A passive (power-less), non-contact macro-scale piezoelectric bimorph DC current sensor to satisfy the increasing needs of DC power supply for monitoring the electricity consumption by either one-wire or two-wire appliance cord was proposed at our laboratory previously. In present study however, a MEMS-scale piezoelectric single-side DC current sensor, comprised of five parallel PZT plates, was further proposed and micro-fabricated for preliminarily examination. A micro magnet was fixed by manipulator onto the PZT cantilever tip to the theoretically pinpointed position of the center plate. Different from the results of the macro-scale piezoelectric bimorph DC current sensor, impulsive piezoelectric output voltages accompanying with a gradual decrease in decay were detected when the applied DC electric current was varied from 0.5 to 2.5 A. A linear relationship between the detected peak value of the impulse output voltage and the applied DC electric current was also obtained but with a higher slope compared to the result of the macro-scale piezoelectric bimorph DC current sensor. 相似文献

建立了数字控制DC/DC开关电源闭环系统的s域小信号模型,采用数字重设计法针对给定的系统参数设计了数字补偿器。应用SISO Design Tool仿真平台,在伯德图分析和根轨迹法的基础上设计了连续域的模拟补偿器,并进行了离散化处理。在建立系统s域模型时引入了模数转换器和数字脉宽调制发生器产生的延迟效应,使补偿器的设计考虑了采样速率对系统的影响,改善了传统离散设计的误差。基于数字重设计法构建的数字补偿器实现了对脉宽调制信号的可编程精确控制,保证了变换器闭环工作良好的动态特性。仿真实验结果验证了所设计的数字补偿器的性能。 相似文献

提出了一种利用激光远距离激励荧光粉发光为无线传感器网络供能的方法,解决了在环境能源缺乏时传感器网络的供能问题。对激光主动供能发射光场的分布特性进行了分析,提出了能够提高激光利用率的双面荧光靶光学结构,并设计了一种在激光主动供能方式下驱动传感器节点的高效率低功耗的能量管理电路。利用3 W,473 nm激光器搭建了激光主动供能系统,实验结果表明:利用该供能系统能得到空间角为4π/3的均匀出射光场,其平均能量密度约13μW/cm2;集成有能量管理电路的无线节点在该系统中每15 min工作一次。 相似文献

为了解决传统DC-DC变换器存在的能量损耗大、效率低、输出纹波大等问题,以LM5117芯片和CSD 18532KCS MOS场效应管为核心器件,实现了16 V到5 V的直流电压降压转换。文中先通过对比各种降压型直流开关稳压电源的转换机理,确定了基于LM5117芯片的Buck变换器设计方案;接着详细阐述了电路设计中降压变换与稳压控制的方法,针对LM5117芯片外围关键的元件参数,给出了计算公式与参考数据,同时对于传统的电流采样与斜波补偿电路进行了改进;最后,经过实验验证,该设计的降压型直流开关电路负载调整率为3%,电压调整率为0.5%,效率达到87%,并且输出纹波得到较好的抑制,达到了预期设计的效果。 相似文献

为了实时监测电动汽车动力电池状态和故障情况,提高电动汽车运行的安全性,设计并实现了一种基于Android的电动汽车动力电池状态远程监测系统。该系统在车载端实时采集电池状态测量信息和位置信息,并将信息利用GSM/GPRS通信模块定时传送给远程监测中心;远程监测中心对上传的信息进行接收、存储和分析,实现对电动汽车运行状态的实时监测,对电池性能做出分析评价;同时开发了一款手机APP,利用HTTP协议实现与监测中心的Web服务器的通信,实现对电动汽车运行状态的实时监测。通过实验测试,本系统设计合理、运行稳定,具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

This paper proposes a novel controllable inductive power filtering (CIPF) method to solve the power quality issues existed in the industrial DC power supply system. This method is based on the theory of magnetic potential balance and combined with the hybrid active filtering technology. First, the system topology and wiring scheme are presented, and the equivalent circuit and mathematical models of the filtering system are established. Then, to achieve a better filtering performance, a modified control strategy is designed. The technical features, such as harmonic suppression nearby the nonlinear load and resonance damping, are revealed by means of mechanism analysis. Furthermore, the system stability is discussed based on the Nyquist stability criterion. Finally, both the simulation model and the laboratory platform of the filtering system are established. The research results validate the theoretical analysis, and indicate that the proposed CIPF method with a suitable control coefficient can effectively eliminate the harmonics flowing through the transformer, and improve the operational efficiency of the rectifier system. 相似文献
