引进Corex工艺需要注意的若干问题

使用大量非焦煤、大量氧气及输出大量煤气生产铁水是Ｃｏｒｅｘ工艺的主要特点。引进该工艺时应对其原燃料消耗、产品质量、设备寿命、输出煤气的应用以及投资和成本等问题予以重视。用输出煤气生产直接还原铁在技术上是可行的，但要注意两个工艺的连接，如ＣＯ２脱除量和脱３除方法的选择，加热过程中的析碳以及竖炉还原过程的渗碳等技术关键。在竖炉还原工艺上推荐ＨＹＬⅢ工艺。     

世界第4套Corex设备投产

建于南非Ｓａｌｄａｎｈａ钢铁公司的Ｃｏｒｅｘ２０００设备已正式投产。该设备是由奥钢联提供技术和建设的，也是世界上首次将Ｃｏｒｅｘ设备与直接还原设备相连。ＣＯＲＥＸ工艺生产的铁水用于生产优质热轧板卷，副产炉渣可供水泥厂作原料。污泥在制粒工厂处理，根据奥钢联开发的最新技术，也将销售给水泥工业。直接还原设备利用Ｃｏｒｅｘ装备产生的煤气生产直接还原铁。今年四月直接还原设备投产，它利用了Ｃｏｒｅｘ装备产生的大约９０％的煤气，剩余的煤气用于该厂的生产加热和干燥之用。迄今为止，竖炉直接还原的主要能源仍是天然…     

COREX竖炉还原热模拟研究

介绍了由煤气发生炉，煤气加热炉和还原竖炉组成的Ｃｏｒｅｘ竖炉还原热模拟装置，用木炭或用原煤加少量木炭的为原料，Ｏ２和ＣＯ２为气化剂，产生还原煤气，将铁矿石还原成金属率达９０％以上的海绵铁的过程。描述了不过程中竖炉内的温度分布，熔剂分解和不同炉料结构时的海绵铁粒度组成和金属化率等试验情况，讨论了还原煤气的成分，温度，流量，还原时间以及炉料结构等对海绵铁金属化率的影响。     

CDR300型复合炉工艺方案构思

ＣＤＲ３００型复合炉工艺方案构思,将ＣＯＲＥＸ炉与直接还原竖炉并联在同一框架内。熔融气化炉生产的分部高温还原气（１０５０℃）与脱除ＣＯ２（加热到４００℃）的部分预还原炉炉顶气混合成８００℃￣８５０℃左右的还原气,一部分用作ＣＯＲＥＸ预还原的还原气,另一部分用作直接还原竖炉的还原气。该工艺可同时得到年产热铁水２０成ｔ及直接还原铁１２万ｔ两种产品。     

等离子对CO2—O2煤气化工艺中产生尾气的影响

在用ＣＯ２－Ｏ２煤气工艺中，以分批生产的方法。利用一个固定的气化床，研究了等离子对尾气成分及温度的影响，还研究了下列数据变化时的情况，即煤的等级，输入气的ＣＯ２／Ｏ２比，煤床的深度以及电的输入方式（单相和三相输入）结果表明等离子的能够增加尾气的温度，提高它的还原性能（例如增加了Ｈ２，ＣＯ的含量）等离子处理过后如可能进行脱硫处理，则尾气能够作为还原剂用于直接还原工艺。     

国外熔融还原流程及其技术经济分析

本文将在已有资料的基础上对Ｃｏｒｅｘ法和ПКＢ法作一尽可能枚的技术经济分析。Ｃｏｒｅｘ法的矿石预还原率大于９０５，煤气的二次燃烧率极低；而ПКＢ法的矿石预还原率为０，煤气的二次燃烧率达－６０％。在熔融还原流程中，它们是两种极端的情况。深入分析这两个流程对于了解煤气二次燃烧率在０－６０％（或矿石预还原率０－９０％）范围内的其它流程将是有益的。     

CO还原气制备过程中的色谱分析

为制订铁矿石（烧结矿，球团矿）冶金性能检测方法的三项国家标准，在检测中需发生和配制ＣＯ还原气（即高炉煤气模拟气体），以供使用。本试验在整个气体发生（含木炭干馏），配制，净化过程中，都采用了气相色谱进行分析，以控制合理的工艺条件，分析的主要成份是ＣＯ，Ｎ２，ＣＨ４，Ｏ２，Ｈ２等。     

还原煤气中CO,CO2和H2含量之间关系的推导

建立了空气－煤炭法发生还原煤气的化学反应表达式。推导出了还原煤气中ＣＯ、ＣＯ２和Ｈ２含量之间的关系式。此关系式可以用来判断还原煤气成分分析结果的可靠性。     

Corex炼铁法的现状及发展前景

叙述Ｃｏｒｅｘ炼铁法的发展现状，存在问题及前景，并对Ｃｏｒｅｘ工艺与传统的高炉工艺，全氧高炉工艺（ＦＯＢＦ）及平衡氧高炉工艺（ＢＯＢＦ）进行了技术经济评价。     

关于熔融还原最佳还原度计算公式的讨论

本文根据质量平衡推导出熔融还原最佳还原计算公式，计算了熔融还原在最佳还原度时碳耗，产生的ＣＯ量和煤气的利用率，并与Ｆ．Ｏｅｔｅｒｓ教授的计算结果进行了比较。
