本文探讨了由天然锆英砂经氧化分解后再与着色剂、矿化剂混合煅烧制备锆钒兰陶瓷颜料的工艺和工艺参数的选择。并将所研制的颜料与用二氧化构造锆、二氧化硅合成的锆钒兰颜料进行对比,比较二者在釉中的发色能力。结果表明,由天然锆英砂制备的锆钒兰颜料在釉中的发色能力强且稳定性好,呈现兰色较纯正,具有实用价值。 相似文献

利用预烧法制备出了主反射波长在535nm的ZrO2-SiO2-V2O5绿色颜料,并用XRD和UV-V光谱对样品进行了表征。结果显示硅酸锆是所制备颜料的主晶相,其结晶越完整,颜料的色度越好;V2O5是该颜料生成反应的矿化剂,其加入极大的降低了硅酸锆的生成温度,原因在于该反应进行的主要途径是液相反应。 相似文献

The effect of milling and percentage dissociation of plasma dissociated zircon (PDZ) on the colour of Pr-yellow and V-blue zircon pigments were investigated. A solid-state reaction process was used to produce zircon pigments and the Pr-yellow and V-blue pigments were calcined at 1050 and 950 °C, respectively in a conventional muffle furnace. Using pre-milled PDZ material, prior to the calcining process, the influence on the colour intensity of the pigments after application on a ceramic tile were compared to that of a PDZ material with no prior pre-milling before the calcination stage. Pr-yellow and V-blue zircon pigments produced from PDZ with different percentages dissociation, were also evaluated in this study. The different percentages dissociation of the PDZ material was achieved by only changing the zircon feed rate through a non-transfer arc plasma system, keeping all the other plasma parameters constant.The colour of the pigment samples was characterized on the grounds of the Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage (CIE) standard procedure (CIE L* a* b* measurements) after application on a bisque ceramic tile. 相似文献

Zirconium silicate (zircon) pigments in new gray hues have been prepared from mineral zircon as a low-cost raw material. In the first step this material was deocmposed with a waste mixture of NaOH-KOH. In the second step the pigments were synthesized with addition of manganese, especially manganese(II) carbonate, as the chromophore. It is of particular significance to unveil the authentic coloration mechanism of the multivalent praseodymium colored ZrSiO4 yellow pigments for advanced decoration applications. We herein adopted a facile strategy to modulate the fluorine-assisted zircon crystallization and thereby obtained ultrafine Pr-ZrSiO4 yellow pigments, which have a remarkably narrow size distribution and average diameters within 250–400 nm. By virtue of some cogent combinative spectra of reflection, absorption, excitation, and emission from three types of elaborately-designed H2-, air-, and O2-based pigments, the coloration mechanism for the Pr-colored zircon was systematically unveiled: both Pr4+ and Pr3+ coexist invariably in the pigments, while the former contributes primarily to the ligand-to-metal charge transfer from O2p to Pr(IV)4f for the blue–violet absorption to generate the yellow hue, and the latter is inclined to discolor the pigments. Therefore, an oxidizing atmosphere is preferable to produce brilliant Pr-ZrSiO4 pigments with enhanced chromatic properties. The stark spectroscopic distinctions between the wide-band absorption from the nonluminescent tetravalency and the narrow-band absorption from the luminescent trivalency can expand our understanding to the rare-earth-based inorganic pigments. 相似文献

Recently, the traditional ceramic industry has demonstrated increased interest in obtaining inclusion pigments to stabilize unstable chromophores, such as hematite or cadmium sulfoselenide, at firing temperature and in studying the actions of molten glasses. This present work focuses on a new method for synthesizing hematite–zircon inclusion pigments from an unconventional mixture of precursors. For this purpose, a glassy composition that belongs to the LiO2 –ZrO2 –SiO2 system and that crystallizes into zircon during the calcination step has been chosen. 相似文献

标志法用来研究钒-硅酸锆蓝色颜料形成过程中的离子移动问题,借此了解该颜料的生成机理。结果表明Si^4 和Zr^4 中Si^4 是唯一可以移动的离子;NaF的加入有利于SiO2的玻璃化,因而对硅离子的迁移有一定贡献,但其移动更依赖于NaF和NH4VO3反应所形成的液相。此外,ZrO2的溶解也是硅酸锆生成的一个限制因素。 相似文献

Glass coatings on ceramics or metals are microcomposite materials, consisting of granular oxide phases as pigments and small bubbles that are distributed in glass. Knowledge of dilatation and viscosity versus temperature is essential for applications and simulation methods are necessary. However, the significance of the models depends on the specificity of the compositions and microstructure of glass-containing pigments.
In this study, the viscosity and dilatation of glass coatings were characterized by dilatometry and the sessile drop method. The results show how the physical properties vary with the quantity of zircon grains and bubbles. Simulations with calculation methods for bulk glasses show discrepancies with the experiments, which are caused by the presence of zircon grains and bubbles. We provide evidence that improved models can be obtained by adding equations describing the behavior of glasses containing rigid inclusions and bubbles. The resulting methods provide the opportunity to discover new composition areas of glass coatings having predefined combinations of properties. 相似文献
