碳酸钙晶须用表面改性剂Si-69、硬脂酸钠、钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ101进行表面处理,并用于天然橡胶(NR)的补强。结果表明,表面处理后碳酸钙晶须的表面性能提高,与NR的界面作用增强,对NR起到明显的补强作用。表面处理后碳酸钙晶须的加入使改性碳酸钙晶须/NR复合材料的损耗因子tan艿降低,热稳定性提高。其中以Si-69改性碳酸钙晶须补强效果最优,Si-69改性碳酸钙晶须/NR复合材料300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度比未改性的分别提高36.9%、34.2%、24.7%。 相似文献

应用硅烷偶联剂、硬脂酸和钛酸酯偶联剂对钛酸钾晶须(PTW)进行表面处理,考察了偶联剂种类和钛酸钾晶须用量对不饱和聚酯树脂(UP)/PTW复合材料力学性能的影响,用扫描电子显微镜观察了纯UP及UP/PTW复合材料的断面形貌。结果表明,用3种偶联剂表面改性的PTW能够显著提高UP的力学性能,其中以硬脂酸为最好。经过硬脂酸表面改性的PTW能够较好地分散在树脂基体中,当硬脂酸表面改性的PTW质量分数为2.5%时,UP/PTW复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高约57%和39%。 相似文献

The influence of a new coupling agent, ethylene diamine dilaurate (EDD) and a commercial silane coupling agent, (Si-69) on the cure characteristics, mechanical and morphological properties of silica-filled natural rubber (NR) composites was studied. The results show that scorch time and cure time decreased with an increase in both coupling agents' content, but maximum and minimum torques exhibit the opposite trend. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tensile modulus, M100 and M300, increased with increasing both coupling agents' content but at a similar coupling agent content, silica-filled natural rubber composites with Si-69 exhibit better tensile strength (more than 2 phr) and tensile modulus than does EDD. Elongation at break (Eb) of silica-filled natural rubber increased with increasing EDD content but Si-69 exhibits the opposite trend. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) study of tensile fracture surfaces shows the better tensile strength of silica-filled natural rubber composites with Si-69 and EDD over control composites (without EDD or Si-69). Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) results indicate that silica-filled NR composites with EDD have higher thermal stability than Si-69. Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR) provided an evidence of interaction between EDD and Si-69 with silica in NR composites. 相似文献

本文用偶联剂Si-69、B-69和离子液体[溴化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑(BMIM)]单独改性白炭黑,同时用两种偶联剂分别与离子液体BMIM并用改性白炭黑,对比研究了其对NR性能的影响。结果表明,与未改性白炭黑相比,Si-69、B-69和BMIM改性白炭黑后,填充NR的硫化速率加快,Payne效应减弱,力学性能改善,滚动阻力降低;其中,BMIM改性白炭黑填充NR的综合性能最优,其拉伸强度和撕裂强度比未改性白炭黑填充NR提高了一倍。与偶联剂单独改性白炭黑相比,偶联剂与BMIM并用改性白炭黑后,填充NR的t90进一步缩短,填料-橡胶相互作用更强,交联密度更大,力学性能进一步提高,滚动阻力变得更低。 相似文献

AbstractCarbon black (CB) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) filled natural rubber (NR) composites were prepared. In order to overcome the dispersion of CNTs in rubber matrix, the surface modification of CNTs with bis-(γ-triethoxysilylpropyl)-tetrasulphide (Si-69) was undertaken, and a two-step mixing process, i.e. the use of twin roll mill followed by mixing in a Haake Banbury mixer (TR-THM) was used. The structure and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that the Si-69 treated CNTs (S-CNTs) were dispersed in the rubber matrix uniformly. Compared with CB/NR composites without CNTs, the S-CNTs/CB/NR composites have better mechanical properties. When the ratio of S-CNTs/CB/NR was 5 : 20 : 100, the tear strength was improved by ~60%, and the mechanical properties reached a maximum. Dynamical mechanical analysis (DMA) reveals that with increasing content of CNT, the elastic modulus of composites at room temperature increases, and the maximum loss tangent and the corresponding glass transition temperature of composites decrease. 相似文献

The dispersibility of precipitated silica and its interfacial interaction with rubber matrix can affect the performances of tires which is a difficult problem to be solved. A well-dispersed silica dispersion was obtained through ball milling and modification process followed by heat treatment to enhance the properties of NR composites prepared by latex compounding. Benefiting from the modifier Si-747, the well-dispersed silica/NR composite (Silica-MSH-C) shows excellent tensile strength of 30.8 ± 0.5 MPa, which is 17.6 ± 3.8% higher than latex compounding pure silica/NR composite (Silica-C) and 21.7 ± 4.3% higher than traditional mechanical blending pure silica/NR composite (T-Silica-C). The tan delta values indicate that Silica-MSH-C has better dynamic properties and also has stronger interface strength according to swelling tests, heat capacity curves and Mooney-Rivlin equation. The molecular dynamics (MD) simulation further shows the binding energy between NR and Si-747 modified SiO2 is 58.88 Kcal/mol larger than the value of NR and pure silica. 相似文献

研究了晶须状碳酸钙的填充量及表面处理状况对填充PVC材料和PP材料性能的影响。力学性能和流变性能的测试结果表明,碳酸钙晶须作为填充材料,在相同的填充量下加工 交小、拉伸强度和冲击强度较高,对晶须进行适当的表面处理后,体系的性能可以得到进一步提高,这是因为晶须具有特殊的针状外形,在加工应力的作用下可以迅速地在聚合物熔体中定向排列,对体系起到良好的增强和增韧作用。 相似文献

对硅镁钙晶须(SMC晶须)在丁苯橡胶(SBR)中的应用进行了研究,考察了晶须用量(0~50phr)对胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的力学性能的影响,并与常用的填料白炭黑(WCB)和碳酸钙(CaCO3)进行了比较。实验结果表明:SMC晶须对SBR有促进硫化作用;SMC晶须对SBR具有一定的补强作用,拉伸强度随着晶须用量的增加而增大;用量相同时,SMC晶须填充的复合材料硬度和撕裂强度与WCB填充的相当,300%定伸应力比WCB填充的高,拉伸永久变形比WCB小得多;SMC晶须补强效果远优于CaCO3。 相似文献

采用硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)和双-[γ-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]四硫化物(Si-69)对粉煤灰(FA)/废胶粉(URP)复合材料进行增容,考察了偶联剂用量和加入方式对复合材料性能的影响,并对复合材料的结构和微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,KH-550和Si-69均可以改善FA与URP的相容性,提高复合材料的力学性能;Si-69的增容效果好于KH-550,最佳的Si-69/FA/URP(质量比)为1.0/40/100。采用硅烷偶联剂与FA混合、再与URP混合的分步加入方式,与同步加入方式相比,制备的复合材料更易成型,且复合材料的力学性能、耐磨性能和耐热老化性能更好。与KH-550相比,用Si-69改性的FA/URP复合材料,其相界面更为模糊,无孔洞。硅烷偶联剂改性的FA/URP复合材料中有Si—O生成。 相似文献
