Induction and maintenance of cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) activity specific for a primary endogenous tumor was investigated in vivo. The simian virus 40 T antigen (Tag) expressed under the control of the rat insulin promoter (RIP) induced pancreatic beta-cell tumors producing insulin, causing progressive hypoglycemia. As an endogenous tumor antigen, the lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) glycoprotein (GP) was introduced also under the control of the RIP. No significant spontaneous CTL activation against GP was observed. However, LCMV infection induced an antitumor CTL response which efficiently reduced the tumor mass, resulting in temporarily normalized blood glucose levels and prolonged survival of double transgenic RIP(GP x Tag2) mice (137 +/- 18 d) as opposed to control RIP-Tag2 mice (88 +/- 8 d). Surprisingly, the tumor-specific CTL response was not sustained despite the facts that the tumor cells continued to express MHC class I and LCMV-GP-specific CTLs were present and not tolerized. Subsequent adoptive transfer of virus activated spleen cells into RIP(GP x Tag2) mice further prolonged survival (168 +/- 11 d), demonstrating continued expression of the LCMV-GP tumor antigen and MHC class I. The data show that the tumor did not spontaneously induce or maintain an activated CTL response, revealing a profound lack of immunogenicity in vivo. Therefore, repetitive immunizations are necessary for prolonged antitumor immunotherapy. In addition, the data suggest that the risk for induction of chronic autoimmune diseases is limited, which may encourage immunotherapy against antigens selectively but not exclusively expressed by the tumor.  相似文献

Daily IFN-alpha/beta therapy was totally ineffective in inhibiting the development of visceral metastases in DBA/2 mice injected i.v. with the ESb lymphoma regardless of the number of tumor cells injected. The finding that IFN-alpha/beta therapy increased the survival time of ESb-immunized mice rechallenged with ESb cells suggested that cooperation between the immune system and IFN-alpha/beta was important. Adoptive transfer of Esb-immune spleen cells (but not normal cells) together with IFN-alpha/beta treatment did inhibit the development of ESb metastases in immunocompetent DBA/2 mice. Either treatment alone was ineffective. The anti-metastatic effect was specific for the ESb lymphoma as spleen cells from ESb-immunized mice together with IFN-alpha/beta treatment did not inhibit the development of metastases in mice challenged with IFN-alpha/beta-resistant 3C18 FLC. Depletion of CD8+ T cells (but not CD4+ T cells or B lymphocytes) prior to transfer eliminated the protective effect of ESb-immune splenocytes in IFN-alpha/beta-treated mice. As few as 1 x 10(6) ESb-immune spleen cells highly enriched for CD8+ cells increased the survival time of IFN-alpha/beta-treated ESb-challenged DBA/2 mice. The combined therapy of ESb-specific immune cells and IFN-alpha/beta resulted in long-term immunity to this tumor.  相似文献

Relapse remains a significant problem after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT). For patients with relapsed chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), infusions of donor mononuclear cells (MNC) provide a potent graft-versus-leukemia (GVL) reaction inducing complete remissions in the majority of patients. Little is known about the efficacy of donor MNC infusions for patients who relapse with other diseases. We have studied the GVL effects of donor MNC in eight patients with relapsed acute leukemia or myelodysplasia (MDS). One patient with relapsed MDS achieved complete remission and another patient had a transient response. Five of six non-responders died of progressive leukemia and one non-responder died of complications during second BMT. Three patients developed grade I-II acute GVHD responsive to immunosuppression. These data, and review of the literature, suggest that GVL induction with donor MNC infusions is less effective for patients with relapsed acute leukemia than for patients with relapsed CML; too few patients with relapsed MDS have been treated to draw definite conclusions. However, some patients respond, and given the high mortality associated with alternative procedures such as second BMT, donor MNC infusions are a reasonable approach for relapsed acute leukemia and MDS after allogeneic BMT.  相似文献

