建立ICP-MS(电感耦合等离子体质谱)法测定右雷佐生原料药中16个元素杂质含量,并对所建立的方法进行方法学验证。验证结果表明,16个元素标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999;加样回收率在93.0%~104.8%,RSD在0.9%~4.5%;重复性试验RSD为0.3%~3.4%(n=6);进样精密度试验RSD在0.6%~2.1%;在24 h内对照品溶液中16个元素测得浓度与0 h比值均在95.4%~103.8%范围内。均满足《美国药典》233元素杂质-检查法要求。样品中各元素杂质含量远小于其限度值。该方法准确、稳定,适用于右雷佐生原料药中16种杂质元素含量的测定。 相似文献

在石英管固定床反应器中对神木烟煤进行热解实验,研究了热解温度对煤热解产物分布和C, H, O, N, S元素在热解产物中分配的影响. 结果表明,在500?900℃范围内,随热解温度升高,半焦产率下降,气体产率增大,焦油产率先增大后降低,600℃时达最大值9.2%(ω);半焦中C, H, O和N元素迁入量下降,S元素迁入量先降低后略有增大,在700℃时达最小值67.0%;热解气中C, H, O元素迁入量增大,N元素和S元素迁入量先增大后减小,分别在800和600℃时达最大值28.8%和27.9%;焦油中C, H, O元素迁入量先增大后降低,均在600℃时分别达最大值9.3%, 14.0%和7.2%,N元素和S元素迁入量缓慢增加;热解水中H和O元素迁入量先增大后略有降低,在700℃时分别达最大值14.5%和48.5%. 相似文献

燃煤电厂痕量元素的排放已经引起了世界的广泛关注。在一台配置选择性催化还原(SCR)+静电除尘器(ESP)+湿法脱硫装置(WFGD)的320MW燃煤电厂上进行了12种痕量元素(Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Mo、Cd、Sb、Ba、Pb)排放特性的实验研究,使用了US EPA Method 29对4个测点烟气痕量元素进行同时取样,考察了痕量元素在电厂中的分布、协同脱除以及在烟囱中的排放。结果表明:锅炉、SCR、ESP、WFGD和整个系统的痕量元素质量平衡率均在可接受的范围内。这12种痕量元素主要分布在底渣和飞灰中,分别占据底渣、ESP灰、WFGD脱除及烟囱排放痕量元素总量的1.90%~27.6%和72.3%~98.0%,然而,它们在烟囱和被WFGD脱除的部分所占比例较少,两者之和仅占0.11%~0.66%。ESP和WFGD对烟气痕量元素的脱除率分别为99.39%~99.95%和40.39%~78.98%,SCR+ESP+WFGD对烟气痕量元素的总体脱除率为99.79%~99.99%。ESP对痕量元素较高的脱除效率是APCDs系统具有较高的协同脱除效率的主要原因。烟囱排放的痕量元素浓度及排放因子分别为0.01~12.88 μg·m-3和(0.002~4.57)×10-12 g·J-1。应进行更多的燃煤电厂痕量元素排放的研究,以便为中国燃煤电厂痕量元素的排放预测模型的建立以及相关标准的制定提供参考。 相似文献

针对测定偏钒酸铵中杂质元素实验方法准确性的问题,为进一步分析实验测定过程的影响因素及测定结果的可靠性,将偏钒酸铵样品利用热水和氨水溶解,选择电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定偏钒酸铵中16种杂质元素,实验测定过程严格按照等离子体光谱法操作流程。实验中选择了利用热水和氨水的溶解的方式、幵分析了测定元素的波长,幵进行了背景校正。分析了偏钒酸铵样品中杂质元素含量,选择灵敏度满足要求的谱线。利用基体匹配和同步背景校正,有效的去除了光谱干扰。实验结果表明,各元素检出限在0.000 1%~0.001 8%之间,RSD在0.40%~8.9%之间,加标回收率介于92.0%~107%之间,实验表明了电感耦合等离子体光谱法可以满足偏钒酸铵中杂质元素测定的要求,具有一定的技术优势。 相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively.
There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized.
High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without
the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of
fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to
achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic
SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve
F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender
particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing,
and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing
or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually
preserves suspension stability during freezing.

Ethanol and (−)-α-Pinene: Attractant Kairomones for Bark and Ambrosia Beetles in the Southeastern US
In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae
and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted
in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures
(release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species
(Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species
to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were
exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of
separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed. 相似文献
