本文介绍了液晶电视的功耗管理技术.在图像正常显示状态时,采用降低液晶屏的图像刷新率、亮度补偿和对比度增强等方法来动态减小背光亮度,并关闭不需要工作的接口电路;在待机状态时,采用关闭液晶屏、背光灯管、所有接口和处理电路等方法,以降低处理器工作频率和内存访问速度.这些方法有效减少了液晶电视的消耗功率. 相似文献

本文提出了一种新的蜂窝移动通信系统信道指配策略——基于紧凑模式的半速率信道借用指配策略(SRCPCB).这种策略将半速率信道的思想引入到新近提出的CPCB策略中,以短时间降低部分呼叫的话音质量为代价,来降低系统的呼叫阻塞.通过各种业务模型的仿真,获得了系统的初始呼叫阻塞率、强制中断率和话音质量下降率等性能指标.结果表明:SRCPCB的系统综合性能优于FCA、DCA、BCO、BDCL、CPDCA和CPCB等策略.这对于缓解系统频谱资源紧缺、改善系统性能等具有十分重要的意义. 相似文献

以GaN为代表的Ⅲ族氮化物在微电子、光电子和传感器等领域均发挥了重要作用.但是由于大尺寸的单晶GaN衬底仍无法实现,目前绝大多数氮化物材料都是通过异质外延的方式来实现,外延材料和异质衬底之间巨大的晶格失配和热失配是导致GaN外延层中位错密度较高的主要原因.侧向生长(ELOG)技术是GaN异质外延中降低位错密度的一种有效方法,总结了该项技术的特点,并对单步ELOG技术、双步ELOG技术、悬空ELOG技术以及无掩膜ELOG技术等多种技术趋势进行了总结.ELOG技术可以有效降低位错密度,但是仍需降低工艺复杂性和减少沾污. 相似文献

A low noise readout architecture for uncooled microbolometer focal plane arrays is described. The on-chip readout circuit
contains an integration circuit in which the bolometer current is directed injected into a capacitor, and exhibits extremely
low noise with no decrease in signal by using an ultra low noise capacitive transimpedance amplifier (CTIA). The simple configuration
of the integration circuit makes it possible to operate more circuits in parallel, and increases the integration time and
number of pixels. A 40 × 30 uncooled microbolometer focal plane array based on the low noise ROIC was implemented on silicon
using a 0.5 μm CMOS technology. The total output noise voltage is 260 μV RMS. A noise at this level is so low that can loosen
required TCR in the bolometer material. Experimental values of voltage responsivities of 3.98 × 105 V/W on average at 1 Hz modulation frequency have been achieved. 相似文献

Uncooled microbolometer thermal infrared detector technology is presently revolutionizing the infrared technology field. Essential improvement of the cost/performance ratio would be achieved by microbolometer arrays with higher sensitivity, since this allows the use of simpler and less costly camera optics, which implies a lower cost of the complete IR camera. The sensitivity of the microbolometers depends critically on the signal-to-noise ratio of the integrated thermistor material, which is set by its temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) and noise characteristics.In this work we have investigated the use of epitaxial silicon-germanium/silicon (SiGe/Si) quantum well (QW) structures as a thermistor material. Si0.68Ge0.32/Si QW structures typically give a TCR of 3.0%/K and low noise values. A calculation of the noise equivalent temperature NETD of a bolometer gives 25 mK using the following assumptions: f-number = 1, 30 Hz video frame rate for a 640 × 480 array, with a pixel size 25 × 25 μm.Higher TCR values are foreseen for SiGe/Si quantum dot structures, and the noise is expected to be similar to the QW based structures. 相似文献

A composite microbolometer has been constructed for possible use as a broadband submillimeter radiation detector. Theory, fabrication, and measurement of these devices are discussed, and a finite element thermal model is introduced. The devices utilize nichrome load elements which can be impedance-matched to a planar antenna. The load elements are thermally coupled to tellurium detectors. Room temperature responsivities of 120 V/W and noise equivalent powers (NEPs) as low as 6.7×10-9 W/√Hz were achieved. Performance appears to be limited by 1/f noise in the Te detector 相似文献
