Conclusions We worked out the main specifications for the manufacture of lightweight forsterite by the combustible additive methodLightweight forsterite may be used in the working lining at 1500–1550° without suffering mechanical effect or the effect of melted metal or slag; it may be used at the same temperature for intermediate heat insulation at the contact point between magnesite, magnesite-chrome and chrome-magnesite brick. Conclusions An increase in water content from 58 to 60% with a simultaneous increase in the apparent density of the foamed body up to 0.55–0.57 g/cm3 achieves a fluidity which ensures easy and perfect filling of the molds. Conclusions The Chasov Yar Refractory Products Combine, together with the Khar'kov Polytechnical Institute, manufactured a large industrial batch of blast-furnace brick with addition of surface-active substances to the mixture. A hot plate technique is used to study the ignition probability of granulated ammonium nitrate mixed with combustible additives: I-50 oil, carbon black, and polyethylene. If the additive content is 5% or more, mixtures in a 140 mm diameter charge ignite and burn stably at normal pressure. Conclusions Rice husks are an effective combustible additive for making lightweight refractories. The first products obtained in Soviet industry using rice husks were BL-1.0 and BL-1.3 lightweights corresponding to GOST 5040-58. It is of interest to consider making industrial products from clays and ash. Although the bulk density is somewhat higher than that specified by GOST for BL-1.3 goods, in their heat conductivity they correspond to class BL-1.0. The compressive strength is 220 kg/cm2, the RUL is 1320°C. This makes them effective for lining heating units.  相似文献

在电熔镁铬砂的质量分数分别为50%(3~1mm)、13%(≤1mm)和37%(≤0.088mm)的镁铬砖基础配方中,分别外加2%的纯氧化铬、α-Al2O3、氧化锆、锐钛矿、α-Al2O3(1%) 锐钛矿(1%),以3%亚硫酸纸浆废液(外加)为结合剂,混匀后在200MPa压力下成型为50mm×50mm的圆柱试样和中心有20mm×20mm孔洞的坩埚试样,110℃干燥箱中烘6h后,在高温隧道窑中于1800℃保温3h烧成。检测烧后试样的显气孔率,并用XRD分析试样的物相组成,用光学显微镜分析1640℃保温4h静态渣侵试验后试样的显微结构。结果表明:各种添加物的加入使镁铬砖的抗渣性和抗热震性都有所提高。添加物提高镁铬砖抗渣性的顺序为:α-Al2O3 锐钛矿>α-Al2O3>氧化铬>锐钛矿>氧化锆;添加物在提高镁铬砖抗热震性上的顺序为:α-Al2O3 锐钛矿>α-Al2O3>氧化锆>锐钛矿>氧化铬,其中α-Al2O3 锐钛矿复合添加物不但使镁铬砖具有较强的抗渣性,而且抗热震性也同步提高,是提高镁铬砖性能的理想添加物。  相似文献

Conclusions The optimum technological parameters and charge arrangements were determined for the production of standard-size and large irregular-shape lightweight Dinas bricks for the heat insulation of the hightemperature zones of the regenerators of blast furnaces of a capacity of 5000 m3.The large irregular-shape lightweight bricks are in production in Section No. 2 of the Pervoural'sk Dinas Plant for the Krivoi Rog Metallurgical Plant.The physicochemical properties of the bricks meet the requirements of GOST 5040-68 for brick of apparent density 1.2 g/cm3.Translated from Ogneupory, No. 3, pp. 7–14, March, 1976.  相似文献

以电熔镁砂和烧结镁铝尖晶石为原料 ,以TiO2 、ZrO2 、Al2 O3 和Fe2 O3 组成复合添加剂进行正交实验 ,测定了试样的体积密度和耐压强度 ,对实验数据进行了正交直观分析 ,并对试样进行了XRD分析和SEM分析。结果发现 :添加剂影响耐压强度的顺序为TiO2 >ZrO2 >Fe2 O3 >Al2 O3 ;试样的主晶相为方镁石 ,次晶相为尖晶石 ,同时还有少量玻璃相 ;试样的大小颗粒均与基质结合紧密 ,基质中有脱溶晶相 ,此晶相发育良好。  相似文献
