The material balance in six series of melts is investigated to determine the losses of metal and the yield of liquid steel from a 120-t Consteel arc furnace installed at OAO Ashinskii Metallurgicheskii Zavod in September 2010. In each melt, the mass of scrap and slag-forming material introduced is recorded, and the mass of the slabs produced, together with offcuts, scrap, slag, conveyer spillage, and dust in the gas-purification bunkers. Most of the metal-bearing components of the batch are lost with the furnace slag, whose quantity (116–210 kg/t of steel) depends on the quality of the scrap. The quantity of dust is 7.1–20.4 kg/t. The chemical composition of the slag and dust is determined. The results of the balance melts indicate that the yield of liquid steel from the 120-t Consteel arc furnace is the same as for furnaces with melt-intensification systems and with bucket delivery of the scrap throughout the working space. Recommendations are made to reduce the quantity of slag and increase the yield of liquid steel.  相似文献

为进一步研究矿热炉炉衬中温度场的分布情况,采用ANSYS仿真软件对真实简化的炉衬模型进行仿真分析。通过改变炉内温度和对流换热系数的数值,得到炉壁处的温度数据,与实测数据进行对比,验证模拟数据的合理性。结果表明,炉衬中不同耐火材料的温度分布存在差异;炉壁温度会随着炉内温度的增大而逐渐升高,随着对流换热系数的增大而降低;炉壁温度随对流换热系数的变化曲线斜率从0.13降到0.06,当曲线斜率逼近于0时,对流换热系数不再影响炉壁温度的变化,得到最优化的对流换热系数;模拟数据占实测数据的百分比在3%~8%范围内时,模拟数据能合理反映炉壁温度值。这为炉体保温结构设计和耐火材料的选用提供依据。  相似文献

对熔分深还原电炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿金属化球团过程中熔分电炉炉衬、出铁口及出渣口等部位耐火材料的侵蚀情况作了介绍,并对侵蚀原因进行了分析。电弧侵蚀、渣中氧化物的化学侵蚀、炉渣碱度不当、砖缝和裂纹等是造成熔分深还原电炉耐火材料侵蚀严重的主要原因,其中电弧侵蚀和渣中氧化物侵蚀尤为重要,占到侵蚀比例的70%以上。  相似文献

The unsatisfactory operation of the bag filter and gas-exhaust channel from shaft furnace 2 in the electrosmelting shop at OAO Severstal is investigated. Recommendations for the elimination of these problems are formulated. The corresponding reconstruction increases the operational reliability of the gas-purification system. The heat losses with waste gases in modern electric arc furnaces are 20–25%. Scrap heating by waste gases is performed in Fuchs Systemtechnik shaft furnaces and Consteel furnaces with conveyer charging. The results of balance heats conducted in the DSP-120 Consteel electric furnace located in the Ashinsk metallurgical works are presented, and measures for increasing the energy efficiency of its operation are proposed.  相似文献

The chemical composition of the sinter obtained without Bakal siderite concentrate in the batch is calculated. The influence of Bakal siderite in the batch on the sinter composition is assessed. The sinter content in the blast-furnace batch, the MgO content in the slag, the slag yield, and the slag basicity are plotted against the content of siderite concentrate in the sintering batch.  相似文献