Telomeres, structures on the ends of linear chromosomes, function to maintain chromosomal integrity. Telomere shortening occurs with cell division and provides a mechanism for limiting the replicative potential of normal human somatic cells. Telomerase, a ribonucleoprotein enzyme, synthesizes telomeric repeats on chromosomal termini, potentially extending the capacity for cell division. The present study demonstrates that resting T cells express little/no activity, and optimal Ag-specific induction of telomerase activity in vitro requires both TCR and CD28-B7 costimulatory signals. Regulation of telomerase in T cells during in vivo Ag-dependent activation was also assessed by adoptive transfer of TCR transgenic T cells and subsequent Ag challenge. Under these conditions, telomerase was induced in transgenic T cells coincident with a phase of extensive clonal expansion. These findings suggest that telomerase may represent an adoptive response that functions to preserve replicative potential in Ag-reactive lymphocytes.  相似文献

With the intention of ultrasonographically assessing hepatosplenic morbidity in Schistosoma mansoni infection and of validating the grading system applied (Cairo classification), 191 subjects in a schistosomiasis endemic village and 247 controls from a nonendemic village in northern Senegal underwent sonographic examination of the liver and spleen. Measurements of the diameters of the peripheral periportal vein branches, the main portal vein stem, liver size (left lobe and right lobe), and spleen length in the endemic village were compared with those in the nonendemic village to evaluate the much discussed influence of S. mansoni infection on those variables. To subtract this presumed influence from reference values for the named variables, they are given as measured in the nonendemic village, stratified by body weight, enabling future investigators on schistosomiasis-induced morbidity to refer to these reference values. The 95th percentile regarding peripheral periportal vein branch diameter in the control groups was exceeded in 24% of the subjects in the endemic group. It was exceeded by 6% for the main portal vein stem diameter, 13% for the left liver lobe, 12% for the right liver lobe, and 14% for the spleen length. According to the Cairo classification, 97% of the endemic population and 81% of the controls had periportal thickening of the liver, mostly grade I. We conclude that 1) hepatic morbidity in the S. mansoni endemic area was low, despite strikingly high intensities of infection; 2) the Cairo classification in its present form overestimates periportal thickening, especially in the case of mild morbidity; and 3) body height-dependent reference values, obtained from endemic controls, must be applied for organometric parameters.  相似文献

Successful efforts to improve levels of physical activity in the population are contingent upon an accurate understanding of the determinants of habitual activity. While most research has focused on psychosocial and environmental influences, the potential effect of intrinsic biological control on regular activity has received little attention. The infusion of anti-CD3-activated murine T cells plus interleukin-2 (IL-2) exerts antitumor effects against several tumors in murine immunotherapy models. This study compares the therapeutic efficacy of anti-CD3-activated CD4+ or CD8+ T-cell subsets, when given with cyclophosphamide (Cy) and liposome-encapsulated IL-2 (L-IL2) in a murine model. C57BL/6 mice bearing subcutaneous (S.C.) MC-38 colon adenocarcinoma, 3LL Lewis lung carcinoma, or 38C13 lymphoma for 7 to 14 days were pretreated with low-dose intraperitoneal (I.P.) Cy before intravenous (I.V.) injection of anti-CD3-activated T cells or T-cell subsets. Cell administration was followed by I.P. administration of L-IL2 for 5 days. Mice receiving activated CD4+ T cells showed significantly reduced tumor growth or complete remissions with prolonged disease-free survival in MC-38, 3LL, and 38C13. The timing of Cy doses in relation to adoptive transfer was critical in obtaining the optimal antitumor effect by CD4+ cells. Injecting Cy 4 days before the infusion of CD4+ cells greatly enhanced the antitumor effect of the CD4+ cells and improved survival of the mice compared with other Cy regimens. C57BL/6 mice cured of MC-38 after treatment with CD4+ T cells developed tumor-type immunologic memory as demonstrated by their ability to reject rechallenges with MC-38, but not 3LL. Similarly, mice cured of 3LL tumors rejected rechallenges of 3LL, but not MC-38. The immunologic memory could be transferred with an I.V. injection of splenocytes from mice cured of MC-38 or 3LL. No cytotoxic T-lymphocyte activity was detected in T cells or T-cell subsets from mice cured of MC-38 or 3LL. Increased IL-2 and interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) production was observed from CD4+ subsets in cured animals when stimulated in vitro with the original tumor, but not with an unrelated syngeneic tumor. These results suggest that tumor-specific immunity can be achieved in vivo with anti-CD3-stimulated CD4+ T cells in this cellular therapy model.  相似文献

