磁力研磨法,50年代初起源于苏联、保加利亚等东欧国家。60年代发展比较迅速,相继研制出了一些实用机床。如苏联的1、2、4等型号平面磁力研磨机床。近年来日本学者对磁力研磨法进行了系统的研究,开发了外圆柱面、平面、球面、复杂曲面的磁力研磨方法。研磨后表面粗糙度可达Ra0.2μm。该法主要应用于零件表面的抛光、去毛刺、棱边倒圆等方面。 相似文献

采用自行设计制造的加工装置,进行了磁性磨料磁力研磨工艺试验。试验结果表明:工件转这仅对加工效率有正比例影响;国工间隙的增大则引起加工效率的下降,加工表面粗糙度值的上升;存在磁通密度度最佳值点,该条件下可获得较高的加工效率与加工质量;试验还表明在加工初期具有较高的金属去除率,表面粗糙度也下降较快。 相似文献

The extent to which lamellar solid lubricants (graphite, MoS2, BN, etc.) are abrasive has been determined by measuring the rate of wear of phosphor-bronze sliding against PTFE in the presence of the powdered solid. Dispersions in silicone fluid are preferable to dry powder in order to avoid complicating effects due to transfer of the solid lubricant to the sliding surfaces. There are significant differences in the abrasiveness of samples of MoS2 conforming to Standard Specifications and it is suggested that a major factor responsible is the degree of perfection of the crystal structure. This aspect may be particularly important for boron nitride and account for its inability to function as an effective solid lubricant. 相似文献

The abrasion properties of a series of cemented carbides with different carbide grain sizes, different amounts and types of binder phases have been investigated under varied conditions. Abrasion results from other works are also incorporated for comparison reasons. The results are interpreted in the light of a previously published model for the abrasion properties of multiphase materials, although this is the first time this model is applied to materials with very high amounts of hardphase. It is confirmed that the abrasion resistance of tungsten carbide–cobalt materials may vary considerably, also for fixed amounts of metal and hardphase. Not only the wear resistance level but also the ranking depends both on the test conditions and on the microstructure. It is further showed that some nano-crystalline materials posses a wear resistance superior to those of the pure carbide material. 相似文献

In ball-cratering wear tests, two abrasive wear modes are commonly observed, grooving abrasion and rolling abrasion, which act in distinct areas. Observing this tendency, the aim of this article is to discuss the characterization of an intermediate condition, in which the superposition of the grooving and the rolling abrasive wear modes is observed. This phenomenon is referred to as microrolling abrasion due to the following particular characteristic: the rolling abrasion was found to act on the grooving abrasion. Additionally, in a defined sliding distance range and normal force range, microrolling abrasion is qualitatively observed to be proportional to the sliding distance and inversely proportional to the normal force. 相似文献

The effects of forging on the abrasion properties of fibre-reinforced aluminium have been investigated. Metal matrixcomposites with 20 or 30 vol% short Al2O3-fibres in an aluminium alloy matrix were forged and evaluatedregarding the wear resistance and friction in a pin-on-cylinder abrasion setup. The microstructure and wear mechanisms have beenstudied with scanning electron microscopy. It has been shownthat the dependence on fibre content and forging is differentdepending on the type of abrasion. The wear resistance of thecomposites increased with fibre content and decreased due to forging, in milder abrasion. In more severe abrasion there wasa tendency towards the opposite behaviour: decreased wearresistance with fibre content and increased with forging. Anincreased amount of fibre reinforcement decreased thecoefficient of friction. 相似文献
