响。     

双管路燃气热泵（GEHP）系统仿真与实验研究

通过建立双管路燃气热泵(GEHP)系统的数学模型,研究了制热工况下系统的环境特性及部分负荷特性.模拟结果表明,双管路燃气热泵的一次能源利用率(PER)随转速升高而降低,即具有良好的部分负荷特性.对双管路GEHP系统的运行特性进行了实验研究,通过实验结果与计算结果的对比,验证了仿真模型的合理性.     

热气旁通在凝汽式汽轮机驱动螺杆制冷压缩机中的应用

凝汽式汽轮机驱动螺杆制冷压缩机的系统中,压缩机的能级一般都通过调节汽轮机的转速来调节,然而,为了避免出现喘振及避开临界转速,一般都控制汽轮机的转速在一定范围内自动调节,这样就不能保证用户负荷在100%~10%无级可调。设计一路热气旁通机构,既保证凝汽式汽轮机正常运行,又实现系统能级的无级可调。     

Estimation of Parameters of Universal Distribution of Moments of Failure of Products

A method is proposed for estimating the parameters of a mixture of exponential and Weibull distributions for which the accuracy of preliminary estimates obtained by graphical analysis is refined in accordance with the criterion of maximum likelihood. The efficiency of the proposed method is supported by the results of statistical modeling.     

Evaluation of optical properties of highly scattering media by moments of distributions of times of flight of photons

A novel method for the determination of the optical properties of tissue from time-domain measurements is presented. The data analysis is based on the evaluation of the first moment and the second centralized moment, i.e., the mean time of flight and the variance of the measured distribution of times of flight (DTOF) of photons injected by short (picosecond) laser pulses. Analytical expressions are derived for calculation of absorption and of reduced scattering coefficients from these moments by application of diffusion theory for infinite and semi-infinite homogeneous media. The proposed method was tested on experimental data obtained with phantoms, and results for absorption and reduced scattering coefficients obtained by the proposed method are compared with those obtained by fitting of the same data with analytical solutions of the diffusion equation. Furthermore, the accuracy of the moment analysis was investigated for a range of integration limits of the DTOF. The moment analysis may serve as a comparatively fast method for evaluating optical properties with sufficient accuracy and can be used, e.g., for on-line monitoring of optical properties of biological tissue.

盐酸浓度不确定度的评估

通过对盐酸浓度标定的过程分析，找出影响结果的各个分量，进行不确定度的评定，按照计量技术规范给出标准的表示法。     

Analysis of the rate of propagation of the wave of change of boiling modes

An approximate analytical expression is derived for the velocity of the front of the wave of change of boiling modes on a rod and on a plate. The impact of the Thomson effect and of the heater orientation in the gravity field is included. Adequate agreement is demonstrated between the derived relations and experimental data.     

Estimation of potentialities of methods of summation of direct measurement errors

Conventional methods for summation of direct measurement errors are considered. Conditions under which these methods provide consistent results are stated. It is proposed to utilize for characteristic of the total error, its interval estimator or the half-sum of the value obtained by adding up its arithmetic and geometric random errors.Translated from Izmeritel'naya Tekhnika, No. 4, pp. 10–12, April, 1995.