BACKGROUND & AIMS: Intestinal smooth muscle cells (ISMCs) express major histocompatibility complex II (MCH II) and intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) after exposure to interferon gamma (IFN-gamma). T lymphocytes invade the intestinal musculature during Crohn's disease or pseudoobstruction. The aim of this study was to determine whether ISMCs activate syngeneic T cells via MHC II and ICAM-1. METHODS: Cultured murine ISMCs were exposed to IFN-gamma for 72 hours and analyzed for Mac-1 (CD11B CD18) antigen, MHC II, and ICAM-1 expression using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and fluorescence-activated cell sorter scan. T lymphocytes from mesenteric lymph nodes of ovalbumin-sensitized mice were examined for their ability to proliferate after coculture with IFN-gamma-pretreated and ovalbumin-pretreated ISMCs using [3H]thymidine incorporation. RESULTS: ISMCs expressed smooth muscle alpha-actin before and after IFN-gamma exposure. No macrophages were identified in these cultures. Exposure to IFN-gamma and ovalbumin for 72 hours induced MHC II and ICAM-1 expression; these treated ISMCs induced T-cell proliferation, whereas untreated ISMCs did not. T-cell proliferation was markedly enhanced by adding interleukin 2 and was blocked by antibodies against MHC II and ICAM-1. CONCLUSIONS: ISMCs activate T lymphocytes in an MHC II-linked manner and thus possess the ability to modulate immune function in the gut.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Venom immunotherapy is definitely indicated in severe systemic anaphylactic reactions to bee stings, but is not devoided of risks of anaphylaxis. Safer methods of immunotherapy need to be developed. OBJECTIVE: To delineate phospholipase A2 T-cell epitopes using short 15mer vs long 40-60mer overlapping peptides, and to approach the potential interest of a venom immunotherapy based on the use of long peptides (1-60, 51-99, 90-134) mapping the whole phospholipase A2 molecule vs a restricted number of immunodominant epitopes. METHODS: Proliferation of a CD8+ T cell depleted peripheral blood mononuclear cell fraction and short-term T-cell lines from unselected bee venom hypersensitive patients in response to phospholipase A2 synthetic peptides. RESULTS: Whereas T-cell proliferation to 15mer overlapping peptides was weak, T-cell response to long overlapping peptides was in contrast vigorous in all patients, mostly directed to C-terminal peptide 90-134. Our results did not support the concept of rare dominant T-cell epitopes, and disclosed T-cell responses to multiple epitopes in several patients. No significant IgE-binding to long overlapping peptides was detected except in one patient against peptide 90-134. CONCLUSION: 15mer peptides might not be sensitive enough to fully delineate all potential T-cell epitopes scattered along the allergen. Since they do not bind IgE in vitro or only weakly, and taking into account a T-cell response frequently directed to multiple epitopes, long overlapping peptides may represent ideal tools for immunotherapy.  相似文献

To further define the origin, selection, and diversity of hepatic T cells, we have determined V beta gene expression profiles in double negative (DN, CD4-8-) and single positive (SP, CD4+8- or CD8+4-) alpha beta + liver T cells of DBA/2 mice. These I-E+ mice express mouse mammary tumor (Mtv) provirus-encoded endogenous superantigens of the Mlsa,c type, and thus display deletions/depletions of several V beta-bearing SP cells. Total liver alpha beta + T cells of these mice exhibited an overall V beta expression profile similar to splenic T cells, with the notable exception of high V beta 7 and V beta 8.1 expression. As previously reported, DN alpha beta + T cells were enriched highly in the liver. This subset exhibited a V beta expression profile similar to thymic DN alpha beta + cells with deletions/depletions in several V beta s, but high V beta 7 expression in both populations. Surprisingly, hepatic CD4+ cells also displayed high V beta 7 expression compared with splenic T cells, suggesting that hepatic DN alpha beta + and CD4+ T cells are selected via a common pathway. The V beta 7-expressing DN alpha beta + and CD4+ liver T cell populations were polyclonal, as evidenced by cloning and sequencing. High V beta 7 expression in these cells was undiminished with age. On the basis of V beta repertoire and surface phenotype, DN alpha beta + and/or certain CD4+ T cells seem to constitute a distinct population primarily found in the liver, thymus, and bone marrow. These cells may originate from SP T cells that have down-regulated their accessory molecules under certain activation conditions and, because of the accompanying expression of particular adhesion molecules, they accumulate in tissues such as the liver and thymus.  相似文献

