This paper explores implications of previous work which suggested that pulp refining is achieved by a small number of impacts.As a consequence,the purpose of multiple bar crossings in refiners is to expose many fibres to a few effective cycles,not to impose many cycles on each fibre.Based on this postulate,tensile strength increase was found to be well described by a cumulative probability equation having two parameters:(a) number of bar crossings and(b) probability of a successful refining outcome at each crossing.In this paper,this concept further with additional refiner data was explored and the link between the probability term and measurable refiner variables was examined.By proposing the possibility,these two parameters may be a desirable alternative to specific energy and specific edge load for characterizing refining action. 相似文献

Straight- and curved-bar refining plates are two important types of plates commonly used in disc refiners in the papermaking industry. Theoretically, the curved-bar refining plate has a relatively uniform bar interaction angle, which indicates uniform refining effects. The bar angle of the curved bar was proposed and two typical curved-bar plates, the three-stage radial curved-bar plate and isometric curved-bar plate, were designed in this paper. The arc equations of the curved-bar center line and curved-bar edges were established and finally, the specific edge load (SEL) of the curved-bar plate was derived. The determination of bar parameters was discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of curved-bar plates. 相似文献

盘磨机是目前广泛使用的磨浆和打浆设备,磨盘(或磨片)是盘磨机的核心部件,虽然盘磨机磨浆(或打浆)技术已经比较成熟,但仍存在着功耗大、磨片使用寿命较短等问题。盘磨机的功耗、打浆质量、磨片使用寿命等均与磨片设计有密切关系。本文从盘磨机的功率消耗的计算、磨浆或打浆机理研究、磨片齿形设计理论和方法、磨片的材料选择与使用寿命四个方面介绍了盘磨机磨片设计理论与方法的研究进展与应用现状,并且进行了分析与展望。本文的工作对于盘磨机设计、研究、应用和性能改善等具有重要的意义。 相似文献

采用工程化试验设备探讨了磨浆浓度对蔗芒混合亚硫酸盐漂白浆磨浆后成浆性质的影响。试验结果表明,随着磨浆浓度的增加,成浆的保水值增加,纤维的切断减少,纤维的内外细纤维化改善,成浆的物理强度性能增强,适宜的磨浆浓度为10%左右。 相似文献

利用高浓盘磨将一段高浓磨后游离度为710 mL的化机浆磨至游离度为600 mL,研究了两种不同游离度的浆料对后续选择性磨浆的影响。结果表明,在本实验条件下,利用选择性磨浆,与对比浆相比,当半成品化机浆游离度为710 mL时,可使化机浆生产过程的能耗降低13.1%,此时松厚度和撕裂指数分别提高11.6%和1.7%,但抗张指数和内结合强度分别降低10.5%和16.8%;当半成品化机浆游离度为600 mL时,能耗降低2.9%,此时松厚度提高4.7%,撕裂强度相当,但抗张指数和内结合强度分别降低4.2%和12.4%;一段高浓磨出浆游离度对实施化机浆的选择性磨浆具有明显影响,与一段高浓磨后浆游离度600 mL相比,出浆游离度710 mL时,磨浆能耗降低10.6%,松厚度和撕裂指数分别提高6.7%和1.9%,抗张指数和内结合强度分别降低6.6%和4.9%。 相似文献

A process of physical refining wheat germ oil using the technique of molecular distillation (MD) is presented in this work. Wheat germ oil was obtained from the germ by solvent extraction using hexane and also by cold pressing. The oil extracted with hexane was degummed and bleached before deacidification in order to modify the parameters of phosphorus and color. The goal in carrying out the stage of physical refining by MD was to preserve the maximum amount of original antioxidative potential obtained from extraction of the crude oil. The effect of evaporation temperature of one‐stage MD on the efficiency of free fatty acid elimination was studied. The antioxidant portion was followed by means of analytic determination of tocopherols by high‐performance liquid chromatography. Tocopherol retention up to 98% was achieved in the oil extracted by pressing, and yields of up to 96% were achieved in the oil extracted with hexane.
