A distributed system, which supports circuit breaker maintenance and asset management, is described. It uses a client/server architecture for propagating expert knowledge from switchgear maintenance experts directly to maintenance operatives for on-site circuit breaker condition assessment and diagnosis. Prior research in the field of distribution level circuit breaker condition monitoring has shown the trip coil of a circuit breaker yields a current profile that, when tripped, can subsequently be interpreted as an indicator of plant health. Exploiting existing circuit breaker test equipment, a centralised archive of asset condition is built from routine tests permitting experts to examine trends in the data and pass their definition of the operating conditions to personnel in the field. This provides diagnostic support to engineers in the field. The system is currently in use as the subject of a pilot study conducted by SP PowerSystems intended to improve its ongoing maintenance and asset management activities.  相似文献

The production and maintenance functions have objectives that are often in contrast and it is essential for management to ensure that their activities are carried out synergistically, to ensure the maximum efficiency of the production plant as well as the minimization of management costs. The current evolution of ICT technologies and maintenance strategies in the industrial field is making possible a greater integration between production and maintenance. This work addresses this challenge by combining the knowledge of the data collected from physical assets for predictive maintenance management with the possibility of dynamic simulate the future behaviour of the manufacturing system through a digital twin for optimal management of maintenance interventions. The paper, indeed, presents a supporting digital cockpit for production and maintenance integrated scheduling. The tool proposes an innovative approach to manage health data from machines being in any production system and provides support to compare the information about their remaining useful life (RUL) with the respective production schedule. The maintenance driven scheduling cockpit (MDSC) offers, indeed, a supporting decision tool for the maintenance strategy to be implemented that can help production and maintenance managers in the optimal scheduling of preventive maintenance interventions based on RUL estimation. 我国轨道交通基础建设实现了跨越式发展,但针对轨道工程运营的安全管理与高效维护,仍存在许多复杂的难题亟待解决,突出表现为轨道结构实际服役周期难以达到设计寿命。因此,组织实施铁路轨道工程长寿命安全保障计划尤为迫切。本文首先回顾了我国铁路轨道工程领域取得的成绩,进一步介绍了国外一些发达国家在该领域的发展动态。相比发达国家,目前我国在轨道工程长寿命安全领域的研究还存在比较大的提升空间,具体表现在缺乏顶层设计,研究工作的系统性不足,深度与广度不够。最后就该计划的实施从理论研究、人才培养、智能化信息管理、性能提升与恢复等方面提出了若干建议。  相似文献

The content of risk-based assessment and management and risk-based inspection and maintenance (RBI&M) employed in process plants are addressed in this article. Probabilistic analyses including probabilistic risk assessment developed in the engineering field over the past few decades are reviewed first. Following that, RBI and risk-informed management employed in the nuclear industry and risk-based inspection, maintenance, and other risk-based approaches used in chemical plants as well as their developments are reviewed, respectively. While most of the above were developed and practiced in industrialized countries, the current situation in Taiwan is also mentioned. Special attention is paid to the possibility and difficulties of employing RBI&M in Taiwan’s power and process plants. The difficulties in adopting existing risk-based approaches to inspect and manage Kaohsiung’s underground pipelines are pointed out in particular. In the wide context of facility management, several processes, such as operations, maintenance, retrofitting, and renovations, ensure that buildings comply with the principles of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and indoor comfort. Apart from ordinary operation, facility management is responsible for the renovation of and long-term performance improvement of building facilities. In such a scenario, the cyber–physical system (CPS) paradigm with holonic architecture, which is the focus of this study, can successfully guide the operation management and long-term refurbishment processes of buildings. Analogous to the manufacturing field, the developed CPS maximizes holons’ self-configuration and self-organization and overall throughput effectiveness metrics to detect the best corrective actions toward system improvements. Consequently, suggestions and lessons learned from the evaluation of building efficiency are redirected to the building information model. Hence, the digital model acts as a repository of currently available equipment for operations management and the history of diagnoses that support decision-making during the maintenance, retrofitting, and renovation processes. Evidently, the repeated detection of a specific issue, which is unaffected by operations management, should be considered an opportunity to act and enhance the performances of existing building components. Similar to a goods-producing industry, the building management system developed in this study applies the aforementioned methodology to provide services related to indoor comfort and building health. This approach indicates that a method for automatic real-time diagnosis is tested in a case study consisting of a multi-use and large public building. The current paper, which is an extended version of the one presented in the Creative Construction Conference 2018, deepens the decision support tool and the supervision policy. Moreover, the developed system is contextualized by providing an example of use case and highlighting the step forward in the field of smart buildings.  相似文献

This paper aims to examine the relationship between quality management orientation dimensions and maintenance performance. The concept of quality management orientation is proposed and defined as a set of norms and values regarding customer orientation, quality responsibility, prevention and process orientation. Empirical data were drawn from a sample of Slovenian organisations in order to address the research question. The data were analysed using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The findings indicate that quality management orientation is important predictor of maintenance performance. Data analysis results also show that quality management orientation dimensions are positively related to maintenance performance. By testing the impact of quality management orientation on maintenance performance, this study shows that strong foundation on quality management orientation is an effective way of improving maintenance performance.  相似文献

综述了近几十年来维修工程管理的研究与发展,如人工智能、故障诊断、机器状态监测技术(如振动分析、红外检测、热录像仪等)、预测和预防性维修(PPM)、全员生产维修(TPM)和主动性维修(PM)等,论述了综合应用机器实时状态监测与故障诊断、人工智能、计算机通讯技术以及先进的维修管理理念的集成质量控制与维修系统,最后提出一种目前世界领先的远程智能维修系统。内容包括:实践应用中的维修管理评估、智能和集成维修管理、状态监测维修中的智能预测决策支持系统(IPDSS)、设备状况衰退趋势预测——人工神经网络方法、IPDSS支持的维修管理、故障诊断中的人工智能应用、基于可靠性的预防性维修安排和远程智能维修系统。  相似文献