Chlorpyrifos, one of the most widely used pesticides, exhibits greater toxicity during development than in adulthood. We administered chlorpyrifos to neonatal rats in doses spanning the threshold for systemic toxicity and examined developing brain regions (brainstem, forebrain, cerebellum) for signs of interference with cell development using markers for cell packing density and cell number (DNA concentration and content) and cell size (protein/DNA ratio). Neonatal rats given 5 mg/kg of chlorpyrifos on postnatal days 1-4 showed significant mortality and the survivors exhibited severe cell loss in the brainstem; brainstem growth was maintained by enlargement of the remaining cells. This effect was not seen at 1 mg/kg, a dose that did not compromise survival or growth, nor was there any adverse effect at either dose in the forebrain, despite the fact that both brainstem and forebrain possess comparable cholinergic projections. When chlorpyrifos was administered later, on days 11-14, the major target for cell loss shifted from the brainstem to the forebrain and in this case, effects were seen at doses that did not compromise survival or growth. The loss of forebrain cell number occurred between 15 and 20 days of age rather than during the chlorpyrifos treatment. The cerebellum differed from the other regions in that it showed short-term elevations of DNA after chlorpyrifos exposure in either early or late postnatal periods; nevertheless, values then regressed to subnormal in parallel with the loss of cells in other regions. Thus, chlorpyrifos likely causes delayed cell death. Although regions rich in cholinergic projections, such as brainstem and forebrain, may be more affected than noncholinergic regions (cerebellum), the maturational timetable of each region (brainstem earliest, forebrain intermediate, cerebellum last) appears to be more important in setting the window of vulnerability. These results indicate that, even when growth or survival are unaffected, chlorpyrifos produces cellular deficits in the developing brain that could contribute to behavioral abnormalities.  相似文献

Neuroendocrine PC12 cells contain small microvesicles that closely resemble synaptic vesicles in their physical and chemical properties. Two defining characteristics of synaptic vesicles are their homogeneous size and their unique protein composition. Since synaptic vesicles arise by endocytosis from the plasma membrane, nerve terminals and PC12 cells must contain the molecular machinery to sort synaptic vesicles from other membrane proteins and pinch off vesicles of the correct diameter from a precursor compartment. A cell-free reconstitution system was developed that generates vesicles from PC12 membrane precursors in the presence of ATP and brain cytosol and is temperature dependent. At 15 degrees C, surface-labeled synaptic vesicle proteins accumulate in a donor compartment, while labeled synaptic vesicles cannot be detected. The block of synaptic vesicle formation at 15 degrees C enables the use of the monoclonal antibody, KT3, a specific marker for the epitope-tagged synaptic vesicle protein, VAMP-TAg, to label precursors in the synaptic vesicle biogenesis pathway. From membranes labeled in vivo at 15 degrees C, vesicles generated in vitro at 37 degreesC had the sedimentation characteristics of neuroendocrine synaptic vesicles on glycerol velocity gradients, and excluded the transferrin receptor. Therefore, vesiculation and sorting can be studied in this cell-free system.  相似文献

Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infections are characterized by upper or lower respiratory tract symptoms including bronchiolitis and pneumonia. Apnoea may be the first sign of disease in children with RSV infection. The aims of this study were the identification of independent risk factors for RSV associated apnoea and the prediction of the risk for mechanical ventilation in children with RSV associated apnoea. Medical records of children younger than 12 months of age admitted with RSV infection between 1992 and 1995 to the Sophia Children's Hospital, were reviewed. Demographic parameters, clinical features and laboratory parameters (SaO2, pCO2 and pH) were obtained upon admission and during hospitalization. Children with and without apnoea were compared using univariate and multivariate logistic and linear regression analysis. One hundred and eighty-five patients with RSV infection were admitted of whom 38 (21%) presented with apnoea. Patients with apnoea were significantly younger, had a significantly lower temperature, higher pCO2 and lower pH and had on chest radiographs also more signs of atelectasis. The number of patients admitted to the ICU because of mechanical ventilation and oxygen administration was significantly higher in children with RSV associated apnoea. Apnoea at admission was a strong predictor for recurrent apnoea. The relative risk for mechanical ventilation increased with the number of episodes of apnoea: 2.4 (95% CI 0.8-6.6) in children with one episode of apnoea (at admission) versus 6.5 (95% CI 3.3-12.9) in children with recurrent episodes of apnoea. CONCLUSIONS: Age below 2 months is the strongest independent risk factor for RSV associated apnoea. Apnoea at admission increases the risk for recurrent apnoea. The risk for mechanical ventilation significantly increases in children who suffer from recurrent apnoea.  相似文献

