针对传统磺化酞菁钴或聚酞菁钴存在的催化活性低、碱溶性差、容易发生液膜装置过滤器堵塞的缺点,通过对市场上不同催化剂的对比试用,筛选出了性能优良的W803新型双核酞菁钴磺酸盐脱硫催化剂。工业应用结果表明该催化剂具有催化氧化活性高、碱溶性好,使用过程中不易堵塞过滤器等优点,具有较好的工业应用价值。 相似文献

以Co2 -Nitroso -Rsalt(亚硝基红盐 )为显色体系 ,用分光光度法测定FKH - 0 1汽油无液碱脱臭催化剂中的微量钴。考察了样品灼烧条件和测定条件。在 80 0℃将样品灼烧 1h以上 ,用HCl溶液溶解灼烧后的COO。在 5 30nm波长处的吸收系数ε =1.0 3× 10 2 L/(mol·cm) ,线性范围为 0~ 0 .0 5mg/mL。测定结果与Co2 - 5 -Br-PADAP分光光度法一致。t检验表明 ,两种方法所得结果无显著差异。本方法简便 ,灵敏度高 ,准确度好 相似文献

在传统生产工艺方法的基础上,利用干融法合成了四磺酸酞菁钴(CoPc)。比较详细地探讨了反应原料配比、反应温度、升温速率等条件对合成产物的影响,同时对产物的精制方法进行了改进。结果表明:利用该生产工艺方法合成四磺酸酞菁钴,收率可达90%—92%,生产时间大大缩短,并可降低劳动强度。 相似文献

以偏酐、均酐、尿素、六水合氯化钴为原料,钼酸铵为催化剂,室温离子液体BPBF4为溶剂合成了六酰胺基双核酞菁钴(CoBPcN6),采用正交实验对影响六酰胺基双核酞菁钴收率的主要因素进行了考察,结果表明,BPBF460 mL,n(均酐)/n(尿素)=50,反应温度200℃,反应时间2 h为最佳条件。将CoBPcN6进一步在碱性条件下水解得六羧基双核酞菁钴,并通过IR、UV-Vis、1HNMR、元素分析等进行了表征。与常规液相法相比,使用室温离子液体为溶剂,不仅避免了使用传统有机溶剂所造成的环境污染,且重复利用性好。 相似文献

采用荧光分光光度法和Zeta电位法考察了系列Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)的复配效果。结果表明,Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂疏水链和连接基越长,cmc越小,且疏水链长度对表面活性剂性能的影响较大;Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂的加入可显著提高阴离子表面活性剂SDBS和SDS的表面活性,当Gemini双季铵盐表面活性剂与SDBS或SDS的摩尔比为3:7时,复配体系的cmc最小,且与SDS复配体系的性能优于与SDBS的复配体系。 相似文献

Cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) films were deposited on the surface of a screen-printed carbon electrode using a simple drop coating method. The cyclic voltammogram of the resulting CoPc modified screen-printed electrode (CoPc/SPE) prepared under optimum conditions shows a well-behaved redox couple due to the (Co(I)/Co(II)) system. The CoPc/SPE surface demonstrates excellent electrochemical activity towards the oxidation of sulfur in a 0.01 mol·L(-1) NaOH. A linear calibration curve with the detection limit (D(L), S/N = 3) of 0.325 mg·L(-1) was achieved by CoPc/SPE coupled with flow injection analysis of the sulfur concentration ranging from 4 to 1120 mg·L(-1). The precision of the system response was evaluated (3.60% and 3.52% RSD for 12 repeated injections), in the range of 64 and 480 mg·L(-1) sulfur. The applicability of the method was successfully demonstrated in a real sample analysis of sulfur in anti-acne creams, and good recovery was obtained. The CoPc/SPE displayed several advantages in sulfur determination including easy fabrication, high stability, and low cost. 相似文献

FCC gasoline obtained from an Indian refinery was analyzed for its quality improvement through catalytic processes. The analysis indicated the presence of high amount of sulfur, olefin and iso-paraffins in the feed that are not suitable for processing through the hydro treatment or hydro-isomerization. Detailed studies indicated that majority of iso-paraffinic and olefinic compounds in the feed boil below 60 °C. The entire range of gasoline is fractionated into light fraction (IBP-60 °C) and heavy fraction (60 °C-FBP). Heavy hydrocarbon fraction exhibited more aromatics and sulfur with comparatively low olefins and iso-paraffins. HDS followed by hydro-isomerization of the heavier fraction resulted in the formation of C6-C9 iso-paraffins through the saturation of olefins and aromatics. Overall, the processed FCC gasoline exhibited more iso-paraffins with low olefins, low aromatics and sulfur, without any loss in octane number. 相似文献

An aerobic oxidative removal of mercaptans from gasoline in the absence of liquid base has been demonstrated for gasoline sweetening over CuZnAl catalyst. This process could proceed at large WHSV of gasoline (50–70 h?1) with >95% mercaptan conversion at 150°C (or 300°C) using an O2/S molar ratio of 20–40. At 150°C, dimerization of mercaptans occurred dominantly to form their disulfides. At 300°C, deep oxidation of the mercaptans to SO2 was the dominant process in the first tens of hours, but it decreased then with prolonged time on stream and meanwhile the dimerization increased. The spent catalyst could be restored to its fresh activity level only through a calcination treatment in air. In this study, three tetrabutyl ammonium chloride (TBAC)-based deep eutectic solvents (DESs) were synthesised and used for desulfurising model and real gasolines. Extraction efficiencies of different DESs followed the order of TBAC/ethylene glycol > TBAC/glycerol > TBAC/malonic acid. After five extraction cycles, the extraction efficiencies of TBAC/ethylene glycol, TBAC/glycerol and TBAC/malonic acid reached 99.5, 99.3 and 99.2%, respectively. Additionally, the structures of original and recycled DESs were analysed and the results showed that DESs maintained their original structures after regeneration. Finally, the desulfurisation performance of DESs for real gasoline was also investigated. This work will provide new green extractants for gasoline desulfurisation. 相似文献
