The electrical conductivity (d.c. and 35 GHz) and thermopower of Fex[Pt(C2O4)2]·6H2O, FeOP, are presented and compared with those of other partially oxidized bis(oxalato)platinate salts of divalent cations. At room temperature FeOP is metallic with a conuctivity of 6 S cm−1 and a thermopower of 15 μV/K. Below room temperature there is a structural transition, which has little influence on transport properties. Below 160 K FeOP is a semiconductor with an activation energy of 55 meV.  相似文献

Magnetoresistance oscillations of the quasi-two dimensional charge transfer salt β″-(ET)4(H3O)[Fe(C2O4)3]·C6H4Cl2 are investigated in pulsed magnetic fields of up to 55 T, under an applied pressure of 0.5 GPa. As it is the case at ambient pressure, data are in agreement with the coexistence of a Shubnikov–de Haas orbit and a quantum interference path with the same cross section. As a result, oscillations are observed at temperatures as high as 25 K.  相似文献

Results are presented for electrical conductivity measurements in two orthogonal directions in the molecular conductor Cs0.82[Pd(S2C2(CN)2)2·0.5H2O. The conduction band in this complex is believed to be via overlap of π orbitals based on the dithiolate ligands. The electrical conductivity measurements were made using the Montgomery analysis technique which compensates for the geometric shape of the crystal. Electrical conduction was found to be typically 11.0−1 cm−1 along the crystal (a axis) and l.0Ω−1 cm"1 across the crystal (c axis). These measurements therefore give an anisotropy of around 11. The conductivity was recorded between 300 and 90 K.  相似文献

An investigation into the variation of the intensity of the satellite reflections with temperature in Zn0.81[Pt(C2O4)2]·6H2O is reported. The first appearance of satellites corresponds to a big fall in conductivity and a large change in the thermopower, even though the intensity of the satellites is quite weak. The phase transition from Cccm to Pccn space group results in the appearance of new satellites and further large changes in both conductivity and thermopower.  相似文献

目的研究硝酸锌、钼酸钠及三聚磷酸钠之间的协同缓蚀作用机理,使其在性能上实现互补。方法以酸性高锰酸钾溶液为基础,通过极化曲线和失重法实验,研究3种缓蚀剂对1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢的协同缓蚀作用。结果硝酸锌和三聚磷酸钠以抑制不锈钢的阴极反应为主,钼酸钠则主要抑制不锈钢的阳极反应。硝酸锌与钼酸钠表现出明显的拮抗作用,导致缓蚀效果变差。只有当三聚磷酸钠加入后,三者之间才表现出了良好的协同作用,使总的缓蚀性能达到最优,复配后的缓蚀效率可以达到90%以上。结论硝酸锌、钼酸钠及三聚磷酸钠之间存在良好的协同缓蚀作用,可以明显降低1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在酸性高锰酸钾溶液中腐蚀速率,从而延长设备的使用寿命。  相似文献

Pure and single-phase nanoparticles of perovskite-type LaCoO3 were prepared via microwave-assisted solid-state decomposition of La[Co(CN)6]·5H2O precursor in the presence of CuO powder as a strong microwave absorber within a very short reaction time of 10 min. Product was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Raman spectroscopy, UV–visible spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and surface area measurement. The method is simple, fast and energy efficient and resulted in fine particles (10–30 nm) with high specific surface area and narrow size distribution. This hybrid microwave heating route is promising for the synthesis of other mixed oxide and related compounds.  相似文献

A new radical cation (ET)5[Dy(NCS)6NO3]·C2H5OH salt was prepared by electrochemical oxidation of ET in a chlorobenzene–ethanol solution. Its crystal structure and conducting properties were examined. The salt has a layered crystal structure with a basically new packing type of the radical cation layer, which was called an ω-type. Resistance studies reveal a semiconducting nature of this salt.  相似文献