Complex adjuvant formulations have been used to introduce soluble protein antigens into the "endogenous" processing pathway and hence to elicit specific, major histocompatibility complex class I-restricted cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses. We tested if simple modifications of a model protein antigen, i.e. ovalbumin (OVA), can render it immunogenic for murine class I-restricted CTL when injected into mice in soluble form. Injection of 1-100 micrograms native OVA into C57BL/6 (H-2b) mice did not stimulate a class I-restricted CTL response. In contrast, immunization of mice with 0.5 to 10 micrograms sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)- or deoxycholate (DOC)-denatured OVA efficiently primed CD8+ CTL specific for the well-characterized Kb-restricted OVA257-264 epitope. Gel-purified SDS-denatured OVA devoid of protein fragments and excess detergent efficiently stimulated a specific CTL response in vivo. OVA preparations denatured by heat or urea treatment were not immunogenic for murine CTL. Injection of non-treated or detergent-treated, antigenic OVA257-264 peptide into mice did not elicit a CTL response. Thus, denaturation of OVA by simple detergents such as SDS or DOC dramatically enhances its immunogenicity for class I-restricted CTL but not all modes of denaturation are equally effective.  相似文献

T cells are essential for controlling infection with Histoplasma capsulatum. Because the T cell receptor is vital for transducing the biological activities of these cells, we sought to determine if exposure to this fungus induced an alteration in the Vbeta repertoire in lungs of C57BL/6 mice infected intranasally. Vbeta2(+) cells were elevated on day 3 after infection; Vbeta4(+) cells were higher than controls on days 7, 10, and 14 after infection. Vbeta10(+) cells were increased on days 14 and 21, and Vbeta11(+) exceeded controls only on day 14. We investigated the clonality and function of Vbeta4(+) cells because their expansion transpired during the critical time of infection, that is, when cellular immunity is activated. Sequence analysis demonstrated preferential use of a restricted set of sequences in the complementarity-determining region 3. Elimination of Vbeta4(+) cells from mice impaired their ability to resolve infection. In contrast, depletion of Vbeta7(+) cells, the abundance of which was similar to that of Vbeta4(+), did not alter elimination of the fungus. The identification of clonotypes of Vbeta4(+) cells suggests that a few antigenic determinants may drive proliferation of this subset, which is necessary for optimal clearance.  相似文献

The intestinal polyamine transporters have not yet been identified. Our aim was to characterize specific polyamine binding sites in rabbit intestinal brush-border membranes (IBBM) as a starting step for identification of polyamine transporters. This was investigated at 4 degrees and at low membrane concentration. Saturation isotherms for [3H]putrescine (PUT) binding indicated a single population of sites (puT) with a dissociation equilibrium constant Kd of 3.8 microM and a density of sites Bmax of 58 pmol/mg of protein. [3H]spermidine (SPD) binding also involved only one class of sites (spD), albeit with a lower affinity (Kd = 106 microM) and higher abundance (Bmax = 1240 pmol/mg of protein) than puT. On the contrary, [14C]spermine (SPM) bound two classes of sites (spM1 and spM2) differing in their affinity (Kd = 2.5 and 31.4 microM) and abundance (Bmax = 467 and 1617 pmol/mg of protein, respectively). Membrane association of SPM at 4 degrees was much faster than that of SPD and PUT, both of which proceeded at a similar rate. In contrast to PUT and SPD dissociation, SPM dissociation at 23 degrees did not follow a first-order reaction. Specifically bound [3H]PUT, unlike [3H]SPD and [14C]SPM, dissociated at 23 degrees independently of the addition of nonradioactive polyamine. Methylglyoxal-bis-(guanylhydrazone) was an extremely potent inhibitor of PUT binding (Ki = 3.2 +/- 1.5 nM), but as with PUT and cadaverine (CAD), it did not alter [3H]SPD and [14C]SPM binding substantially. The intestinal brush-border membrane may contain at least three sites specific for polyamine binding and exhibiting different ligand selectivity. Site puT might be associated with the transport system already described for intestinal uptake of PUT.  相似文献

