采用均匀设计优化试验方法研制了一种低纤维素型全位置立向下焊焊条,开发的焊条具有优良的焊接工艺性能,电弧稳定、易脱渣、焊缝成形好,立向下焊容易、飞溅率小、烟尘少等。根据国家标准,测定了焊缝金属的抗拉强度、延伸率和在0℃和-30℃的冲击韧性等力学性能,结果表明,焊条具有优良的力学性能。该焊条可广泛用于重要结构的焊接。  相似文献

一、问题的提出 在铸铁冷焊工艺中,由于采用Z308焊条焊接的焊缝,不仅具有较好的抗裂性能,而且机械切削加工性能较好,因此常用作重要灰铸铁及可加工件(如机床导轨面、汽缸盖等)的焊接。 我厂用Z308焊接铸件时,却发生焊缝开裂且焊接时焊条表面石墨化药皮成段的爆裂,被迫终止焊接。经查此Z308焊条,从焊条外观上看,没有问题,但进一步采用物理和化学方法鉴定,发现此焊条不是铸铁纯镍308,其合镍量在1%~2.5%之间,仅相当于低碳钢焊条,所以断定此焊条是假冒的Z308焊条,造成直接经济损失十几万元。从这次事故中,我们提出鉴别Z308焊条真假的方法,现介绍如下。  相似文献

In this work, gas metal arc welding of high strength-low alloy (HSLA) steel with solid- and flux-cored arc welding wires using different shielding gas compositions was performed. The composition of filler wire and shielding gas in gas metal arc welds of HSLA steel determines the inclusion characteristics, microstructure and mechanical properties. Thus, acceptable weld metal properties in HSLA steel using gas metal arc welding (GMAW) process could be achieved with the proper combination of filler wire and shielding gas composition.  相似文献

在分析ZG8Cr26Ni4Mn3NRe钢的焊接性和分离器结构特点的基础上,并依据其使用性能要求,对选用A3NO2专用不锈钢焊条的焊接工艺进行了试验研究,且成功实施了分离器产品的焊接。使用结果证明,焊接性能超过技术指标要求,产品的寿命较原来提高六七倍。同时也表明,分离器的焊接选用A3NO2专用不锈钢焊条是正确的,制订的焊接工艺是合理和可行的。  相似文献

铝合金/钢复合结构以具有重量轻、综合性能高等优势在汽车、航空航天、石油石化、电力、船舶等行业具有广泛的应用前景。但二者之间巨大的理化性能差异,使铝合金/钢板异种金属的焊接仍然存在诸多问题。熔钎焊接工艺是基于母材之间存在的熔点差异,通过精确控制焊接热输入,在确保高熔点母材不熔化的前提下,让低熔点母材和填充金属熔化形成熔焊接头,并与未熔化的高熔点母材形成钎焊连接接头,是适合铝合金/钢复合结构优质高效制备的合适焊接工艺。通过对国内外对铝合金/钢熔钎焊接工艺、接头组织性能调控等方面研究现状的综合评述,讨论了铝合金/钢熔钎焊接技术存在的问题,并对铝合金/钢熔钎焊接技术工程化应用所采取的措施进行阐述。  相似文献

This study concerned laser welding replacing the traditional bolted connection of the ring gear and differential case in the power train of the automobile. Laser welding is necessary to reduce weight and manufacturing cost, since the bolted connection method requires additional parts and space. In the differential gear, however, it is difficult to control the welding processes because cast iron and carburized steel contain high carbon content. To solve these welding problems, laser welding using Ni-base filler metal was used in this work. The results of welding with Ni-base filler metal satisfied the torsional stiffness and durability, but compared to the bolted connection method, noise and hardness problems occurred. Therefore, to solve these problems, penetration depth was decrease from 5mm to 4mm and the carburized layer of the ring gear was cut with 1mm. As well, numerical method was used to evaluate welding deformation, torsional stiffness and fatigue.  相似文献

Metal cladding is a process of depositing a filler material to enhance the surface properties of base material using a suitable welding process. In this work the clad specimens are produced by surfacing a layer of filler material using weld cladding process to minimize the heat loss across the walls of the pressure vessels. It is done by depositing a low thermal conductivity austenitic stainless steel grade of 316L on structural steel plates used for boiler construction using flux cored arc welding process. The experimental study is carried out as per design of experiments availed for five factors five levels central composite design using response surface methodology. The mathematical models are developed for the prediction of clad layer height, clad layer width and depth of penetration. These models are employed in formulating fitness functions for multi-objective optimization of clad layer dimensions using genetic algorithm (GA). The set of optimal solutions suggested by response surface optimizer and genetic algorithm are compared and discussed. Conformity tests are conducted to validate the prediction capability of developed models and optimum settings. Optimum clad layer dimensions have been arrived and optimized stainless steel clad specimen has been produced. The heat transfer analysis is planned to be conducted in the next phase. The findings can be used in energy efficient design of pressure vessels.  相似文献

低焊接裂纹敏感性高强钢NK -HITEN6 10U2具有良好的焊接性和抗裂性 ,焊接该类钢主要是防止产生冷裂纹和热影响区脆化 ,控制线能量是焊接工艺措施中的关键。另外 ,控制焊条熔敷金属扩散氢含量、选择适当的预热温度、焊后及时消氢处理 ,也是防止冷裂纹必不可少的措施。  相似文献

以往SA213--TP347H奥氏体耐热不锈钢焊接时必须进行背面充氩保护以防止焊缝根部氧化烧损,现利用焊接渗透剂增加焊缝熔池渗透力和药皮焊丝自保护作用,采用小参数、小坡口背面免充氩保护手工钨极氩弧焊工艺对其焊接,并对焊接接头作了焊接工艺评定。试验结果表明,新工艺具有焊接工艺简单、焊缝根部无氧化、焊接质量可靠等优点,对简化奥氏体耐热不锈钢的焊接工艺具有重要价值。  相似文献

Laser brazing is applied to the zinc-coated steel plate welding for its superior processing property. The delivery stability of filler metal such as the position of filler wire tip relative to laser focal point centre and the existence time of liquid filler metal are the key technologies in laser brazing. Also, due to the addition of the filler metal, the changeable factors increase in the process of brazing, so matching and optimizing of the processing parameters are important. In this paper, different influencing factors of laser brazing such as wire feeding stability, laser power distribution and galvanized layer, and parameters affecting the laser brazing process including the laser system, base material, filler metal and processing conditions were analysed and tested by experiments. Optimizing parameters were also acquired and used to laser braze lap joint of zinc-coated steel plate. Joint performance and quality were tested by micro-hardness testing, macro-metallographic analysis and SEM analysis. The results proved that laser brazing joints have good intensity and corrosion resistance.  相似文献
