在等离子喷涂过程中,由于基体与涂层的热膨胀系数的不匹配,在它们共同冷却的过程中,产生了不同的热变形。本文采用有限元瞬态热分析方法对等离子喷涂过程的温度场进行了分析。在此基础上,进一步计算了常用的Al2O3涂层与16MnR基体组成的喷涂系统的残余应力分布,并对计算结果进行了讨论。然后,针对不同的涂层尺寸、不同涂层材料(a相Al2O3、Al2O3、ZrO2、TiO2、Al2O3-ZrO3)进行了残余应力计算,对涂层与基体内部的应力进行了分析,并且比较了不同的涂层尺寸以及材料性能对应力状态及分布的影响,对实际喷涂工艺有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

In this work, an unoxidized aluminum particle/epoxy composite coating was prepared onto the surface of the pure epoxy resin to reduce its water absorption and improve its mechanical property and low energy surface impact resistance. Unoxidized aluminum particles were prepared using arc spraying under the protection of nitrogen. The diffusion coefficient of sample began to decrease and then increased with increasing the content of aluminum particles in the composite coating. The minimum value was 2.7 × 10−8 m2/s at a critical concentration of 6% of aluminum particles, 38% lower than that of pure epoxy resin. The sample with 6% aluminum particles had the maximum tensile and bending strengths of 38.9 MPa and 94.6 MPa, respectively. Aluminum particles could effectively reduce the impact of the epoxy resin suffered. The direction of the impact was changed, and avoids the micro-crack to extend unidirectionally. 相似文献

In this study, the ozone gas-liquid mass transfer into water in a bubble column was investigated for different pH values. The ozone volumetric mass transfer coefficient and the Henry's coefficient were determined simultaneously by parameter estimation using a nonlinear optimization method. A sensitivity analysis was conducted to obtain information on the reliability and identifiability of the estimated parameters. A minor dependence of the Henry's law constant on pH was detected at the pH range 4 to 9. 相似文献

Abstract Statistical tests were applied to determine the effects of temperature, moisture content, density, and porosity of material on the effective moisture diffusion coefficient during convective drying of root celery. In biological materials with colloidal capillary-porous structure (like root celery), which shrink considerably during drying and show high heterogeneity, the effective water diffusion coefficient depends not only on material temperature and moisture content, but also on its density. It was found that statistical tests can be applied to predict which independent variables should describe the water diffusivity in colloidal capillary-porous materials. A mathematical model of the effective water diffusion coefficient in root celery was formulated as Arhenius-type equation with moisture content of the raw material, its temperature and density as independent variables. 相似文献