Population-based tests of association have used data from either case-control studies or studies based on trios (affected child and parents). Case-control studies are more prone to false-positive results caused by inappropriate controls, which can occur if, for example, there is population admixture or stratification. An advantage of family-based tests is that cases and controls are well matched, but parental data may not always be available, especially for late-onset diseases. Three recent family-based tests of association and linkage utilize unaffected siblings as surrogates for untyped parents. In this paper, we propose an extension of one of these tests. We describe and compare the four tests in the context of a complex disease for both biallelic and multiallelic markers, as well as for sibships of different sizes. We also examine the consequences of having some parental data in the sample.  相似文献

Primary and secondary responses of murine CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells upon stimulation with staphylococcal enterotoxin E (SEE) bearing superantigenic properties were examined. Both isolated C57BL/6 splenic CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells proliferated and produced IL-2 and IFN-gamma upon stimulation with SEE in substantial levels. The amounts of IL-2 were greater in CD4+ T cells and those of IFN-gamma were somewhat greater in CD8+ T cells. SEE-induced CD4+ T lymphoblasts, larger parts of which bore the V beta 11 element in their TCR, proliferated, produced IL-2 and IFN-gamma, and showed toxin-dependent cytotoxicity in substantial levels upon restimulation with SEE. By contrast, SEE-induced CD8+ T lymphoblasts, the larger part of which bore the V beta 11 element, did not show the first two of the three responses at all upon restimulation with SEE, whereas these cells showed greater cytotoxicity. The CD8+ T lymphoblasts did not suppress the reactivity of the CD4+ T lymphoblasts. Both SEE-induced CD4+ T lymphoblasts and CD8+ T lymphoblasts proliferated and produced IL-2 and IFN-gamma in comparable levels upon stimulation with rIL-2 or mAb to CD3 or V beta 11.  相似文献

Naive CBA/Ca mice and mice vaccinated with gamma-irradiated cercariae of Schistosoma mansoni were challenged percutaneously with normal cercariae and depleted of L3T4+ T helper cells through the administration of a specific monoclonal antibody. Three regimes were utilized to target known phases of parasite migration. The in vivo depletion of L3T4+ cells resulted in a significant reduction in immunity (up to 65%) in vaccinated/challenged mice, provided the monoclonal antibody was targeted towards skin-resident schistosomula. When antibody was targeted towards lung phase challenge larvae, however, there was a significant reduction in worm recovery, but no correspondingly significant reduction in vaccine immunity. In contrast, the administration of monoclonal to naive mice, via all three treatment regimes, had no effect on the primary schistosome worm burden. Histopathological studies complemented these worm recovery data. Skin tissue biopsied from vaccinated/challenged mice treated with monoclonal to L3T4+ T cells rarely showed the inflammatory foci which normally characterize untreated vaccinated/challenged mice. This was true when antibody was given either before challenge, or just after challenge, and correlated with the recorded depression in vaccine immunity. Lung tissue collected from monoclonal-treated vaccinated/challenged mice (for all three treatment regimes) exhibited no changes in morphology compared to that from untreated vaccinated/challenged mice. This was not altogether surprising since in the NIMR vaccine mouse model, the lungs represent a poor site for challenge attrition and appear normal in morphology with the exception of a few, small inflammatory reactions. When the monoclonal was given to naive/infected mice, there was no change in the morphology of the pulmonary tissue, as compared to corresponding untreated cohorts. Immunohistochemical studies revealed that Thy-1+ cells dominated the subdermal inflammatory foci of vaccinated/challenged mice. Of the T cells identified, the T helper subset was the most common, with T suppressor cells being only weakly represented, and in some cases not at all. The proportion of macrophages (Mac-1+) varied between reactions.  相似文献
