Linear elastic fracture mechanics was used to optimize the vacuum heat treatment procedures for conventional hot-work AISI H11 tool steel. The fracture toughness was determined with nonstandard, circumferentially notched and fatigue-precracked tensile test specimens. The fracture testing method is sensitive to changes caused by variations in the microstructure resulting from the austenitizing and tempering temperatures as well as the homogeneity of the material itself. The combined tempering diagram — Rockwell-C hardness, fracture toughness K1c, tempering temperature — was used for the choice of the vacuum heat treatment parameters necessary to obtain the best properties for a given application with respect to the investigated steel. 相似文献

深部地质钻探过程中,复杂的井下工况对钻具的钻探性能以及可靠性提出了苛刻的要求。钻具钢体表面涂覆具有耐磨耐蚀性的非晶涂层可以有效提高其服役寿命。其中Fe基非晶合金涂层因其优异的耐腐蚀抗磨损性能、较强的非晶形成能力等优势,具有重要的应用价值和较好的经济效益。本文通过大气等离子喷涂技术(Air Plasma Spray, APS)在35CrMo基体上制备得到成分为Fe48Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2 (at.%)的非晶合金涂层,并对其进行不同温度的真空热处理,探究了不同温度热处理对涂层基本性能和磨损失效机制的影响。结果表明:涂层经过真空热处理之后,生成的大量硬质相和成分均匀化使得涂层抗磨损性能提高;且随着热处理温度的提高,涂层磨损率逐渐减小。与未经热处理和750 ℃热处理的涂层相比,经过850 ℃热处理之后的涂层具有最佳的抗磨损性能,磨损率仅为未经热处理的Fe基非晶涂层的16.7%。热处理前后涂层的失效机制均为粘着磨损、磨粒磨损、疲劳磨损和氧化磨损。 相似文献

A well controlled apparatus was used to obtain new data for constant pressure cake formation in a batch leaf filter which could be fitted with electrode type sensing probes. For aqueous suspensions of calcite and talc, the influence of the intrusive electrodes on cake formation was quantified with respect to filtration parameters. As the electrode length and diameter were altered such that the projected cross-sectional area occupied up to 2.6% of the filter area, the average specific cake resistance (as determined by classical filtration theory) was observed to increase by up to 49% and the average cake porosity decreased by up to 21 %. When the electrodes were small relative to the dimensions of the filter cell, their influence on macroscopic cake properties was low. The additional information which electrical resistance measurements provide is discussed in relation to the results and observations by previous researchers and the benefits to filter test analysis and batch filter calculations are highlighted. For moderately compressible cake filtrations it is postulated that the incorrect assessment of cake porosity can typically account for an ∼12 % error in scale-up calculations for batch filters. 相似文献

分析了我国潮式喷射混凝土喷射工艺和湿喷工艺的现状。针对我国煤矿潮式喷射混凝土支护存在的问题,提出了采用喷洒化学抑尘剂水溶液的方法强力抑制上料处粉尘和呼吸性粉尘;采用密封性能改进的喷射机加强尘源控制;采用轻便、高效捕尘器捕捉大颗粒粉尘和辅助除尘的技术改造方案。介绍了采用挤压泵喂料、压缩空气输送相结合的原理而研制成功的PS4J型湿式混凝土喷射机的原理、性能和设计特点,以及JD190-Ⅱ型单轴卧式混凝土搅拌机的性能和结构特点。 相似文献

A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) based model of a submerged arc furnace for the production of phosphorus was developed. The model was constructed to investigate the influence of changing operating conditions on energy distribution within the burden and reaction characteristics such as the position of the solid–gas reaction zone. Two user-developed models generate a volumetric distribution of the mass sources and energy sinks within the packed bed region. Boundary conditions, initial values and material specifications are provided by industrial measurements, laboratory experiments and a combination of empirical and thermodynamical data.
